I was very unhappy about the service went to have my truck front-end and break system check to see what was needed they gave me a list of about $4300.00 in repairs part's and labor and they did not find the real problem so went to someone else they found racket Pinon was bad and frontbreaks were bad and rotors too when all said and done with part's and labor and shop supplies it only cause me $1900.00 so I will never go to them again read more

DON'T COME HERE! They act like you're speaking a different language until it's time for payment. paid for a warranty and road hazard warrant the first time I came and come to get a tire replaced that has a knot on the wall of it. Tell me i just get pro rate with the warranty and charge me for a whole new tire. Why offer the warranty that states 65,000 miles and I only had 8k on the tire. June 15, 2017 I stopped here at 5:25PM and talked about my flat tire and was told they would not be able to get to it, but I could leave it. I'm from Michigan and was headed home first thing the next morning. I said; "You only have one-customer in the store and you can't look at my tire." Right away, without missing a beat he said; "We close at 6:00PM, but you can leave the tire." I reminded him that I live out of state and he reminded me that they close at 6:00PM. Horrible customer service! Not five-minutes before I was at Discount Tire up the street and they offered to fix my tire; however, there was a two-hour wait. They never once said; "We close at 6:00PM" - they in fact offered to stay late - great customer service! read more

Horrible customer service-They lied about multiple things to scam me. I spoke with a manager and said my O2 sensor needed to be replaced, based on a diagnostic scan I had at an auto parts store. I was told that those scans are never right and he guaranteed that it was something other than that and the only way to find out was to get their diagnostic done at $124. Had it done was told I needed an O2 sensor. I was promised it would be done same day if I dropped off the vehicle at 7 am. Did that and, what a surprise, they couldn't fix the car until the next day. I didn't get it back until noon the following day. They literally had my car for over 24 hours to replace an O2 sensor. They also tried to scam me by telling me I needed 4 new tires-uh, two of my tires were new- and a bunch of other parts that I don't need. Do they do this bs to all single woman, or do they scam everyone? Also, when car was picked up noticed two of my chargers were missing and they not only unplugged my dash cam but also put a glove over it. They REALLY wanted to make sure they weren't being videotaped. Makes me think they are definitely an honest group, lol. read more

I have lived near this store for 15 years and in the past two this place has gone from good to terrible. I just had a nail in my tire and it was an hour before they closed. The sales person told me they could not take me, they were too busy, even though workers were standing around. He then told me maybe tomorrow. Take your car to Discount Tires. They patched my tire for free even though I did not buy them their and got me in even though I got there 15 minutes before close and they were busy. read more

STAY AWAY! POOR QUALITY WORK! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bought 2 back tires from a guy who doesn't like his job. The very next day, we took the car to our mechanic (honest guy, known him for years, works on all our family vehicles) for a new battery and other minor things. Told him to look the whole vehicle over. He said both back tires were leaking. Called Tires Plus and they said to bring it in the next day. We ended up driving it right from the mechanic to them when our mechanic was finished. Told them to keep it overnight and make sure everything is sealed properly before we picked it up the next day. No apology. Acted like we inconvenienced THEM. Picked up vehicle today. Asked if they made sure to spray it down for leaks. Got a dirty look and a comment "well they were sealed when you drove out of here the first time". Seriously!?!? Sorry but we didn't manage to unseal 2 brand new tires in 5 miles of dry, warm weather. Guy working the front desk is not friendly, does not have time for you, does not want to receive phone calls, and doesn't say sorry or thank you. Job done very poorly! read more

I went in to get a oil change and told them I just brought the truck, I was then called to the back and was told that my ball joints and control arm was bad and also needed new tires. I then stated that I know I needed a new back tire for sure because I seen a nail in it. He then stated " yeah I pulled the nail out and no air came out" a couple days later I was stuck with a flat tire. I then took the truck to get looked at by a family member who is a mechanic and was told my trucks ball joints and control arms were fine! I use to get to them to get quick oil changes but I won't go anymore. I don't like people doing things to my truck without asking me and making things worse. read more

When you buy your $500 worth of tires they totally make sure that you understand that you should have them rotated every so often. then you go in to get the free rotation and they tell you it'll be a couple of hours you should really have made an appointment. I just think when you come in for a free rotation that it should take less than 3 hours. I'm sure that the rotation tire cost is been absorbed into the cost of the initial tires. in three hours I could get out the jack and the lug wrench and do it myself. so why did I pay that extra amount on the tires? Religiously we have bought our tires from this business but I think that we will be shopping elsewhere in the future I don't think this is quality service. I would give it no stars but the lowest rating on this site is 1 *. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. First of all, Absolutely terrible customer service. The front desk guy named Joey is extremely rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. I originally brought my car in to replace front brake calipers, rotors, and break pads. They finished the job in 2 hours and I drove home. The next morning, I had to drive 2 hours south on the highway. By the time I was 30 miles away from Bloomington, my breaks went out, there were parts flying off the front end of my car, and very loud banging and scraping sounds. I then got my car towed to a local shop in Bloomington IL where they then told me that my right caliper was not tightened on all the way and was flopping off and damaging other parts of my car. Out of sheer INCOMPETENCE, this business put my life at risk as well as the lives of others on the roads. Now my car is 10x worse off then it was before I ever let them work on it. I've had to drive to Tires plus 6 times in aa 2-3 week span to complain about other damages they created due to stupidity and laziness. Do yourselves a favor and take your car to the other shops and repairmen in Rockford Illinois. Seems like these people have screwed many others as well, they're lucky they don't have a lawsuit on their plate. read more

Sitting in Tires Plus now waiting for car. First came in couple of days ago to get flat replaced. When I left the first time a) dome light hanging down from ceiling (blocks rearview - kinda hard to miss, was NOT like that driving in on donut spare) and b) grinding at the tire I replaced (again, not before on the tire that went flat, not on donut spare, just after Tires Plus). They are charging $152 for the tire, $438 to 'fix' the brakes and stop the grinding. That's a $590 flat tire and required 2 visits. Plus whatever I have to do to remount the domelight.
