i got my oil changed here and there where no problems with the oil valve before i got it changed, i went to start my car this morning and the oil valve blew up so now i have to get a new car, not recommended at all. read more

Nice, clean, place. As suspected you're never going to pay what the coupon or the promo code says you are, but the guys that work there were nice. I won't go back because of the cost, but in a pinch it seems trustworthy. The fact that "corporate" has convinced people to come based on a promised price is not the fault of the technicians on site. I don't know how to post a review about an oil change place that has any real substance and content worth reading more than a paragraph. I have five vehicles three different make multiple years separated by decades this Valvoline in particular has been exceptional with not only their scheduling and quick service but I typically call ahead to make sure there is no surprised with a out of stock filter Etc that being said I have yet to be disappointed in any way and Ham now brought every vehicle I own here more than once. I wish a positive review would translate to extra money for all of the techs who have provided exceptional service but it's doubtful I just hope they keep up the good work.. read more

Stopped by for an inspection, all they were doing was washing down the bay floor not one other customer there. Oh we can't do an inspection right now we don't have the people to do it. Two people standing around they didn't want to do it. I guess that's the way it is nowadays everybody has an excuse why they "cannot" do anything. read more

Awesome experience! Pulled right in, they scanned my vin number and made everything so easy. I had a light out on the rear of my vehicle and they fixed it in a few minutes for only $14. I actually left my kids at home to get this done but it would have been so easy if I brought them. I also was able to stay in the car. So kind and helpful- not pushy. I'll be back! After going to Jiffy Lube my whole life, my mom suggested I try out this place even though it was a bit of a drive, and boy was it worth it! They were so friendly, had coupons available, checked everything thoroughly and explained what they were doing/what needed to be done in a way I could easily understand. They did my inspection as well. It felt like my car was given more attention which I appreciate since I depend on professionals to keep my car safe. I'll go back for sure. read more

We just brought our 2019 Honda HR-V to the Concord, NH Valvoline on Loudon Rd where Shane was our service tech. He was VERY polite and knowledgeable about the process. I highly recommend this location. Sometimes you get the "car know it alls" or the person who could care less about what you are saying but Shane's attitude towards the us showed he cared about customer service and how valvoline was represented. My car (sedan) uses synthetic oil and the cost of a oil change was over $100 ! Never have I had the cost so high!! Also fluids (i.e. washer fluid) are typically filled at other oil change places. My reservoir was almost empty, Valvoline added 1/2. My husband had to fill it after returning home, after paying over $100!!! I will never go back. read more

I usually change my own oil, but after a long, cold winter, I decided to treat myself and pay for someone else to do it. While it cost roughly double for what I could do it for, I was fine with it because it would be done and I wouldn't have to worry about it anymore. Well, I was wrong. They went through the process of trying to upsell me, and while I appreciated it, I told them I didn't need anything but an oil change. Per usual, they showed me the oil level once they had changed it and had me run my car for a minute or two. The oil level was well above the max line. So far above the max line that I couldn't even attribute it to my engine being hot. Since that oil change last Wednesday my car has been rough idling, misfiring, and stalled out today at the terminal at the airport. My mile per gallon rate has dropped drastically since then as well, from roughly 32mi/gal to about 28mi/gal. I can only imagine that I'll need to drain the oil from my engine, replace my spark plugs which were just replaced last august, and hope it gets better. In essence, I'm going to be paying more than $100 for this oil change, and it would have cost me $50 to just do it myself. Would give one star but they were very nice and polite while they were messing up my engine. read more

Turns out the Keene crew has a different take on how to treat customers than Concord. Rob was great, went beyond the call of duty to find out what was wrong with the car. Had my 88 ranger inspected a few years ago there. They passed the inspection and said my brake light was on because the fluid was low. 1 mile down the road my brake pedal went to the floor and the brakes locked up. I brought it back and they were clueless and basially shrugged their shoulders and said I needed to replace all the brake lines. Sigh Dont go here they are a terrible service center. There are other options in concord much better than these frauds. read more

The technicians were incredibly respectful, and didn't once try to take advantage of the fact that I'm a young woman who obviously knows very little about cars. since i bought my car i have had them do my oil changes because a friend recommended me. the upsell is big here i understand its part of the job but the response makes me feel awkward. the past two times i have been they forgot to put two of my tire caps back on,today was the first time my battery got checked they dont really tell me much i just watch and get nervous. today they had a trainee which would have been fine if the "trainer" new what he was doing they barely got my hood open were commenting on all the cars and seemed confused by my tracker,i just didnt like it and wasnt brave enough to call them out on it. the manager always seems busy. but what really got me was last time i was there i was told my oil plug had a "slight" leak..if that were true why didnt they stop the oil change? since to replace that you have to drain the oil so i would have wasted 50 dollars..but it wasnt motor oil it was TRANSMISSION OIL leaking from the hose..i found this out whenni made it home and my car started stalling on me..if you work with cars and change oils shouldnt you be able to tell the differance between the two? my transmission oil is clean and red..we are supposed to trust the team but im not sure i can. read more
