They actually were able to get to it for diagnostic and they called before close of business. They were very accommodating with my schedule with some hiccups on my end but they were able to get my car fixed the very next day before noon. Little did I know, I was sold bad, cracked used tires.June 27: I returned because my steering wheel was shaking at 60 mph. The owner falsely claimed I had told him I would get my own alignment. When he finally looked at it, he claimed the joints were broken and suggested I take it elsewhere.Repairs: I pushed him to do the work. He charged me roughly \(\$500\) for the joints and alignment, on top of what I had already paid for the tires and balancing.July 7: The shaking returned. I took my car to NTB Tires for a second opinion. They informed me that the tires were cracked and had never been balanced by Elite Auto Services.My Takeaway:I am incredibly disappointed. They saw a woman and took financial advantage of me, charging me for work that wasn't done correctly while leaving me with unsafe tires. I am now forced to buy entirely new tires, which is what I should have done in the first place. Please avoid this shop!
