I pick up the car and went to the auto store to buy a new filter to put in and found they broke the air holder cover latch and a missing screw to hold the drawer in. We returned abs they said it will be about 45 minutes this was around 1230-1 pm. We they got to my husband at 4 pm they said we can't fix it you need a new tire. All we asked for earlier is if the could look at it they said we have to go in order we wasn't trying to jump ahead but if they could have told us earlier we could have decided on where we wanted to purchase the tire from but we were in a bind and was supposed to go out of town. My husband waited all day they were not rude but they could have just looked at the tire to say if it could be patched THAT WAS NOT DONE. It was very unprofessional. We get tires cheaper being a veteran but we had no choice we needed to go out of town for court. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. We paid inver three hundred dollars for this tire. We will never go back again.
