Dropped off a flat tire to be repaired. Called the next day, still not ready. Showed up 15 minutes before closing time to be told tread was too low to repair. Took 25 hours to come to that conclusion. Ridiculous. I probably will buy new tires but certainly not from them. read more

These guys suck. Shady business practices, no f!@#s given attitudes, wouldn't reccommend. They put 16 weights on each tire last time I was there, and a few on the other side of the rim so that it would wobble and wear the tire uneven and i'd have to come in again sooner. Maybe one of the main guys just didn't like me but you never let dumb personal @#$% get in the way of business. So take it elsewhere, these guys are slowly losing money because of what's stated above which may be the reason they have to resort to shady practices in order to stay in business. read more

Had an appointment to get my oil changed took 45 minutes which was reasonable. Took over twenty minutes to pay for it because the people behind the counter are too busy goofing off. My keys were on the counter and instead of checking me out the lady behind the counter took a call to try and sell some tires. When the guy came out of the back ten minutes later he spends his time trying to sell me transmission flush. I had to tell him I just want to pay for my oil change which took an additional 10 minutes. Please hire qualified people for the check out. They used to be really polite and good. They didn't even reset my maintenance required light. They have gone down hill a lot since my last oil change. read more

My Husband and I have been going to Tires Plus in Perry for many, many years. Chris, MaryAnn and their team have always serviced our tire needs with great workmanship, professionalism and customer service. But today we are leaving TP for good and the main reason is Sean Wilson. I had appointment at 1:00 and at 2:15, my car wasn't ready, I asked him about my car and the work progress and was not happy because no one told me the wait would be this long. When I asked him about it, his reply "1.5 hour wait is typical don't you see how the work is being done in a order" I have never had a typical wait for a scheduled appointment of 1.5 hours. Mr. Wilson apparently had never learned customer service skills of "the customer is always right, grin, bear it and apologize, even if you disagree with the customer." Then he rolled my tire into the wiating area and announced that "this tire is damanged because of no alignment, etc," agressively tyring to prove the point of his next statement...... "You've been coming in, getting credit on tires but not having an alignment". I did tell him that whenever I came in with tire needs, if they had said I needed an alignment, then I would have said okay. With Chris and MaryAnn, I trust them and never questioned that or the purchase price. At one point he started ....."telling ME what I was upset about and how I felt about the situation, telling me how I was feeling".....who does that to an unhappy customer. I then said stop the work, put my original tires back on and let me go. I am sure with his unprofessional demeanor, he was talking to others in the area, about me, after I left. I paid the tech that had worked on my car $20 and I left and when I drove off, my car was bumping all over the road as if it was on train track. The steering was off too, I was worried I wouldn't make it to the next stop...which was Mavis Tire Company, but I did, Come to find out the tech had not properly put my tires back on as they were when I arrived. The bad ones were now in the front. So on top of a terrible experience bc of MR. Wilson, they let me drive off in an unsafe car. I will use Mavis from now on. When my father and I came to this location for new tires due to not finding any tires that we liked at different tire store locations in the area. The gentleman who worked inside of the location at the time told us about the tires and what will work and look good on a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe LT so we purchased the tires and had them installed on a different day. The issue we had when we came back to have the tires installed is the lady who worked on the day we came took everyone else over our appointment time she claimed "they were backed up and less man power" but they had only three vehicles inside the shop? It only took about three hours to get our tires installed. Inside of this location offers some seating, restroom and drink machine. Customer service is a hit and miss with the staff. read more

Not a good place to go. Failed to torque my wheels properly and had to take to the dealership that had just done my brakes cause they warped the rotors and cross threaded several lug nuts. I took it back to give them a chance to fix it but the worker called Anthony a tall slim scruffy looking guy seemed to cop an attitude and he said the pulsating in my brake pedal was normal. read more

We got a tire leak on I-75 and had to stop off for air. It was quickly evident that we needed a new tire, on Christmas Eve. My husband called, they had one in stock that would fit, we scooted over and they had the new tire on and we were back on the road in less than an hour. I only went because my tire blew out. When I walked in they were very unfriendly. Basically ignored me. When I was finally assisted she discoverd my number in the system. I was happy in hopes I could build a bond I said "great. I bought tires with you guys before in atlanta." She then said with a very nasty sneer, "big deal". Then she said there was only one tire that I could purchase. I was not given options. She did not offer to bring one in that's less expensive from another store. Just one tire that cost nearly 200.00. I let that slide but when my tire was on no one told me. I stood at the counter and no one even acknowledged me at least ten minutes. At this point I looked for the "whites only sign" since the white patrons were treated with much more respect. I received an email from the company a few days later and they never acknowledge my thoughts that I was overcharged for services. Avoid this place is my only warning to you. read more

Got the job done but because I had alignment done as well as installing new tires they wouldn't honor their 59 minute guarantee. They didn't install the tires in 59 minutes, it took almost 90 for just the tires.Very misleading I'd you ask me. *Edit* Tires Plus contacted me and they corrected the problem and honored their guarantee. read more

