I was ready to drive my 2013 Camry (with only 40,000 miles) off a cliff after Crash Masters installed a junkyard knee assembly on right front ($1250) which made the car shake and pull worse than it did before the repair and did nothing about the sway bar which was constantly banging on the underside of the car. Crash Masters claimed I was IMAGINING the car used to drive much more quietly. After 4 months of trying to get Crash Masters to fix it properly, I took it to Viper and Tanner put struts on all 4 wheels (new parts) new sway bar and linkages on front and back and it drives quietly like new and drives straight with your hands off the steering wheel. What great service!! Came in around 5:15ish with a tire that had a nail in it. They took a look at it, fixed the problem and then put it back on all for a whopping 10 bucks! WHAT ! We had went inside to sit and wait, thinking it would take awhile. No, it only took a few minutes (maybe 15 minutes tops) ! The gentlemen there were professional and took care of business. This place is great, and we love mom and pops businesses. Had we gone to the bigger chain, we would of waited a lot longer and spent more money. We will go back. Took my tire to viper automotive to fix a flat my tire came back fixed but without the center cap I took the tire off it was there when I gave it to him and they lost it didn't take responsibility for it said they would replace it they never did the manager's name is Tanner. Before that my vehicle to get the rear end diagnosed because I was having problems with it they couldn't figure it out they sent an electrician to look at my rear end he said there was nothing wrong one week later I had my rear end replaced because it was bad they couldn't figure it out. I will never go to there again and neither will my father he's the one who turned me on to viper automotive. read more

Huge shout out to all the guys at Viper Tire Auto. Driving through to Arizona from Texas and had a valve stem fail on my trailer just a few miles down the road from them. Called 30 minutes before close and asked if this is something they could take care of. They said if we get there before 6 they can handle it no problem. I showed up at 5:40 and was rolling out of the parking lot 10 minutes later with a brand new tire for my trailer. These guys are awesome and the perfect example of why local shops are the way to go. I had 4 boxed new wheels put on a Nissan Altima. Then I went to KwikKar for services that included alignment. That was just 5 days after that They pointed out that 2 of the new rims were bent near the valve stem. When confronting Viper they said all they would do is pound out the bend. The rims were in the boxes unopened and the proper solution is they should have replaced the bent 2 rims that they installed and bent. I have had other good experiences. This however is just inexcusable. Your obligation should have been to find a solution that is correct. Hammering out a newly purchased rim is not the right option. If a body shop wrecked a car they replace the parts and repaint it. They don't pound it out and give it to the customer. read more

Their repairs nearly got me killed. They replaced my transmission, but they didn't properly fasten the tie back when they reinstalled the axles. It came off while I was driving causing me to lose control of my car and the strain on the wheel caused the CV joint to pop. They tried to lie about it afterwards until I told them I had pictures of the unbolted tie rod, and then they agreed to fix it. read more

I would never use Viper Tire again they're overpriced they told me that wiper blades we're going to be $75. I also applied for SNAP credit and they did not tell me until after the transaction was completed that there was a $40 fee. I feel like family whenever I show up with the occasional flat tire! I have been patronizing Viper since the late 90's and I have yet to see an employee without smile on their face!
