They allowed us to leave the trailer behind their shop while they hunted for replacement parts for the truck. The manager even used his own car to take us to a nearby hotel where we stayed until the truck was repaired. I can't say enough good things about the care we received from Total Tire and Automotive. I don't see how they get a 5 star rating because they were absolutely no help at all. I'm sure they don't have any problem crunching the numbers when it's time to bill you. I can not elaborate on the quality of there work and never will. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this shop. especially if you're a female…read more I went in to get a simple patch for a nail in my tire and told they were dry rotted and would not patch. ended up with four new tires and two new front CV boots. 1800 dollars later, I leave the shop and realize that my driver window button is missing from the door panel. couldn't roll my window up for over 24 hours and then I found it underneath my seat with the connectors broken. I will now have to buy a whole new unit for my door just to be able to roll up my window. On top of that, I had three missing valve stem covers and have proof that it left the shop this way. they're nicest can be when they want to offer you a payment plan for almost $2,000 worth of work but can't keep basic things about your vehicle intact. I would definitely recommend any other shop in town and reading reviews before you go. Don't always take someone's word because you'll end up in the place that I'm in
