Gary is awesome. I almost spent $130 at Antelope Valley Chevrolet. I had some free time to run errands since I couldn't make it to work with the massive Tick Fire going on. These are new tires from a recently purchase of a Chevy Spark. I bought the car 3 months ago and the tires were just bought a few months prior to my purchase. The guys at Wal Mart said the nail that was in one of the rear tires was in an awkward position and couldn't be patched. I decided to try going to TireXpress for a second opinion. Gary knew what he was doing and was able to plug it with his team. It only cost $15! Even if I had to purchase the tire it would have been half the cost of what AV Chevy would have charged me, and it was in stock! Even at AV Chevy I would have had to come in before 10am to pre-pay and have it special ordered to have it installed later on in the day. It would have been an all-day ordeal. Stay far away. I can't even comment on whether or not they do a good job of servicing a vehicle because the customer service is so awful I never got that far. Their website, the sign on their door, and the automated voice system when you call, all clearly say that they have Saturday hours from 8-2. One Saturday I showed up at about noon. The door was open, there were workwrs in the shop, and bays were open, yet the guy at the counter rudely told me that "we're closed today." Ok. I wrote it off as a bad day. Several months later (today) I decided to give them another chance because I had a flat. I called at exactly 8AM and the guy who answered the phone said "tire speeds please hold" and then put me on hold for 10 minutes. 9 minutes in I started wondering "how are they already so backed up with calls that I have to be on hold? They just opened." After 10 minutes did they finally pick up? Nope. They hung up on me. I called back and got the voice response that says what the hours are (including 8-2 on Saturday), but that the office is currently closed. I don't know what their deal is but it's really bad form. Just left this place and was so happy with the service I received from Brandon as well as the other friendly and attentive employees. I had two tires with nails. One was "too close" to the sidewall for the larger chain places I went to. I knew it could be repaired as it was still in the tread area. I was worried though because I had sprayed tire repair sealant inside the one tire but Brandon said they deal with that all the time. I had the two tires repaired as well as front-to-rear rotation, all for less than 50 bucks and I was out in less than 30 minutes. I only found this place because it was closest to me on Apple maps, but I'm really glad I did. If I lived locally I would come here for many other services. Thanks guys! read more

Ran over a screwdriver, limped into Tire Xpress and the guys there were great. They ordered a new tire and patched the punctured tire as best they could to get me through the next couple of days. Everyone was friendly and professional, I didn't have to wait long either visit, and their prices are fair. I can see why they are so busy! I especially want to recognize Moses. Service wasnt great, employees are what make it worse. I don't know who the people in the photo are, but they are not the ones with their hands on your car Went in for an alignment. The car came back worse. After a bunch of figuring out why my car pulls so much to the right, and having my mechanic verify the alignment portion was good, THEY LEFT MY TIRES 10PSI LOW, after I specifically asked them to fix that. Now that's a small mistake, big problem, but whatever. The problem is the face that A) they handed me keys to a car that pulled like it has 3 wheels B) the guy test drove the hell out of my car, I know this because he asked how much I race it after the test drive. And he tried to tell me he didn't know the car wasn't straight because he didn't take it above 2nd gear, and then started talking mess about "what do you want me to do, fix the steering wheel?" Got a refund, but these people have no confidence or pride in their job. The only easy part was getting my refund, go figure read more

