Wow! Amazing service I came here to get some air, right. Super fast friendly prompt service They even asked where I wanted my tire pressure at! How ever it did not end there! Kevin and Javier go out of there way with knowledge and customer service.... so I came to get and they asked if I had 5 minutes to wait while they take my wheel off and check for nails, so that found two nails and patched my tire for free! Then rotated my tires for FREE! They would not accept No money! I tried to tip and they refused! So I asked them for quotes on my other truck and my current car the prices were amazing! Anytime I have issues with a tire, I'm asked why do I live in the Downtown Houston area and travel all the way to Spring for tire replacement. Came here for the first time with my mom a few weeks back and got great service and great pricing. I went to discount tires this Monday for a tire rotation and got the same mediocre service like normal. We came to TireLink to get our wheel fixed. I scraped it on the curb. The wheels are kind of pricey and we're only a month old and the curb rash looked pretty bad. TIreLink got us all fixed up. This is by far some of the best customer service of any business in the Houston area. My girlfriend had a blow out near the business. They immediately jumped in a truck, went to her location, put her spare on so she could drive to the business, and had her new tire waiting on her when she arrived. This is easiest tire store to do business with period. Very professional and courteous. I have been there three times and I am met in the parking lot with a courteous "May I help you" every instance. Too bad Yelp doesn't have a 6 star option because Tirelink would have 6 stars across the board. I used to be a faithful Discount Tire customer, but no more. My husband and I were in the market for new tires for my truck. We called everywhere, finally we called this place. Let me just say.. when talking to these guys on the phone they were the friendliest and most polite people we've ever talked to. Their quote for the tires were more expensive than other places we talked to however, We ended up taking our truck in any way because of the customer service. They were able to get the tires we needed the same day and had them installed within about 45 minutes. Not only did they put our new tires on.. but they balanced our front ones, they checked the spare tire, they price matched a competitors tires, gave us flat repair and rotation not just on the vehicle we brought in but on all of our vehicles.
