I had an exceptionally positive experience with Kenny, the owner and mechanic. Kenny seems to be very competent and was a good communicator while my vehicle was in his care. Admittedly, I'm no expert in automotive costs, so after receiving my bill for a replaced front axel I followed up with a man more in the know: he confirmed that I had indeed received a very fair price for the parts and labor. This company requires their customers to come in person and pay for the release of their vehicle with cash so she says, (regardless if the customer lives three hours away and attempts to pay over the phone and has scheduled a pick up) when their website clearly states that Steve's accept cards. Probably because they charge $60 a day storage until you can get back to this town in person and pay with cash and be there the exact same time as the tow company removing it from Steve's trashy lot...I suppose it's a plot to make more money and much easier to pocket cash from the price gauging than it is to pocket the credit card slip, huh Trace?! For those following along, my vehicle was on this lot for less than 1 week from the time of incident and I paid $1,167. 00 in cash with the receipt clearly showing the towing fee was $200. Also, reach out to the Arkansas State Police in effort to get Steve's contract revoked. Autozone had said the code showed the mass air flow valve was faulty, this place NEVER ONCE fixed that issue, they in fact ignored it all together and did what they wanted. At this point, they let me come back and they do the testing for free, and tell me we can replace everything again incase the parts were bad, again they do this for free, BUT here's the kicker. They never actually did another fix and here's how I know they lied to me. My carfax shows EVERY SINGLE TIME I have work done on it, no matter how small, it's on there automatically. My carfax shows the first "fix", but it doesn't show anything else ever being done to it. Hines Service Center, not only didn't fix my issue, they LIED to my face about fixing it a second time, AND they couldn't even give me paperwork on the second "fix" either. In short, I am out 550.00, nothing got fixed, they scammed me because i'm a woman and I can not recommend this place if you are a female driver, thank you.

We authorized them and paid. We got the vehicle home with zero problems. The next day, we had the exact same problems we asked them to repair. It was almost as if they did just enough to make sure we could get it home, so we would bring it back in for further repairs. I trusted the AAA rating, never bothering to look at Yelp. Never again. What we experienced is a pattern that you can see from the other low ratings. The AAA rating means nothing.
