They have treated us very fairly and respectfully each time I have needed their services. Today I hit a deer and really mashed my car up. Jeff Dobbins arrived very shortly after I called and waited for over two hours for the police to arrive! He could have charged me much more for the extra time it took but didn't. He had just gotten off what I'm sure was a long day at work but he didn't hesitate to stop and help me out. The only reason I knew that he worked for this company is because he still had his uniform on when he got out of his own personal vehicle and he mentioned it while he was helping me. Not only did he put my spare tire on for me but he also used my jumper cables to jump start the dead battery I had from being stranded with my flashers on for so long. He asked for absolutely nothing in return, he just saw someone who needed assistance and didn't think twice about it. Multiple people passed by for hours including many police officers but he was the only person who stopped. I just wanted to give some recognition to one of your outstanding employees. I will definitely be using and recommending only this towing company in the future because of his kindness and sincerity.
