During an oil change at Valvoline Express Care on 5th st west, I was informed there was a screw in my tire. I just bought my tires out of state and was freaking out about the cost of a new tire. I pulled into the bay here at Tire Xpress and the gentleman quickly assessed my situation and was able to fix my tire for $18! I highly recommend this location and the guys are absolutely professional and super kind. read more

Perfect experience. I show up @ 10am, they had the tire I needed, the staff there was lively, friendly and top notch. I am done at 10:25 with a brand new tire at a cost that I was very happy with. Last time I had to get a tire, I went somewhere else and it took hours. This place runs like a well oiled machine and truth be told, it's a place I would love to work at myself. Maybe I will apply when I retire from my current job in a few years. A solid thanks to everyone who made this go smoothly. When you need solid service at a great price, go there. Trust me. read more

Good guys over here. Very helpful. I rolled in with my classic car because i was having issues with my lug nuts. Recently got my front and back breaks done at tire xpress. They did a great job. I brought my car in at 0830 and they were done before 1000. The price was extremely fair in comparison to other quotes I got. The dealership was going to charge me $1k for front and rear breaks, tire xpress was less than $350. Highly recommend. Service was really, they made it easy to understand, I requested all 4 tire change and was given a price range before the process was even started . I was in and out in about 30 min which really surprisingly is pretty fast so over all really good place to go and recommend everyone else to as well read more

I visited Tire Xpress by chance after being referred by my Brother-in-Law. I typically go to a particular "big box" tire retailer in Lancaster however when they weren't able to deliver my tire needs in time I wanted to explore other options. I phoned Tire Xpress Saturday morning and spoke with Gary who was a real pleasure to interact with while navigating through the tire purchase process. I arrived shortly after and was able to get in, paid, and out in the least amount of time than I ever have at any tire shop. With Gary's assistance we were able to get great pricing plus a manufacturer rebate on the set. I can confidently say that Gary and the team at Tire Xpress will be my new go-to local tire store for the needs of all my cars. Plus I'm comfortable referring others as well. Will only buy tires from here now. Better value than the dealerships and big auto/tire shops. Will quickly rotate tire for free if you bought tires from here. Always willing to help look into brake noise, suspension issues and other small nuisances you don't always know what causes the problem. Been going here for years now and will continue. read more

After doing some Poppy sight seeing Rick noticed our tire pressure light was on. Uh oh. We have gotten tires and brakes done at Xpress tires many times. Time to go see Gary ! We took in our SUV at noon. We went next door to PrimoBurger for lunch. By the time we were done so was our car. No hole- just low on air. All of our tires were checked and filled with air. NO CHARGE . Gary always has fair prices, does not do unnecessary repairs (Jiffylube told my Son he needed to have his rotors turned, Gary said no ..just new pads !) I trust Gary. His crew are fast thorough and honest. read more

Initially my first encounter was positive when I went for a new tire. However after we purchased an entirely new set things quickly changed. A few days after we just got a new set for another car we took it in as the tire showed signs of leaking air. We found it to have a large cut on the inside part of the tire. The tires were supposed to be 65,000 miles with a warranty. Rather than help they quickly put the blame on driving and scratching it intentionally. They ended up just charging for a new tire and with a smug grin sarcastically mentioned "we gave you a big discount!". So rather than honor the warranty that the tire didn't even make its mileage they decided on taking advantage and not replace it like it should have been. The tire didn't even last a week. And they made us feel less welcomed. But that's fine, we won't be taking our cars back. And I definitely won't be recommending this to anyone anymore. read more

Been going here for 10 years. This was my go-to place. Well, my last visit and discussion with Gary pushed me to Americas Tire. Before they were open there was a line of ladies waiting for service-fine. I simply asked Gary, as he was opening doors, if there was a slower time of the day to come back. Gary said, "pshh, we do not have any slow times", as he walks away from me. Well, guess what, there are a ton of options out there, not just this place. I went over to Americas Tire, which I have always been hesitant with chain shops due to overselling. Wow. The service here exceeded my expectations. They took my BMW X5M and treated it with gloves. I watched the entire process of changing out 2 tires and left knowing I have found a new tire shop. They installed new valve stems (without me asking ) and wrapped my old tires, which I wanted back as they were fairly new, just not sticky enough. My experience? 18 years in automotive and owner of vehicles I care for. Most shops are not good-period. About 1/1000 are. I will definitely avoid Express Tire and go to Americas Tire for now on. Perhaps I caught Gary at a bad time, perhaps he is just aging into a grump-hood, but bottom line, people do not have to put up with that. We have options, and I found mine, they treat my vehicles even better. FYI, the service staff at Express is very good. I cannot knock them. In fact, years back I bought them pizza for a job well done. read more

Great shop to work with. They were reasonable for the work performed and the truck is running well…read moreafterwards. I had come in for knock sensors but left with plugs wires rear pads and a passenger tiered as well as alignment! I was sleeping on a few things and decided to have them all handled. They turned the work around in a day and brought the truck to me as well. The shop is clean and the staff are friendly and the work performed seems good so far. Only way to really know how well a job is done is tear it all apart and check but that's unrealistic hahaha Im definitely happy with the outcome and also happy I had it done close to home so if there is an issue I can call them up and we can settle it... everything running well now and the truck is once again on top of the maintenance hill!!! If you want great customer service and want to get the best deal in tires around go to Tire Xpress! These guys rock! First experience: my run flats on the Vette threw a cord and the wheel well was getting slapped by the free tire cord. I called everywhere and Tire Xpress was the lowest price on the run flats and could get it done that day. Very happy with the results and they even let me clean the wheel wells and rims while they were doing the work! Second experience: The Avalanche was pulling and wearing out the new tires that the dealer had installed and aligned a year or so before. The tire balance guy stated they had to add an excessive amount of weights and did not know why the tires appeared to be so choppy and worn. Buddy, Tire Xpress alignment expert showed me the reason. There were plastic shims that were installed at the factory that whacked out the camber and you cannot align the vehicle with them in! The dealer is supposed to remove them and align the vehicle after it is delivered. This was never done for the previous owner! Buddy showed me them and removed them and aligned the Avalanche. I only got 50 of the 60K warrantee on them and one was really bald. Experience three: This time I asked for advice and got Gary, the owner, to recommend tires based on what I wanted: performance for the Vette and ride and quieter tires for the Avalanche and that is exactly what I got. The alignment on the Vette was still in specifications from Buddy's last alignment but he spent extra time to get it perfect. The Avalanche is finally driving straight and it is so quiet I do not have to turn up the stereo at highway speeds and it is a dream. The Vette is spot on and performing amazing with very little tire slip on fast starts unlike previous new tires and doing the one g turns as advertised. She is so sticky and a dream to drive hard! If you are within driving distance of the Tire Xpress and you go elsewhere for a dealer or "discount" tire store you are an idiot! I am meticulous about the vehicles and it is so rare for me to be happy with anyone but Tire Xpress has great people, do it right the first time have nothing to hide (they always let me watch and ask questions unlike the dealers hat chase you out of the shop). They have the best prices with the most talented group of guys. Just make sure to take and ask for Gary's advice the first time. He will set you up! There is a reason these guys have a 5 star rating...I'll give them a 10 if I could! PS they take great care of your car while working on it too! read more

I have become a big fan of A Tire Xpress as they are best in trade. Right from the services to customer service and money everything is customer centric. I cant write much about the kind of work we get it done here but truly these guys are bang on the Customer Satisfaction scale.
