They had the bike right by the front door with a battery tender hooked up to it with a full tank of what I think may have been ethanol free gasoline. 10/10 recommend this shop for your motorcycle needs! The staff was very patient in listening to our complaints and responded professionally. There were still a couple of small things that didn't get done but the engine did get replaced and they gave an explanation as to why it took so long. Communication could definitely have been better and more specific earlier on, which would have helped ease our frustrations. However, overall we would recommend Mullinax of Olympia now.
