I went to this location because of the great reviews, I waited 45 minutes, with an appointment, for them to even start on my car. They also tried to upsell me on the alignment. As I was waiting, I was the only person in the waiting room for my 10am appt, another man came in to complain about the work they did. That was the final straw for me to bail. I did the deal. when I got my first bill I couldn't believe the interest rate ...THIRTY FIVE PERCENT!!! in other words LOAN SHARK rates. Last night I walked out to a nail in my tire. Of course this is always a dreaded situation when you need to get somewhere... Well it being late Friday I went on a search for places open Saturday. I made an appointment online it was beyond easy and was called back and informed since they were busy and I selected to wait that I may want transportation. I dropped the car off and thank God it didn't go through all the way. They could have been dishonest and charged me or told me I needed a new tire like a ton of places do, but they didn't. Brought in a 2018 Honda Accord for an oil change. This was the last place to touch the vehicle and it took me months to notice because I am not always underneath the vehicle. Instead of correctly resetting the skid plate like OEM procedures say they just zip tied it into place. That's a chop job. read more

Was very disappointed, I called earlier this week to book an appointment for oil change, wheel alignment, tire rotation and just to check the AC if it needed a recharge since summer is around the corner. So I dropped off the vehicle at 8am at the Juno Beach Firestone which was with them for over 8 hours. Once I returned after 4pm they stated it was still in the bay and was checking the AC but "never" did the oil change, wheel alignment or tire rotation....the main reasons why I dropped off the vehicle in the first place. Needless to say that was a waste to bring it there, so I made an appointment at another Firestone to get these items completed, hopefully I'll get better service. Blew a headlight and came in to have them replaced because it was getting dark it was an emergency and while they were very nice the price they quoted me $109 and change for two headlight bulbs and installation is insanely overpriced. They didn't have the bulbs in stock (thank God) so I arranged to have them changed at Pep Boys in Jupiter the next day which was $49 out the door with my (installed) two headlights. Insanely overpriced service is not a way to promote business. While I was desperate because it was getting dark I am glad I wasn't able to have it repaired there. The counter people were very very nice, but your prices are outrageous. I had the same repair done for less than half of what they were going to charge me. Is this because I'm female? read more

I had been going to this location for a decade and will never be back. Dropped my car off at 9:20 for an oil change. I was asked if I could leave my car all day. I said I needed it back by 4pm to pick up my kids. I called at 3pm to check and he assured me that they were working on it right at that time. I reminded him I needed it back by 4pm. I showed up at 4:20pm, and they had not even started working on my car yet!!!!! Lied to at 3pm, wasted my time coordinating drop off and pick up during my work day. So upsetting! Honest place with great customer service. John is the manager, and he is always happy to go above and beyond to give his customers top service. He doesn't mind doing the "little things" to make your experience here great, for example I messed up my undercarriage panel a little bit and he put it on the lift, fixed it, and sent me on my way with piece of mind for $0 when I just stopped in to ask about it. You just don't see that anymore these days!! Also, the prices are really great both for repairs and for tires. We have been to the Audi dealer and to the "budget shops", and we honestly can't find a better place to bring our cars for service. This place is amazing! Came in early this morning because I was on my way to Naples and my check engine light came on. When I went in they were sooo busy already. All the bays were full, the phone was ringing off the hook and customers kept coming in. I told them I had an engine light on and I thought I needed an oil change because I was 1k miles over my required change. I was hoping there would be some way of doing it right away because I was already running late. He said it would be a few hours for an oil change. But he sent someone out to check the diagnostics of the engine just to see if it was something serious - it wasn't so he said it would be fine to drive to Naples. Then he checked the oil level and put about a quart in so I wouldn't have any problems. And he didn't charge me a dime! Thank you guys!! You are the best! read more

This Firestone has exceeded my expectations and happiness. I purchased four tires from here in December and because of a mix up and miscommunication I did not have the warranty. I found myself in a conundrum out of state on Labor Day. The Firestone in New Jersey was able to look up my account and help me although I had to buy a new tire. This locations manager called me and help clear up the confusion. He went above and beyond and he didn't have to. Firestone should be proud of its employees and locations. All around good care and fast! Pulled up, the technician came out to my car checked all of my tires without me asking and was able to order the tire I needed advising me to replace others soon. Dishonest and poor service! I brought my car here for an Uber inspection and was told everything was great except that I needed two new tires. They tried to sell me some expensive tires, but I didn't have the money at the time to buy the tires. I was told I could get the tires and at any time come back and they would just sign off to complete the inspection. I bought the tires elsewhere and when I returned, I was told I was past the one week time limit. I was never told I only had one week to return, or else I definitely would have! Apparently they are more interested in making money off of having people return and pay again for inspections rather than providing honest, customer-focused service. read more

He personally oversaw the correction and constantly checked in with me, ensuring I was happy with the repair. He owned the issue, never pushed back or tried to minimize the repair. I used Juno location to get new tires.. my overall experience is very nice.. he was professional, and prompt. They delivered the job exact time frame he said. They didn't overpriced. Yesterday I spoke with someone at this Firestone, and booked an appt for today Friday 3/3 @ 11am. We spoke for about 10 minutes, I felt comfortable with his level of customer service. We had discussed many things, tire warranty possibly being transferred from Discount Tires in Minnesota, if the tires were either Firestone or Bridgestone, I said I would bring the purchase receipt. I said I wanted an oil change, check all fluid levels, do an overall inspection as I had recently driven 2,000 miles from MN to North Palm Beach, FL. Before I left MN I had gone to my regular mechanic to have an oil change and whatever else I needed. I also went to discount tires to have them do the same. Everything was up to making the trip! I drove straight through and all went well. I relayed this story to the person I spoke with. I then discussed in depth what I especially appreciated about Discount Tires, there is a designated area for tire check and fill up by their mechanics, pull in, stay in your car, they check every tire, fill it to specs and give you a written report, and off you go, this takes less than 6 minutes, wonderful drive through experience, especially in the 6 months of winter! I was assured that Firestone would check my tires and fill them to spec. Well my paperwork revealed my tired were Continentals. ok no warrantee, no problem I said. I mentioned I live in the neighborhood, and that I need a local shop close by. I said I need to have the tires checked and filled every time I come in. This is something I absolutely HATE to do. and it's a really big deal to me to have a company that does this. WAIT FOR IT... I was assured Firestone mechanics would do my oil change, inspection, and do the tires... My receipt said nothing about air in the tires.... I inquired and was told that filling tires with air is not part of their service. I said, I was told yesterday and today that it would be done. I then asked about getting it done right now, I've waited over an hour anyway... "we don't do that" I said "so why not?" and "why was I told twice that you do?" He says "because we have no general service people here. " I asked then who worked on my car? He said we only have highly trained certified mechanics, one for each car and they don't do air. I said, that's a ridiculous business model for a company that wants to sell tires. I will not be returning. THOSE GUYS LIED TO ME read more
