    Needed a replacement air valve for a 15x6 tubeless rim. Wheel was off of a pull behind poly garden…read moretrailer. Just a simple pull it through the hole tubless air valve. What I got back was a mangled rim and an $18.00 tube, $1.23 Shop supplies, $0.18 Hazardous materials fee. When I said this is not how the rim was when I dropped it off, counter guy says yes it was. I repeated no it wasn't. When I insisted it wasn't right, he said well it's holding air, I don't know, I just do this check out. Asked if this is how he really wanted to leave this with the trashed rim. He says hey I didn't work on it. I paid, left, got more pissed, went back, spoke to a differs guy. He says ah those rims are flimsy, want me to have it pounded back. Really? I said you think this is alright. He asked what I wanted and I said a new rim. He says I ain't gonna give you no rim but I'll have my guy beat it back some. Even the other side of the rim got bent. So flat out lying is their first defense. Thinking back I kinda was primed by the woman checking me in as she said if it'll hold air or we'll put a tube in. I said just replace the valve. All it needed was a $3.00 valve pulled through the hole.Set me up for an $18 tube and trashed the rim. Didn't even clean the grease off. Never buy from these people. Lying and NOT standing behind their work is their first order of business. Final cost $35.71 Go to Newaygo instead. Standing there waiting and listening to people. All were asking the same thing. Why this and that charge. Everone left paying more than they came in for.

They have damaged my vehicles and not said anything until I notice it and point it out. I have the owner on video stating how unsafe my previous brand new truck was and then put me back in it two days later without fixing a thing. I will add i brought it in that same morning with my whole family in the truck and their service advisor Kens response before having the owner, Tom Schuiteman- who you will hear in the video,ride with me- "you didn't buy that truck here, there isn't anything we can do for you" I will add not for sympathy but just so you can understand how little they care about their customers this was all going on while I was receiving chemo treatments for cancer. At one of the most stressful points in my life they truly made it worse trying to get this brand new truck fixed. It was in there over a dozen times for the same issue. When went to have the vehicle lemon lawed they fought it every step of the way and continued to tell FCA the vehicle was fine. I almost forgot they tried to void the warranty on the air suspension of the truck because they said it was overloaded and the compressor burned up. Only because I refused to accept that did they actually do their job and realized the system was never charged from the factory. This truck was only a few months old at this point. They installed the steering gear wrong on my charger. The last time the charger was in there they said the main wiring harness was bad and that it was discontinued. The harness was in fact not bad and only a pig tail connector needed to be replaced and was available through FCA. Now on to my latest visit in which the drive line has a significant vibration and carrier bearing chatter. They refuse to warranty it and say there is nothing wrong even though it is very obvious that it is a problem. Even with video of the driveshaft and carrier chattering I was still told no there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. I could add 50 more stories of their failures as a dealership all the way back to 2010 when they put a motor in my 09 charger and 3 miles down the road had puked out all of the oil because they reused a parts. The dishonest nature of this business is deeply concerning. I have extended Mopar warranties on every vehicle I have owned and all of these items should be covered under that extended maxcare warranty.
