Needed a replacement air valve for a 15x6 tubeless rim. Wheel was off of a pull behind poly garden trailer. Just a simple pull it through the hole tubless air valve. What I got back was a mangled rim and an $18.00 tube, $1.23 Shop supplies, $0.18 Hazardous materials fee. When I said this is not how the rim was when I dropped it off, counter guy says yes it was. I repeated no it wasn't. When I insisted it wasn't right, he said well it's holding air, I don't know, I just do this check out. Asked if this is how he really wanted to leave this with the trashed rim. He says hey I didn't work on it. I paid, left, got more pissed, went back, spoke to a differs guy. He says ah those rims are flimsy, want me to have it pounded back. Really? I said you think this is alright. He asked what I wanted and I said a new rim. He says I ain't gonna give you no rim but I'll have my guy beat it back some. Even the other side of the rim got bent. So flat out lying is their first defense. Thinking back I kinda was primed by the woman checking me in as she said if it'll hold air or we'll put a tube in. I said just replace the valve. All it needed was a $3.00 valve pulled through the hole.Set me up for an $18 tube and trashed the rim. Didn't even clean the grease off. Never buy from these people. Lying and NOT standing behind their work is their first order of business. Final cost $35.71 Go to Newaygo instead. Standing there waiting and listening to people. All were asking the same thing. Why this and that charge. Everone left paying more than they came in for. read more

They took advantage of my greiving wife and put a windshield wiper on her van when she had it in there for a blown out tire and damaged rim. When I told the guy he broke the law he laughed. They remind me of Frirestone that got sued for defrauding veterans like me. I will never go there again. I wish I could give them a lower rating because they should be a zero. The tire they put on was low on air when she first went to pick it up. She left it there for them to fix. read more

After seeing bad reviews for this business here, I have to put in my 2 cents...a couple of years ago, I stopped in bc I was having issues with a tire going flat every day, and told them to just slap a whole new set on because I was tired of it. They said: No. Let us check the tire first, so I agreed. Turns out it was a bad leak and they were able to repair it and I was out the door with about a $25-ish payment; the tire never went flat again. Their honesty prompted me to continue doing business with them. I bought my next set of tires from them and never experienced an issue. Fast forward to yesterday: I went in to have my brakes replaced all around. Once again, they were open and honest and found that I only needed rear brakes, as the front set had plenty of life left. I ended up only paying half of what the original quote that I was given pre-appointment. (I will add that I'm still experiencing the squeaking noises, but I'm going to let it go a few days as I'm aware that sometimes new pads can cause a squeak, so I'll call them if it's still a problem.) Anyhow, they again had a chance to make some decent money on a repair job and they were honest about the state of my brake pads. So, thank you so much Tire Wholesalers! I'm not sure of the man's name that I dealt with, but he was pleasant and funny. I'll be back soon to replace my tires with them this Fall. As a sidenote, I just recommended Tire Wholesalers to my Mother in Law to help her with tire issues she is currently experiencing. I took my 36' RV in here after being recommended by a person I trusted. Big mistake. I told them that I needed my RV to be able to drive across country, and I was willing to pay whatever it took to accomplish this. The batteries were not charging, so I had them replace all 4 deep cell batteries, tune up the engine, change fuel filter and repair the brakes. The bill was $3,500. Steep, but fine with me as long as it got us where we needed to go. So after staying in her for a few months, we hit the road. The first breakdown was only 60 miles south. The generator was not communicating with the electrical system, and the brakes felt really weak. Turns out there was a hole in the lines that they didn't fix. The shop had no idea why the batteries weren't charging. Seems like something elementary to a good mechanic that knows what he is doing. So we have it fixed at a truck stop heading out of town. It was a simple fuse. They didn't even catch it. After driving all the way to New Mexico, we lose our brakes again, and the fuel filter is again clogged. What did we pay these people for? It appears they did absolutely nothing and charged us $3,500 for it. Steer clear. Rip off artists. Refund me and I'll remove this review. read more

my vehicle went in for a front end alignment and they refused to do it even though every front end component was brand new. they then proceeded to rotate the tires, and on my way home my rear end was wobbling so I checked it out and 3 lug nuts were loose and one had already fallen off. terrible customer service, will not be going back for anything read more

My van was running perfectly when I brought it in for a full exhaust replacement and I paid $1,038 for the parts and repairs! Including the catalytic converter and it took about 2 days and when I got my van back It started running rough and when I was about to get home it stalled on me and wouldn't start back up. Finally I got it to start and it was sputtering and smelled like rotten eggs and sulfur. So I had the codes scanned and a code popped up for the 02 sensor for bank 1, (THIS CODE WASNT THERE BEFOREHAND) which should've been replaced. And 2 days go by and it just will not run right at all keeps stalling and I called back asked them too look at it and fix it and they denied that it was there fault why its running like crap and won't even stay running. And I've delt with 02 sensors before and the way the van was running after the repairs is signs of a bad 02 sensor and they also said they didn't replace it they put the old one back in. Cutting corners. Isn't professional. I DO NOT RECCOMEND GOING HERE. read more
