And when the owner met me and took my key, he was flat out rude. But I chalked it up to it possibly being due to the fact that they were short-staffed, or even a naturally gruff personality. So, when he called me back later that day and was "Mr. Friendly," I was surprised. But here's the thing. He was super friendly and affable...UNTIL he realized that he'd called the wrong number. Yeah, apparently he thought he was talking to another customer. Once he figured out he was speaking to ME and not the other customer, he became totally rude and dismissive again. Bordering on rage. It was like Jekyll and Hyde. And then he launched into a whole tirade about how he hadn't looked at the car and wouldn't touch it. I had been prepared for the expense of repairing it. But this was the weirdest and the rudest encounter I've ever had with a service person. I still don't know what the deal was. Was it because I'm a woman? I don't know. But the entire experience was pretty unsettling.

They told her that she needed new tires immediately. They put on ~$2500 winter tires on her car, not in the winter, and without telling her that they were putting winter tires on the car. Additionally, one of the tires was installed with the reverse tread direction. $600 per tire is absurd, they ripped her off. The MSRP on those tires on Tirerack is $328!! Then to compensate her for her experience they said we could have a free oil change. They changed the oil but didn't reinstall the crush washer/gasket so now the car is leaking oil, I have to get someone else to change the oil and we have a large oil stain on our driveway. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
