They are usually pretty timely for regular maintenance. I even recently had some suspension work done and they were able to get it done within a couple of hours. The price is comparable to what you pay at most places. This isn't a budget mechanic but they do a fair job for the price that they charge. I will continue to use them for all my oil changes and tire services.

There were 2 ladies at the reception desk who were less than friendly. We had been to a couple other places before for an estimate and they were super friendly in comparison (Treads near Dadeland and Perez Auto on Bird Road). After waiting one hour (they had told us no more than 30 minutes) I saw the car parked so I asked one of the ladies the status. She said, very huffily, we are trying to contact bmw for the parts price. This without telling us what the issue was. Well, in the end the cost was close to 1200 for non bmw parts. The other place (Perez) quoted us $800. And they took less than 15 minutes for a free estimate. These people wanted $45 for the estimate but they didn't tell us that before. Of course we didn't pay. And we took the car to Perez. You really do have to get at least 3 estimates. The first two never charged us and took less than 15 minutes. I do not think I will go to Miller Auto Care in the future.

So I had my car towed over to his shop which cost me $150 He then said the insurance would not cover a "diagnostic" and that I had to pay for it. Well, my car was made in 1966 and there's no computer so how can you even do a diagnostic? I told him what was wrong with the car from the accident. He went ahead and did work without me knowing and then was insisting that I signed an estimate after he did the work. Which is illegal by the way. I did not ask for him to replace something, but he did on his own. He was very insistent and would get angry because I would not sign. So I went down to the shop to get my truck which cost me another $150 to tow Home. He was getting irritated that I wouldn't sign what he wanted me to sign because I didn't agree with it. He was goofing to charge me a lot of money for work that I didn't ask to be done. So ultimately to get my car back, I had to pay for this "diagnostic" . He then got very angry and claims that I was trying to take advantage of the insurance that none of it was caused in the accident and it was just because of old Parts. Which simply isn't true. I spent hundreds of dollars and nothing was fixed. And the fuel pump that he replaced or "fixed" was leaking. Prior to that , on the phone he was saying that it would cost a minimum of $2500 to fix my transmission and if he had to rebuild my transmission it could cost $4000 or more and he needed a $1500 deposit. I told him I could buy a new transmission for less than that. He claims that the part that was needed was very hard to find, but I found it in a 30 second Google search for roughly $200. He was trying to take advantage of me and tried to charge me way more than what was needed. He must've thought I was stupid, but luckily I know a little bit about cars. This should've been a simple cheap fix but he will definitely try and take you for a ride if you're not careful.

I was greeted immediately by a helpful young woman and directed to a clean, cool quiet waiting room with a circulating air purifier. Nice! So far so good. In just a matter of minutes a nice young man Robert gives me the situation. I get nervous with my older difficult foreign sports car. They can be So temperamental ABD pricey!! ! However, Robert seems knowledgeable and puts my mind at ease. He gives me options and good advice, never pushing and not upselling.The pricing is SO reasonable! Needless to say I was greeted in English (wich doesn't matter to me because we're in miami) and treated with the most upon respect to my needs!
