That model has been discontinued so we needed to act quickly! I was able to find two in the state (there may have been more?), one of them was here at South Sound Honda. I had cash (bank issued check) so the transaction was quick and painless. I'll bet we were there an hour at the most, minus the time we took loading my bike up in the trailer. They had the bike right by the front door with a battery tender hooked up to it with a full tank of what I think may have been ethanol free gasoline. 10/10 recommend this shop for your motorcycle needs! We took our daughter In-Laws 2012 Hyundai Sonata in because it was in Limp mode. It had done it…read morepreviously 2 weeks before. After an Oil change by our local mechanic the code cleared and we that it was done. Not to long after it did it again while she was trying to get our Special Needs Grandchild to Marybridge Childrens clinic in Tacoma for an outpatient procedure. She limped it back to town. We gave her our Subaru to use. Mechanic cleared the code so we could hopefully get it to the dealer. Once we got there; we were told by a Service Writer that with code cleared they can't do anything and is charging a $150.00 to drive it around until the code popped back in. They can use the DTC to find codes that have been cleared. We told them the code P1326 was found and wrote it down for them. We are contacting the BBB and writing to Corporate. The exact thing happened with code P1326 with our daughters car a year ago. They fixed the issue...but it came back, so a new engine put in. Not saying the Sonata needs a new engine ; but there is a massive recall for this specific problem. There is no reason to drive the car, waste the gas when they can find the info with that DTC scan. We also noticed after the code was pulled the total miles on the car jumped by 5,000 miles. We know because of a recent oil change. Next one was due at 171,000 miles. Car is still at the dealer. We refused to try and drive it back 30 miles where it would just sit; it can't be trusted.

The staff was very patient in listening to our complaints and responded professionally. There were still a couple of small things that didn't get done but the engine did get replaced and they gave an explanation as to why it took so long. Communication could definitely have been better and more specific earlier on, which would have helped ease our frustrations. However, overall we would recommend Mullinax of Olympia now. Thank you to the staff who very kindly helped us. My husband is now very happy with his new van.

Just a terrible rushed experience. I don't know why i bought from them after all these red flags…read more salesman was brand new and didn't know anything. finance manager was the worst. rushing me through the signing and so rude. The whole crew just wanted to watch football while dropping multiple F bombs around my kids. The Seahawks in the playoffs was clearly WAY more important than my 60K sale. Circled up around the multiple tv's just joking around while i sat uniformed and waiting. i'm going up to tacoma even just for maintenance from now on