Went here one Sunday morning after getting a flat tire Saturday night while driving down the interstate to Disney World. Needed a new tire and Dave and his crew got me in and out so fast my head literally spinned. I told him that I needed a Continental but they didn't stock any, since it was only for a spare he suggested a cheaper "house brand" tire, the price was great and his tech even installed it under my Toyota for me (not the easiest thing to do). Had appt because of brake issue. They diagnosed it as simply needing break fluid refill. Checked everything over for me and had me in and out of there fast and at no cost. I bought a set of tires with the service warranty. Great value, right? I guess I had high expectations due to the excellent service I received fron the Ocala tires plus. The people in the perry store appear to be helpful and friendly but i kid you not this is the truth... New tires are 4 days old I have a screw in one and go in for the warranty. The wait is going to be several hours. I go back a second time they wanted to scedule me a week away. Day 9 I notice the air is rushing out of my valve stem. I go back to perry tires plus for the 3rd time for help on my waranteed tires at 7:00 in the morning, (not a customer in sight ) to ask them to tighten my valve stem. They didnt have time, wanted to make me an appountment. I found a man who tightened it in about 10 seconds. I'm so disappointed. read more

Many times customers rush to tell a bad experience. But I want to tell this experience because this Tires Plus shop turned an unfavorable experience into a most pleasant experience. I have 85 Lincoln Town Car. I brought it to the shop on 11/16/2015. I talked to the clerk, who was courteous, about the trouble: starter trouble, leaks, an electrical issue, and some fuel system trouble. People told me a day later the car was right were I left it! So I called the shop since they didn't call me and asked why. They were waiting on a tech and parts. Ok. When they finished I got a call from the shop on 11/19/2015. Your car is ready and we've mitigated the expense for you. I was so thrilled because I have a 56 mile commute to work and arranging transportation was next to impossible. Now I have my car back and I can get to work. I couldn't be happier about this experience. Outstanding for courtesy, caring and customer service. I took my crazy new Volvo that had a tire leak in as I was traveling through to FL. They were more than helpful. I had my dog, a full trunk covering the tire key and a goofy Pirelli that had a mystery leak. They bent over backwards helping me out. The staff seemed really nice but I needed a "quick" oil change and after 7 hours on the road I did not want to wait a half hour for an oil change when we were next in line. Traveling from out of state with no tools of my own. Broke down just south of Perry on I-75. Tow truck driver suggested them for repair. Have vehicle dropped at the lot prior to open hours. I call after they open and explain the situation. I receive a call about two hours later saying my repair bill will be in the upper $600's. Was told I needed "a tune-up and a battery". Also, they would wave the $100 OBDII hook up. I did some research on parts. My vehicle needs iridium spark plugs and a 24F battery. The spark plugs (tune-up), were $8.00 a piece x6 is $48 all day long. The battery they wanted to install was $180.00 (Interstate). I found a run of the mill for $130.00. Labor would probably be about 2 hours at a going shop rate of $90.00 an hour. My math tells me that is $408.00. Needless to say, I paid my $25.00 fee, got my car and left the scene. I was given the number of Mark's Mobile Auto Service. Gave him a call, gave me a fair price and had nothing to hide. read more

They refused to repair my tire and offered to sell me one for over $100. I checked the wear myself and verified that they lied about the tread depth. I went across the street and the guy repaired it for free. There is a reason the parking lot is empty at Tires Plus and full at Wholesale Tire. read more

I've been going to Tiresplus in Atlanta, GA for years and loving it; however, my experience at the Perry, GA location was another story. I got $1,600 worth of care work done on the car only to have defective parts in. I get that it happens sometime and that is fine but the way they treated me and my family after was horrendous. First, the receptionist broke off the latch to my hood when they are were replacing the defective part. She apologized for the mishap and said we would be taken care of the next day because they had to order the part of the latch. I left my car overnight there so it would be first priority in the morning. Next day rolls around (Day 2) and i told her i work until 5p so they should have plenty of time to fix the problem etc. Well, i go up there at 5p only to find out that they had not even started on my car and they had no clue my car was even there! I was in shock!! They pull up my car info and the service manager had no clue about the faulty part or the broken latch. The service manager said that he had to get more information about the car and that we would again be first on the bays the next morning. They kept the car overnight again. The next day(Day 3) the broken part for the latch was order. It was replaced and like clockworks somehow they broke the placement a second time!!! WOW!! They told me to come back on Saturday because that is my only day off and i would be in and out in an hour (1st priority). One hour turned into three hours later and i STILL had to wait 15 minutes after i got there. In the end, they did credit me back a little money for my inconvenience; however, the torture and time that i had to spend going back and forth and trying to get a ride there was terrible. The associates promising stuff would be done only to be left down really put an sour taste in my mouth. I will now take my business to one of the two Warner Robins locations where i know i will be taken care of right and the work will be done in a reasonable and time sensitive manner. read more

Customer drives up with new tires that are too big for her vehicle. Asks TP to remove them, and purchases a new set from them. She asks for the tires back, and they give her 4 mismatched tires not from her vehicle. Truck with tires on it leaves during this visit. The whole reason she brought in a vehicle with brand new tires was that those tires scrubbed when she turned the vehicle. The tires they gave her back did not scrub. I'm not saying they stole the tires, I'm saying they did not give her back the tires she arrived with. This was the last straw of a 20 year history with Tires Plus, most often this location. $500 set of tires, gone... Never. Coming. Back. Tearing up our store cards- today! read more

-5 stars . I made an appointment for 11 for new tires to be put on. I got there at 10:50 my car wasn't put on the like until 12:00. When I got my car back both of my rims were scratch . When I ask them about it . They told me it was impossible for the machine to have done it and that it was my fault . The mechanic also left the residue on my tires .
