There's nothing but positive remarks I can say about this tire shop. I've bought several tire sets from Gary for different cars and truck. He gives you many price options to choose from. If a certain tire you want is not available, he'll special order them and they arrive quickly. You get free tire rotation for the life of the tires. Service is fast and top-notch from every mechanic. I guess that's why they call it "Tire X-Press". Was told by Toyota that I needed a 4-wheel alignment and would cost $159. Brought it here and only my front wheels needed alignment. Left paying $35 for the same computerized alignment! Haven't had brakes done or any other service since I do that on my own. Okay, it's rare I have to see a tire place twice in the same week, but as luck has it I got a screw in one of my tires and then two days later my brakes started to give out. Both times we were greeted quickly and our car was immediately worked on! And quality work too! To patch the flat was only 12 bucks and was super fast. The second time we pulled up two days later our brakes had been screeching and grinding. I knew the brakes were pretty much due to be replaced and sure enough the back ones were ready to go... The guys were super helpful, showed us the breaks, explained what needed fixing, fixed it right away, and sent us out the door. We are originally from the AV, but are visiting from up North in the Bay Area. I wish we had this kind of place up North!! These guys are awesome! read more

Do not call to ask for waiting times. They will tell you that the shop is currently slow and they work on first come first serve basis. When you show up, the shop will be swamped and they will state that it will take several hours to assist you. read more

I always get my tires here. I love this place. They are kind, on the ball and most immortally efficient. Not all places are like that. Plus they give you a great warranty. I dig that. I was driving home in that awful rain last night and I was so thankful for my new tires. I use big ol' honkin' tires and they are a good price for their size and last! Fast, honest, and great customer service. Had a leaky tire rear left that needed to be re-air every 3-4 weeks. Thought it was a nail, but it was due to a leaky valve. They took care of it at no charge. Took 15 mins. Keep up the great customer service and attentive. Will be bringing all my vehicles here for tire service. read more

What a fantastic tire business!! I spoke with Gary on the phone about my Honda Civic in getting 4 new tires installed. He said no problem bring the car in. Within minutes of arrival they had the car jacked up and the tires installed! This is the fastest and most professional / courteous place I have ever been. I found this place after purchasing tires for my f-450 work truck from another dealer who were incapable of mounting the new tires on my truck (pepboys.) Amazing guys. I lost my wheel lock so they plugged my tire and charged me $5!!! OMG really??? What can you get for 5 dollars these days. They were so amazing. Then I found the wheel lock and went back and they fixed my tire and charged me $15. Again just so amazing. I love these guys and I'll always go to them from now on. read more

My original review was in 2011. I'm updating it because these guys NEVER let me down. Today my brakes started grinding. Brandon was in as Gary probably was golfing. But the guys at TireXpress talk to you at your level. So he knew exactly what was happening (and so did I). Then you have my trusted brake-alignment man Lenny. This dude is dead on honest. He could have easily told me I needed all fours replaced, but no he was honest to say it was just one brake, but in reality you replace them in sets. My rotors were surprisingly ok and I walked out $140 less and I bet if I went to another place, I'd be looking at over $200. I trust these guys more than my family doctor. read more
