Here we go, This is a good one I have a 2010 Bentley GT. My first set of non Dealer tires I bought at Tires Plus Lantana and bought rotate and Balance from them plus Tire Damage Policy now going on 14 years So Last Friday I go in to have tires balanced and rotated and they tell me oh now we charge for balance bout $100 bucked I growled ( 14 years of business ) So I paid. Had a vibration when I got home to Jupiter which is a long drive. Mind you I go there because of our relationship I realized the whole mind set had changed I told the guy at the counter I'm here longer than he is and not a stranger. The attitude was that's the way it goes So I called and still got the well bring it back 60 miles I said Will you have Jay Call me Yeah Yeah Of Course never got a call cause they don't give a Ratz Ass I then go to Tequesta Tire in Jupiter and they rebalance the tires, every one was out of balance So I called Jay answered, I told him not trying to beat you over the head but all tires were out of balance. Poor across the board, the quality of work provided by the entire staff is absolutely disgusting. I've brought two vehicles in for minor work. (Oil change, breaks, tires) I've brought a VW Jetta in and they back fed my ECU after replacing the breaks and relearning the wheel speed sensor and said welp there's nothing we can do, basically totaling my vehicle. Insurance totaled it out. NOTHING WAS DONE, no apology, NOTHING! Read the FINE PRINT... Got me twice. Brought in a 2019 Chevy for two sets of tires, mount and balance... Simple,, turns into the vehicle stabilizer going crazy, they were able to completely butcher the balance of both wheels and damage the rims, again was told welp, nothing we can do... After noticing the god awful vibrations I took the vehicle for a second opinion, at the dealership, they told me there are way too many weights on the rim ridiculous amount, scratches on the rim and damage to my center caps, they also manage to kill my battery by performing an unwanted and unwarranted battery test... the dealership ask if I wanted everything documented (YOU BET!) Don't let these people steal your money ! That's what they are about, you will get what you need fixed, but in a week or so you'll end up back again with a more expensive fix.. STAY AWAY ! If you want quality look elsewhere. If you have a banger and going A to B for cheap I get it. I've lost hope for your neighborhood/local vehicle maintenance shops. They can't stay a float so inorder to do so you'll definitely be back for multiple trips at each visit spending more and more... Went here because they were the cheapest oil change and did I ever end up pay for that! Brought in my 1999 Chrysler 300M for a routine oil change. This shop overtightened the drain plug, stripping the oil pan. Manager on duty said I needed to buy a new oil pan. WHAT!? Yeah, he accepted Zero responsibility for the damage. I argued and got him to pay for half of the cost. This was still a mistake on my part to agree on paying a dime for something they were 100% liable for. Never went back and never will. These guys hire any idiot off the street to work on your car. Learn from my mistake and take it to someone reputable and competent. The cheapest ends up being more costly and upsetting. I was on vacation with a new set of Michelin Cross-Climate which were purchased in Ohio. I felt as if l lost a wheel weight while driving to Florida. Made a appointment at Tire Plus for 11am. Arrived at 10:45am and finally finished at 2:15pm Yes 2hrs and 15 minutes after appointment time to have 4 tires balanced and checked. Arrived back in Ohio and noticed that two tires were mounted with the rotation arrow facing the wrong way. Took car to where tires were purchased and here are the notes that the Ohio dealer put on receipt. Found one tire lug nuts to be loose(hand tight) And two back tires were put on backwards. I took my car to Tires Plus on Hypoluxo near i-95 in lake Worth. My front end was shaking a little bit when I was breaking. They told me I needed new tires, rotors and brakes. At a cost of almost $800. I found the same tires at Firestone for much less. They asked me if I wanted them to inspect my van and I said yes. The only thing they told me that was wrong with my van was I needed some fluids topped off. Definitely be careful with what you hear from these auto shops. Always get a second opinion never take them for their word. I save myself over $600 and we'll never go to that Tires Plus again! read more

been using the franchise for over 10 years in coral springs and when I moved up to ocean ridge I started to use these guys on hypoluxo. The first visit last year went pretty smoothly for tires and etc..but recently my sons car brakes were squeaking and we brought the car and advised them we thought it was the front brakes. we pick up the car and car is still squeaking so I called for a 10.am appt. the counter guy advised me that it started he needs rear breaks and we showed him a video..signed the ticket and left. waited until 234 pm to check on the status of the car and it's the next to get the shop, WTF? strike 1,called again at 430 and they advised they attempted to call at 332pm and left message. they advised they didn't start the job because of approval, so they stated the car needed brakes before started but did nothing. No one was apologetic and could give a reasonable answer why after 5 he the car wasn't touched and 6 hrs no service at all...even when they recommended new brakes. I had a slash in my tire due to constructions sites, the whole tire had to be replaced. When they finally called me back with my car it seemed fine, I payed and drove off. Luckily, my dad is a mechanic and the next day he noticed my tire was loose and wobbling. One of the wheel nuts was very loose and the rest of them were stripped. Your mechanic should triple check to make sure your vehicle is safe to drive! Mine was not, one step on 95 (my everyday route) and it could have been very dangerous let alone ruin parts of my car. I don't recommend this place! Please go to someone you trust and make sure you know WHO is working on your car. read more