I just got some new tires out on my Accord and the old tires were all worn unevenly. The front tires were so unevenly worn and driver side had the wires popping out of it. So, I was concerned and called around. Right off of the get go I noticed that Tire Xpress was kind and listened to me even over the phone call, every other place I called gave me a bad vibe over the phone. So, I told them I'd come by in a few days. I came by this past Tuesday and they got my car in right off of the bat. Everyone was really nice and honest. They told me they would let know if I needed front or rear or both aligned. Told me it would be about 45 mins to an hour. So I walked around for a little then I went and had lunch at primos nearby. As I was having lunch the technician from tire xpress came in and told me I'd only need the front aligned. I was surprised that they even noticed where I had gone. I liked that though. Coming to tell me what needed to be done and in what time it would be done. I went back and the car was literally just being parked and they showed me the diagram that they print out for you and explained the misalignment. All in all I was extremely pleased and didn't mind driving from west Lancaster to them. These guys are awesome. I got a really good feeling from them and they could have lied and said I needed both front and back done and I wouldn't have known but I appreciate honest, hard working individuals they do the job and give me my money's worth. I've been going to Gary (owner) since my son (now 18) was born. All my friends & acquaintances needing tires or brakes, etc. ~ I sent them his way. I've always felt comfortable leaving my cars/trucks with his guys knowing he goes out and checks on them... well... this last time I noticed a few changes, there's a LARGE sign in the lobby that states "NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT UNATTENDED IN VEHICLE" & the prices are ridiculous. I understand that this is CA and labor has gone up, sure, but to try and STIFF a long time customer with those new prices is wrong. All I needed were front brake pads, I check out (after nearly 2 hours of waiting) get in my truck, there is grease on my steering wheel, as I'm driving out of the driveway I hear a tool fly off my truck, I get home and start looking around the truck to see the back seat down as though someone was searching through my truck! (WTF?!) was unaware the front brakes had anything to do with what's behind my backseat. I had to wait 2 weeks to write this review and I'm still PO'd. Gary, you need a new brake guy, and I apologize for not picking up my new tires but really?? !!! After all the business I've given you?! I will not be using Tire Xpress ever again. All the history and trust we've built went straight out the window. I hope you're unaware of what your guys are doing but now you know. They called to tell me the brakes looked good and didn't need any work. Fantastic! Honesty... Check! They continued to say the vehicle needed 2 new tires, explaining I should rotate tires more often than, well, never. This I already knew, but really? They ONLY want to sell me 2 new tires? Honestly... Check! I requested they still change all four tires because of my OCD and requested a quote. I already knew what the tires run everywhere else, so I waited to hear the quote... I purchased tires at Tire Express last year in May 2017, not cheap tires. I drove to Northern California in November 2017 and ran over a poor hole that destroyed one tire. I went to the tire express store and I explained the problem they stated I needed to purchase a tire. In April of 2018 not a year later I drove to San Antonio when I arrived in San Antonio the front tires started skipping. Took car to tire shop and they identified flat spots on the tire. I called tire express before replacing 2 tires and explained the problem, i was told i needed to bring the tires in. Nothing was suge Suggested about any options, rotate tires or anything. So i purchased 2 tires which you could imagine what they cost. When i returned i took the tires to Tire Express. I was told the flat spot was caused someone slamming on the breaks. I was told the tire company that replaced the tires should have rotated the tires and the flat spots would have rounded back out. They had every opportunity to tell me this when I called them before I purchased 2 tires for over $400.00. Respectfully this business is not customer friendly, less than one year old tires should not be being replaced in less than a year. And to be told you or someone has been slamming on the breaks is not acceptable to me. My wife and I are not aggressive drivers and the only time we would brake in a manner like this would be for safety reasons. If you are selling a tire that goes bad after breaking for safety you need to remove that tire from your inventory. I will never do business in this establishment again, and the people I recommended to them will be told the same. I know am just one customer but this one was done wrong. They deserve 0 read more

I literally just left the shop and I couldn't wait to write a review on this place! So I brought my car to Toyota for maintenance a few days ago and I was told that one of my tire has a nail stuck in it, but since they don't do tire repairs I had to go get it fixed somewhere... so fast forward to today I took my car to Tire Xpress and had it looked and Ted was the guy who helped me out, he checked my tire and it didn't see any nail on it... so he double checked it and even check the tire pressure and no hole so my tire is good... he was even so nice to help and checked the pressure on the rest of the tires! Gary at the front desk, acknowledges everyone as they walk in the door by greeting them and letting them know he will get to them as soon as he can, if he is helping someone who was there ahead of them. He listens to what you have to say and lets you know clearly, how they can help you. I needed an alignment on my Honda Odyssey and told him I would like a four wheel alignment. I came back a day or two later and was greeted by another nice gentleman. He had me go to Buddy in the last bay - who does the alignments. I told Buddy that my van veers to the right if I let go of the steering wheel as I drive. He took the van for a drive, and told me he will call me and let me know what needs to be done. He called me back shortly thereafter and told me that I just needed a front end alignment and I okayed the job. He fixed if for me and my van drive straight as an arrow! Thank you Gary and Buddy. This is an honest business with people who treat their customers with respect and model a great American business establishment. They could easily have told me I needed both front and backend alignment and I wouldn't have questioned them. This is integrity! Great place to go for all your tire needs! The hubby and I have been using them for several years now on anything from tire patches, rotations to replacement sets on both our sedan and full size truck. Their prices are competative, and if they dont have your tire, they can typically get it in by the next day. A full tire replacement takes about 30 minutes or less if they aren't completely back logged - plus you can get some Primo's while you wait... right across the parking lot! Had a nail in my tire today. Went in, they did a patch for $10. The bay was busy, so the tech did the patch and changed my tire outside in the rain. Finished in under 10 minutes. Some of the people talking about prices are comparing them to walmart and costco prices. These are big box places with lower quality workers. They can afford a lower price. I find it funny people are complaining about $2.00 for a tire leak fix. I'll support my local businesses first for a few couple dollars. read more
