Great experience! Friendly, quick service. I couldn't have been happier with the result. I'll be back.

As we walked up to the garage, clearly looking a little stressed, we were greeted by a kind gentleman named Parker. He saw the concern on our faces, quickly checked out the car, and assured us he could get us back on the road in no time. And that's exactly what he did. Just wanted to leave this here as a heartfelt thank-you to Parker and the team at this Les Schwab location for being so attentive and kind. Your customer service was top-tier and truly appreciated. Keep up the great work--it does not go unnoticed!

She took a minute to go check and told me they were $4.99 for each tire and nothing for the rims. I said "So that's thirty bucks for six, right"? And she said that was right. When I went to the store to drop them off, it was actually eighty dollars because they were were on the rims. I told them that was different than I was told, and the response was indifference. So just get it right the first time. Bad service...bad response. Zero stars on this one if I could. It wasn't until I came to write the review that I saw their 3.6 rating. With all of the other options we have, you'd think they'd be working hard to get a 4.8 or so. But based on their review numbers, customer service isn't their strong suit.

My Wife and I decided to get new motorcycles as we tour and vacation on our bikes and our old KLR650s are tired. We decided on the Suzuki Vstrom 650XT motorcycles. That model has been discontinued so we needed to act quickly! I was able to find two in the state (there may have been more?), one of them was here at South Sound Honda. I had cash (bank issued check) so the transaction was quick and painless. I'll bet we were there an hour at the most, minus the time we took loading my bike up in the trailer. They had the bike right by the front door with a battery tender hooked up to it with a full tank of what I think may have been ethanol free gasoline. 10/10 recommend this shop for your motorcycle needs! PS: Tucker is the MAN!

As in NO. So you can only imagine my suprise when I found out, that he had added an extended warranty anyways. Slipped that paperwork right in. Which,.. I admit, I'm the dumbass that didn't read the fine print, I know. With that being said, what happened to their integrity? So when I went in to sign the paper work to cancel the extended warranty, the dude tried selling it to me again!! After I made a special trip in there to tell them that they had taken advantage of a customer. I had to flat out say NO...again. Then they hit me with a 50$ cancellation fee in and didn't say anything about that either. Real good guys, keep up the sleazy work. So be careful folks when signing the paperwork over there when buying a bike. You have been warned. Katie-