Took my truck here to get an alignment and they broke my tie rod! They called me to come pick up my vehicle and when I started it and put in drive within the first tire rotation my tie rod broke. They broke it and set me up too be there one to break it then charged me 400 dollars to fix it. Broke down in there parking lot with my truck leaning to the left I had no choice. Update 6/15/2017: I returned to have my company vehicle serviced due to poor motor performance (mis-firing). Vehicle repairs and maintenance must be approved in advance by a third party (ARI) to control costs for my company. Tires Plus noticed that the vehicle has had several $$$ repairs made in the recent past that apparently did not fix the problem. Tires Plus insisted on replacing all of the coil packs, spark plugs, etc., with OEM parts. This would require forcing ARI to approve their recommendation. After calling my company fleet manager, all parties agreed to the terms and the repairs were made. Once again Tires Plus went above and beyond in their efforts to help me. The vehicle is running good again but we will wait and see how long it lasts. No matter what I will use them again.... read more

So I decided to give this place a second chance despite the fact that my husband walked away with new tires but also a dent on his car. So I managed to get new tires on my Jeep and spent over $2000 to do that. However the spare tire on the back wasn't even tightened nor were the caps on my wheel rims. Additionally they unzipped the back of my jeep and only zippered half of the soft top back on and didn't tell me. I discovered that myself. They ended up getting the zipper stuck and then didn't tell me so if it would've rained before I found it I would've had a soaked jeep interior. They didn't deserve a second chance. $2000+ shouldn't be a half-a**ed job. read more

Horrible. I feel unsafe knowing the manager has my name and an old address. I waited two weeks to post this review but other females deserve to know! I went for an oil change and I've been going here for YEARS. At least 8 years. They had me as a 2014 Jeep Wrangler and my Jeep is a 2020. They had the wrong miles initially on the form, as it was off by 20,000 miles! I was just here 5 months ago for my last oil change... I corrected it all when I dropped my Jeep off with the one nice manager. I go to pick up and Chris, the other manager tried to tell me that I needed new tires and I explained to him that my tires were JUST replaced two months ago, they're brand new. Chris, then argued with me saying there was no note of me getting tires with their company. I explained I went elsewhere and Chris told me my tires are garbage! I left. I filled out the survey the company emailed me the next day honestly and within two hours I have voicemails of the manager HARASSING me and leaving the creepiest voicemail of just him laughing in one?? Like a scary movie. He left me TWO 2 minute voicemails telling me I'm wrong and my vehicle is garbage, my tires are garbage and I can "complain about him all I want but nothing is going to happen." Also saying I may think my vehicle is new, but it's crap. lmfao it's funny because this dude is on another level of anger management. I have NEVER experienced a manager harassment like this. I still have the 3 voicemails he left me incase I have to involve the police. My parents had to call this man and tell him to leave me alone.... He told my parents to "quit my bullshit" and hung up on them! I'm a 29 year old female. don't go here alone. the manager clearly has anger issues, can't be trusted, and will harass you because you spoke honestly. A little bummed to read the rest of the reviews regarding this location in contrast with my personal experience. My tire ended up shredding on the highway right before the Hypoluxo exit, this was the closest tire shop after the incident and had to leave my car overnight to return first thing in the morning. Tommy was quick to take my call 3 minutes right after opening at 7:00AM. Arrived to a loaded parking lot, but was tended to quickly. During my wait, I heard Tommy effectively communicating with one of his employees, made me comment on the good management. Upon dropping off my keys, Jose was personable and extremely communicative. I received my first call from him around 10AM notifying me of additional work that was encouraged to have done on my car and did not feel pressured about my opt-ins/outs. Received my clearance to pick up after 2 new tire installs and an oil change at 11:30AM when they told me it would be ready around 1PM! Thanks for getting me back up and running guys read more

First let me start off saying that I have been dealing with this establishment for over 10 years, have bought many sets of tires from this store. Twice when I have had them do tire rotations they have tightened the lug nuts so tight a human could not unloosen them and I had to take them back to get this done. The first time the manager apologized and did it right away. This Sunday when I tried to take off my tires to clean the insides of the rims (I know, sounds silly, but it's a show car) I could not budge the lug nuts with a four way or a impact wrench. I called the store and spoke with the Manager, told me to bring it in. I did. Then he went on to tell me that he had 3 cars in front of me and I would have to leave it. ( this takes 5 minutes to do this) His attitude was terrible, I told him that no human could take these nuts off, he laughed and told me to bring up my 4 way wrench and he would do it. I did, he could not. Then he told me that 3 people were in front on me and to leave the vehicle. I asked him if someone couldn't do this now, it takes 5 minutes, he was such a jerk and said no. The employees here aren't bad dudes, but they definitely dropped the ball when I went in for an oil change. I dropped my car off at 10:45 am on a Thursday and by 2:00 they hadn't even started. I had to wait an additional 30 min for them to finish, and then they left grease all over my steering wheel and arm rests. It took a good 20 min of scrubbing to get it out. I won't be going back there again, but it seemed like they more forgot and then rushed the job, rather than not caring entirely. Either way, not great and I probably won't return. read more

I arrived at 4:15pm they don't close til 5 and I was told they couldn't give me an oil change or tire rotation because they had one guy working on 3 cars when clearly there was more than one person working in the back!!! What could have been an unpleasant experience turned into probably the best experience one could expect when buying tires and dealing with mechanics. After being led on by costco, Billy and Noel (manager) stood behind their promise and guarantee that I would be happy. We had a few bumps in the road (pun intended ) beyond their or my control and they handled it. They made it their problem, not mine. I was researching on the internet tire prices and local installers when I came across Tires Plus. I called and spoke with Noel the manager who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and was able to match the tire prices I had gotten on the internet. This saved me 4-5 days in shipping time. He told me he could have the tires in the shop in a few hours(WOW). These were not ordinary tires...but 20" low profile, not usually in stock tires. He promised I would be in and out in under 2hrs. Brought vehicle in, had 4 tires mounted, balanced & front end alignment done in 1hr 40min. Jeep drives smooth & straight. Only wish they had nitrous for the tires.
