We made an appointment for 10/8 @ 1030 am we had a simple tire repair ( plug or patch) nail. They told my husband they had a tech that did not come in ( understood) I picked my husband up since it was going to be a minute. We returned abs they said it will be about 45 minutes this was around 1230-1 pm. We they got to my husband at 4 pm they said we can't fix it you need a new tire. All we asked for earlier is if the could look at it they said we have to go in order we wasn't trying to jump ahead but if they could have told us earlier we could have decided on where we wanted to purchase the tire from but we were in a bind and was supposed to go out of town. My husband waited all day they were not rude but they could have just looked at the tire to say if it could be patched THAT WAS NOT DONE. It was very unprofessional. We get tires cheaper being a veteran but we had no choice we needed to go out of town for court. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. We paid inver three hundred dollars for this tire. This is consistently the worst tire shop I have ever tried to do business with. I said a few years ago after they damaged a wheel on my truck that I would never go back. Fast forward to 2025 I tried them again. They are still the worst tire shop in Conyers! I have tried other locations and they are all about the same. A hit or miss at best. Do not take your vehicles here. this location has incompetent and deceitful employees, I took my car to get service for an oil change, two tires and tire rotation, tires plus ended up breaking my oil pan and caused all my oil to leak out onto my garage, the manager at the time tried to cover it up. tires plus has incompetent employees and tell customers anything for a sale. I filed a complaint with customer service and they routed me to a john tumey. I provided john tumey diagnostic documentation from the previous dealership who touched my car and he acted like he did not know what I was talking about having me to repeat myself on multiple occasions, he stated I will not get a refund, that I need to seek legal advise to get a refund for the terrible service I received . when you take your car to get serviced at any establishment they provide a list of what was done and what is needed and what was refused. the previous dealership did not provide any indication that an oil pan was ever needed. Tires plus is a horrible company, that steals from innocent customers and they try to take advantage of folks they believe who not going to fight back. this can be resolved with my refund and I will not stop! I'm not sure how this place even has 2 stars. Quick run down, absolute scam artist type behavior. My BMW needed an alignment and so I thought this should be easy and painless. The young man says no problem, puts on gloves and wait for it... goes Q and rubs his hands on my tires. I couldn't believe what I was seeing but I thought ok maybe he is just checking tire tread which are new tires FYI not even 100 miles on them. I thought to myself a visual you can see brand new tires but now my interest is peaked. The guy comes back and says you have bad tires and need your struts replaced! So I have to see how far this clown is gonna take this so I say really you got all that rubbing my tires? He says yes, the tires are warped which is a sign of bad struts. I'm laughing inside but again I have to see how far this would go. I said how much is that and he said with the tires, parts and labor a few thousand dollars. Now it gets really good I say can I get a written estimate? The guy says the computers are down. Ok that's enough for this review if you can't see this was clearly a scam then visit this place and spend as much money as you like. Scam!! This place is a scam and a joke! They won't do any work unless they can sell you something else. Don't buy their lifetime wheel alignment or anything else from this place. I purchased lifetime wheel alignment a few years ago. I brought my car back for an alignment after purchasing 4 new tires and now they're saying something needs to be fixed on my car before it can be done. So they basically don't want to do anything after they've already got your money for it. Lifetime is a joke at this place. On another occasion, I brought my 2011 Mercedes in for an alignment and was told I needed new tires. The girl that worked there went outside and put her hands on my tires and said they're worn out. I had just purchased the car a few month ago and the tires weren't even a year old yet. There's a receipt in my car on when the tires were purchased from the Mercedes dealership. It's funny, not funny. How after the Sale the Romances Ends.. I purchase 4 new tires from #tirespulse two 6 mos ago and two 2 month ago and I have had 4 flats on the new tires and weekly I have to pull over twice or more to add air to my new tires. Each time I go back to #tiresplus they say it's the weather that causes the tiers to lose pressure I am so frustrated they want to charge me to replace the tires that are under warranty or tell me it's normal to have to put air in the tires so often... I have more problems with the new tires than I ever did with the old ones... I've spoken the manager a few times about the tires and get no results, these are runflat tires by the way and they are always FLAT. The thing that is bothering me is the price gouging for parts and counter productive (no carry in tire mounting policy) related to my front in alignment service appointment. After dropping my car off for a 10:00am alignment appointment I received a call from the service rep that I would need both front lower control arms and inner tie rods replaced at a cost of 1435.00. This seemed a bit high and unfortunately I was not in a position to research the cost at the time, so I gave the go ahead to do the repair. A costly mistake on my part, as I later found that the markup of the parts alone was 100%ea. OEM on the lower control arms and 300%ea. OEM on the inner tie rods. I called the store manager to get clarification on why such a price difference and was told that the price is system generated and they have no control over it, and it also is inflated to cover the cost of the included 12/12,000 warranty on parts and labor. So essence, I was charged an additional 440.00 to cover the possibility of an already warrantied by the manufacture parts failure, and the possible labor it would take to correct the issue if it were to occur. This just doesn't sit well with me. Add to that they were unwilling to mount my carry in