My dad took his car there and asked for them to look at it. Look being the key word here. They started doing work on it and never xalled to say this is what we found what we should do would you like us to start working on it? They told my dad (who dropped it off at 8 am) when he called around noon they were working on it. He asked for them to give him a call when it was done. No communication whatsoever. He drove by around 4 saw it was out of the garage and went in to inquire about his car. The kid was rude acted like my father was bothering him and said Go get your ride so you can get your car out of here. I understand sometimes communication isn't great, but the demeanor of this guy was uncalled for. I will never use them again even if I have to travel out of my way. At the very least the work done on the car is not the issue it runs better now.
