I only had one key and Dewey explained how expensive it can be for programming a new key w/out a copy. I bought a copy. It took about 20 minutes to program and I was on my way. Jeff was the guy who did the programming after he was done he gave me a heads up to watch out for something that may be going bad. That was nice of him because usually you have to pay to inspect and diagnose a possible problem. It cost about 125.00 for the key (for starting the car & power unlocking). I paid over a thousand dollars and upon receipt of my car I noticed they never turned the light off so every time I start the car I have to manually push the "clear" button on my dash. Later when I got my oil changed it was discovered that my engine had about 2 quarts too much oil, thank God my engine was not destroyed from this carelessness. Additionally they never tightened hose clamps connecting my air filter. I will be going to my local non-saab import dealership soon to have them fully inspect the vehicle in case there are any more details they failed to notice. Had my car in for an AC repair and oil change (using a jug of Mobil1 oil and a filter I provided). They overfilled the oil (used entire jug, vs. filling and checking). I asked why. The response was 'we filled it to the specs'; I pointed out that it never takes the full 5.1 quarts after a change; I've never needed more than 4.5 to get the dip stick level right. He then said that my dip stick was the wrong part and therefore inaccurate... not true. (I even checked the dipstick part to verify it was the right one.) I also called later and found that they will no longer accept customer supplied parts for repair, unlike Andy & Mark's policy.
