Took my car in to have my tires mounted. They cracked three of the wheel covers. It looked as if they just used a screwdriver to try and pry them off instead of a proper tool. They offered no amends or discount whatsoever. read more

I brought my car in to have four tires replaced, when I got my car back the finish on multiple rims are damaged. One of the rims had previous curb damage, that I told them about which was obvious due to the chunk missing from my front passenger tire & thus my reason for being there. They denied doing the damages to the other three rims & would not fix. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I have used this company in the past for many years. After having a similar problem 15 years ago with an exact word for word statement of how they weren't responsible for the damage from the same person. I want to say that I've been doing business with McKinney Tire Pros for well over 10 years, and they have always been very friendly and accommodating. I took my car in for balancing and rotation this morning at 7:30, and the man who helped me asked if I had an appointment, I said that I didn't, and he said that he would get my car done soon; as they already had many customer tickets laid across their front counter!! Do not go to these people they told me they could do it had my my rim off trying to get my tire off and they could not even get the tire off and gouge my rim they never even said anything about it knowing they done it then when I took it to a tire shop in Greenbrier I noticed it after I asked the guy not to scratch my rims he told me there's a gouge in it already from the tire shop before before he even Took my room off my truck so I called the owner up and he told me to bring it to him and I had a before picture before they even touched it and he told me that picture does not mean anything to me yeah because he don't want to pay for a $1700 rim it's ridiculous somebody can't take care of something they done in my opinion POS want to be businessman if you're going to run a business you do that to somebody's rim take care of it I would not be that person to curb rash my rim and then go back and if it was curb rash it be on the lip of it not where are you put the tire tool I know I used to work for a tire shop If I could put zero stores I would've read more

I just had some work done here today (oil change, replace tire pressure sensor), but I've had work done before over the years. They are really amazing! Yes, they are busy, and so maybe it took a bit more time than an in and out jiffy place. But they do great work, and guarantee it, and the price is fair. They are all super friendly too. And while I there waiting, at least 3 customers came in thinking their repairs would be more extensive, but were told whatever it was was just a small repair instead. Amazing! Clearly they are honest, and professional - you just can't ask for more. read more

I've used McKinney many times over the years due to accurate price estimates, solid work done on time, they really do back up their work....and most importantly, McKinney Tire on numerous occasions have advised me of certain repairs NOT needed after being told by "reputable" branded auto repair garages of "must have or must replace" parts. Example, recently local dealer shop told me front brake pads down to 10% and needs replaced and new rotors for 2500 Dodge pickup. This was "discovered" during oil change. After inspection by McKinney Tire, they advised brake pads had 50% wear and rotors were fine.... No need to replace at this time. This is not first time they have been absolutely honest and declined work and $$$, for the sake of putting customer first and doing THE RIGHT THING!! read more

Listen, this place is wonderful. It may not look like much, but the people are spectacular. Everyone is shockingly friendly and unbelievably helpful. I went in this morning for two new tires, was promptly greeted by the woman at the front desk, and before I'd finished asking for help, someone was there to price some tires for me. He went out in the rain to inspect my tires since I wasn't certain what I was looking for and, despite the rain, came back smiling. It took maybe half an hour to select my new tires and swap out the old. I can not stress enough what a pleasant experience this was. As I type this, cookies are in the oven - I'm bringing them by the shop tomorrow as a token of appreciation for the employees of McKinney Tire and Auto. read more

Since merging with Conway Tire and Battery its been nothing but a headache. Every time we go in to get our tires rotated, its a 1-2 hour WAIT MINIMUM! this is absolutely ridiculous. They are only open Monday-Friday, not Saturday. It should not take 2 hours to rotate 4 times...... read more

Just took my son's care for a tire sensor evaluation I had to replace a sensor previously and was concerned this might be the case. They topped out the tires with nitrogen, even the spare, turning the sensor light off. They recommended holding off on replacing the sensor saving me money and time. After doing all this, they didn't charge a dime for their time or the nitrogen top off. Always a great bunch of guys. read more

I went and got new front brakes on my car. It's been a day and everything seems fine. We did not wait at the facility. I dropped the car off at 7:45am and the brakes were done at 11:45 am. I was prepared for a wait because I didn't have an appointment. Communication was great. They called with the quoted price before starting the work and called exactly in the timeframe they said it would be done. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because last time I had my brakes and rotors done in South Carolina 3 years ago it cost $270 and this time here it cost $330; however, they offered a military discount and it was $320. I really needed them done and didn't feel like wasting time getting other quotes. This may be a normal price...but that's a big difference in price in 3 years time. Side note: South Carolina cost of living is comparable to Arkansas; hence why I was surprised by the price. If it way NY...I wouldn't have been surprised at all. read more

They were goofing around in shop area and one person was about to get overcharged untill a different guy walked by with a different price, they also ask a lady were her tire key was and she said they keep it last time. Also they must have pulled my inside door handle instead of the the armrest hole real hard because it was broke when I left and nobody said anything about it. read more
