The very curt employee who asnwered the phone said that in order to do that, they would have to do a complete vehicle inspection for $90. I explained that I do not want a full vehicle inspection and would like a rough estimate for the bearing replacement. The answer was "No". So let me get this straight: They are willing to give up the business of anyone who refuses services that they did not ask for...... This is a ridiculous policy and yet more evidence that Firestone is a horrible company to deal with. I have yet to have a positive experience with them.

OUR CAR IS STILL MAKING THAT WEIRD NOISE WHEN BRAKING. They had the front end apart to R&R the Struts. I guess they figured that the Brake issues wasn't worth worrying about. When what should have been a 15 minute job at the least, my truck was on the lift for 40 minutes. To top that off when they lowered my truck they closed my hood and said I was ready to go. After he was done, I left and my car was vibrating horribly. I took it straight back and the same young man pulled the tire off and checked the balance. It was out of balance, and he apologized and fixed it quickly. The person in the office would not accept any payment, and I tried to pay her. Excellent service, friendly employees, just a great place to do business.
