When I picked up the car they had done an additional complimentary inspection, rotated and filled my tires, which my coupon didn't include. He let me know that my warranty should cover a leak I had in my axel. Made an appointment for 8:30 Thursday morning for a front end alignment. Drove there...only to be told there is no one there to do the job. "Oh I was going to call you"...sure you were BS!!! Then you should have called me to reschedule my appointment! Not very apologetic, rude, the big thing...did not even offer me money for my time, gas (which is expensive), and aggravation!!! We were quoted a price over the phone by a Tire Tracks employee. A few weeks later, we called to make an appointment. We asked to verify the quoted price and the person, who identified himself as the owner, would not acknowlege the price, said he didn't know who would have given us that price and quoted a higher price. New to the area and visited Tire Tracks based on the positive reviews. They performed a few good repairs on my car, which also motivated me to recommend them at that time to friends and family. However, on my last visit in early May 2024 they crashed my car inside their shop. They claimed to have had a difficult time getting the car onto their alignment machine, but they failed to mention any of the damage seen in the attached photos. After reaching out to them via phone calls and email, I was assured that they would address the problem, but I never heard back. The accident broke the front bumper grill, 4 brackets which hold the bumper in place, and the front bumper accessory/diffuser. I am new to the area and a small business owner. Recently, I had a negative experience with Tire Tracks. I've taken multiple vehicles from my fleet for repairs and maintenance. On this particular day, I took in a vehicle that was experiencing some issues. Despite being unable to make repairs due to lack of tools, they still charged a diagnostic fee which I thought was unfair considering that I'd have to take it somewhere else and still pay another diagnostic fee. After seeking a second opinion at Ford, it became evident that the diagnosis was incorrect from Tire Tracks. I provided evidence from Ford, yet instead of acknowledging the error, they accused us of tampering with the receipt. I requested a refund for the diagnosis and they declined. I will no longer be using their services. read more

I used Tire Tracks in Frankfort about 7 years ago and was very pleased with everything the guys did at that time. I haven't had a reason to seek any automotive help since then but recently needed one of my TPMS units replaced in one of my tires. I went there and had to come back only an hour and a half later and the repair was handled quickly! Before they were done I thought of a tire rotation as an afterthought and even though the technician had my truck already down off the rack he put it back up and did the rotation with no complaining. The guys who handle the front office are very attentive to their customers as I sat and watched them handle 6 or 7 people and never missed a step. And their prices are very fair!! I called Tire Tracks in Frankfort looking for a specific brand in tires. When I called I spoke to Phil and was told they do not have them in stock but can have them the next day due to me calling so late in the day. I asked Phil if he can get them and I will be in Friday morning he said not a problem. I get there Friday morning to drop off the vehicle and told them I won't be back until 4pm so take your time. I get a call before lunch time and was told vehicle was ready. Driving down 159th St., Maisie for BMW hit a bad pothole I went to the guy who usually changes my tires and he said these are run flat tires and he couldn't do it you need a special cage to put them on the car and he recommended tire tracks I went in there not knowing what to expect Jim and Mark in the office were very nice guys I park the car there and they had one of the mechanics give me a ride home we thoughtThe right rear tire was all it was bad but it turned out that the right front tire in the right rear tire had to be changed they did it properly and efficiently my wife drop me off there the bill was a little less than I thought it was gonna be so this is an easy five star they were great they did great work and they were nice you can't do ask for more than that read more

WARNING! Take a picture of your odometer once you drop your car off!! My grandmother brought her car in to the Manteno locations and the mechanic took her car for a test drive. Then proceeded to use her car for his own personal use. He drove her car over 18 to Matteson, IL for his personal use and got a red light ticket. My grandmother brought the ticket in to tire tracks and asked for it to be paid. The sent off to main office for payment. Weeks later the ticket is yet to be paid and she is receiving letters that this will be put against her credit. I spoke with regional manager Shawn and he stated not to worry this will be paid by the 22nd, her letter shows that this will be put against her credit in 2 days. We are now waiting for the owner to cut a check at his convenience. read more

I took my car in today because one tire was almost flat, it turned out I needed four new tires, (confirmed by a friend`s son who works there), and I was very nervous about the cost or being taken advantage of. They looked it up, chose a tire and quoted me a price I could live with. When I picked up my car the bill was LESS then they quoted me and they had even done an alignment! The Frankfort location is awesome. Today was our 2nd visit, due to the excellent treatment 18 months ago. Adam was friendly and very helpful. He explained cost, time, and gave me a run-down on everything. Phil as usual, did a lot of work for a great price, and test drove my vehicle, before and after, to make sure the car was safe. He really cares about his work, and our safety. I even got a 6 month, no interest card, to pay my balance. I'm not a typical yelper, but I'm not going to ignore great people, who deserve to be acknowledged. I will continue to bring my cars for honest work. Had my first tire change done on my car there. ALL 4 of the rims got scratched/ damaged all in the same spot and distance from the tire. they did send the rims out to be "refurbished" at their cost. From the start the outside looked fine but the inside didn't look just right. now after a few months, the inside of my rims are almost black looking and pitted and just look like crap. I should have gotten a lawyer from the very beginning. I would encourage people to very closely examine and take pics of your rims before and after you go here. read more