new tires needed to complete the alignment properly. This causing me to fairy my wheels two at a time to NTB for mounting and balance, further delaying the completion of the work, just leaves a bad taste of dissatisfaction. !!!Please do your research before having any work done by this company and definitely this store!!! On researching Tires Plus' BBB accreditation, I discovered they have none. BBB rates this business D+. There have been 338 complaints over the last 3 years, many of them for repair issues after service and inferior service. This provides me validation for my experience, but since the rating is collective of all Tires Plus/Firestone, I do not want anyone affiliated with this company to touch my car again. Since we purchased lifetime alignments I will need 2 more to justify the cost. After reading some true horror stories I don't know if I want to take the risk. This location's "senior technician" crossed the wires on my battery and admitted so to me. When it was discovered that he had done extensive damage to other electronics in my vehicle (rendering it totaled) he denied having crossed the wires. To make matters worse, the parent company Bridgestone/Firestone, backed him in his denial (his lie) and refused to repair/replace my vehicle - Refused to cover the cost of a very expensive diagnostic. This family who can ill afford it is out a vehicle. A quote from Harvey S. Firestone - "I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business". went to tires plus in conyers in 2017 to get my brakes checked and was talked into getting a complete brake job and a lifetime warranty. my vehicle sits in my driveway six days a week and is rarely driven. on 7/13/19 i returned to this location in regards to my brakes squeaking and a female at the location contacted me after leaving my vehicle to be checked out and advised me that i needed a complete brake job all over again and also tried to say i needed a new battery. she advised me my total would be $997.44. i disagreed with what she was saying and returned to get my vehicle. i took my vehicle to goodyear and had it checked out by them. i was told my brakes are fine and that a portion of the housing around the brakes was rubbing against the pad causing the noise. two spacers around the axel were found to be bad and needed to be replaced. the spacers were replaced and the total cost for my visit was $105.44. after this experience at tires plus i feel they attempted to take advantage of me and leads me to believe they also took advantage of me in 2017. its a shame that you would think you could trust this company and it's employees, now i know better and will pass it on to my friends to avoid this company if at all possible with its shady practices. read more

Best advice, STAY AWAY!! I purchased a set of 6 tires for my dually Ford truck. Made an appointment and went after work to have tires installed took about 2&1/2 hours, so far no problem. On the way home tires bounced badly, took back next day at lunch and it was supposed to be ready by 5:00, left at 7:45.....much worse on the way home (driveline vibration), got home and looked under truck...tech had jacked up truck by the skid plate and bent it up so it was pushed into the transmission, got to looking at the wheels to see if weights were installed and then noticed 4 sets of clamp marks gouged into my aluminum rear wheels. Talked to manager and she said to bring it by and she would look at them (she agreed tech had damaged wheels and bent skid plate) She told me they were busy and I would have to bring back the next day, again, brought at lunch..was supposed to be ready by 5:00, yep there to after 7:30. Told be they would have to send wheel off to get buffed, they would only do one at a time, got wheel back and they had inside part of wheel buffed, not the damaged area. Had to bring back again, took tire off and mounted my spare tire, 2 weeks later got wheel back. Had trip planned to Florida, had shop put new tire on spare wheel (went to Florida with no spare), came back and got next wheel sent off, this on came back in about 3 days, had to make another trip to shop to have it put on. Tech that worked on it told me "Sorry about your wheels but I told them I had never done a dually before". After all this I still had bounce on front tires. Decided not to let them attempt it a third time, took to Bulldog Tire in Covington and had to pay them $30 for what Tires Plus could not do and now rides fine. They did finally get my wheels back to an acceptable condition but I was inconvenienced time and time again. I wrote a review on this place a couple weeks ago and it appeared under the wrong TiresPlus store even after I wrote and attempted to get it corrected. Basically after looking online for a deal I thought I had found one at TiresPlus who advertised "Buy three and get one tire free". The short story is that's a lie at least at this store and the counter salesman has the audacity to try and make you believe that you are getting the deal. Stay away from this store they advertise one price but try and stick you with another price (Bait and switch) for the same tires disguising their tactics in hidden charges and taxes. I apologize for the wrong store getting blamed but a google search ahead of time will show that many stores within this franchise or involved in shady practices. read more

They took advantage of my young and unexperienced daughter by charging her new price for a leaky half dead refurb. Was not even the right battery for the truck. Battery died the next day and they were not going to make it right so we asked for the money back. They said there policy would not allow refunds we would have to wait 3 to 5 days for the card to be credited. (this is a debit not credit, and that money came out of the bank immediately.) I told him I needed it fixed now because my daughter has to go to school on Monday. He tried blaming the truck, but I'm not unfamiliar with automotive things so that didn't fly. At the end of the day we have the same crappy battery in the truck just recharged, and to make it fit he cut my factory cables and replaced them with very cheap bolt ons. Their main customer service line was useless to make complaints. Any one who goes here make sure you know cars, watch them like a hawk, and try not to be someone they think will not know better ie. women, young person, or anyone else they think they can get one over on. I personally will never get anything else done there nor will I recommend anyone else do so. read more
