We came for the beer earlier this Thursday after a short hike in the Chiricahuas. We each had two different beers and all four were spot on. We sat on the patio with our two dogs. I had the witbier and then the Helles Lager. My friend had the cold IPA and then the Hazy IPA. We ordered fried onion rings to hold us over until dinner. Service was very good. We were the only customers, though, which made my friend feel uneasy. I think it was near-deserted because the farm is in the country away from tourist traffic AND the dinner prices are rather high. Who wants to spend $25 for a hamburger, or $19 for a hot dog? The beers, however, are excellently crafted and presented, I hope this establishment can find its niche and remain profitable as I would definitely come back for the beer. read more

If you want anything that even resembles a decent dining/drinking experience with friends and family, then avoid this place at all costs. We never received any of the things we ordered, and they said that it was "so busy" when there was one other table with people inside. I fell in love with this beautiful farm when my wife and I saw some reels from other content creators. When we arrived, I fell even more in love. But that's where the love stopped. My wife purchased farm tour & cow milking tickets prior to our arrival & made reservations for dinner at the restaurant. She was concerned about there being overlap between the tour and dinner, so she reached out to Tirrito Farm. She was assured the 2 events wouldn't cross over. We arrived at 2pm & met with the young lady in the store. She informed us that we could not check in until 4pm, so to please come back. Even though our dome was clearly unoccupied. We informed her that we had purchased tickets to the tour at 3pm & she also said to come back. We checked out the restaurant but then headed back into the store to find the young lady & a gentleman, I later found out was Dr. Tirrito at the counter. He informed us that he was unsure why his system charged us before hand for the tour. Apparently the system was not supposed to do that? We weren't offered an explanation or apology as he walked away, but no harm no foul. We then walked around the property & returned at 3pm, as the tour tram left the main entrance. I did my best to call out and wave but no one heard or saw me. I ran into the store to alert the young lady. She said she called Roberto, the tour guide & that he would return for us & to wait outside, so we did. We waited several minutes before seeing the tour tram in the farm area. I returned to the store & the young lady said the owner was coming to pick us up. So my 9 year old daughter & wife went to the rest room. That's when Yuri, the owner's wife went into the store, looking for us. When she came out, she did not appear or sound happy, motioning me to hurry up as she told me, "We have to go. We have to stick to the schedule. We're late." I explained my family was in the restroom. Her response, "Go get them." I was appalled & shocked. So I knocked on the restroom door, telling them to hurry. I then explained the entire situation to Yuri, who did not appear to care at all, only repeating that, "We're late & we have to stick to a schedule." Why didn't the tour guide wait 5 minutes or at the least make sure everyone with a ticket was there? They had our names & phone number. I then explained who I was, then, she relayed that she was the owner & her entire demeanor changed. We met up with the rest of the tour & Yuri climbed over one of the fences to a pen & explained she was the owner and talked about Princess the donkey. She explained that this doesn't usually happen. So much for sticking to a schedule. We continued the tour, which was excellent. Roberto was informative & friendly. It was an experience I wish more people had. But I couldn't completely enjoy it because of the previous interaction. We returned to the store & picked up our key card. We got to our dome but could not open the door. We were informed that someone would escort us to the dome but that did not happen, nor were there instructions on how to open the door. I assure you, this isn't your normal lock. Thankfully, our dome neighbors helped us because they had the same issue & figured it out themselves. After we unlocked the door, we were unable to lock it from the outside again. We then went to dinner & our server was not the friendliest. Like it was painful for her to talk to us. She did bring us extra bread for our dip though. But she had no issue conversing with the ladies next to us. We retreated to our dome but found out that there was no extra blanket for our daughter & there was only 2 towels for the 3 of us. The listing for the dome states that it sleeps 4. The inside of the dome had a very strong and unpleasant smell, like the plastic from the material of the dome mixed with the clay dirt & that dirt will cover you and everything you own. The inside of the dome was furnished nicely & rather spacious for being what it is. But there was no one to call for assistance, no phone in the dome and the internet was spotty. They are closed Monday & Tuesday. The owners do live on the property, their large house looms over the main building of the farm. I did notice the owners following & observing us throughout the evening, prior to us going to bed. We awoke at 2am, when the roosters started crowing. We packed our stuff & headed out. Again, there was no one to talk to or check out with but we were advised by email to leave our key card in the "locked" dome. The email also asked us to contact them with issues. I'm a Chef & understand the hospitality business very well. It's unfortunate when others in the service industry only have hospitality towards certain people. By the looks of some of the reviews, I am not alone in that regard. I did email them and I attached Dr. Tirrito's 2 sentence response. I desperately wanted to love the farm. But we came away with such an awful taste in our mouths. I'm extremely sad and disappointed. read more

We are on the other side of experiences primarily visiting during the day for a farm tour of animals and a meal with delicious ice cream vs the evening crowd looking for wine and micro brewery experience. It's great to see the animals and tour the property, the last time we got a sneak peek of the Barbie Dome. Panchito the dog is a favorite of ours along with all the other critters. For the Adults there's also paint gun and other activities. read more

All food we order which was the devils on a horseback were amazing, pizza(poblano) incredibly delicious, steak and ravioli's were all delicious. It is true that the menu is a little bit small but you can still find a good amount of options. Waitress was constantly checking on us and even the chef went outside and talked to us and other tables. A lot of people might have different opinions and they might be upset about not having substitutions but it is a higher in place it is not burger king...... with that being said we had an amazing night expect for the people that were behind us trying to be extremely judgmental about every single detail. Then we found two doors across from each other. Both said OPEN. No name of the restaurant or anything. I was having a hard time opening the damn door because it was heavy. One is the restaurant as soon as I walked in. So I knew that's not the check in place. The other one looked like a small candy/coffee shop. It doesn't look like a front desk or check in desk. So I asked where to check in she said here. I'll be darn hallelujah we found it. Poor marketing aka no branding. The selling point is the DOMES. Like why only 6 Domes. Have a dozen Domes. I understand maybe each dome is expensive but spend a little money to advertise what you have to offer. Come to find out they have a dairy farm (we had to read about it) and why not sell your milk? Ice cream? Didn't know they have farm and no milk insight. The check in place was decorated in bees but NO HONEY insight. Like capitalize the Honey . Restaurant has no signage and has no decorations on the walls at all. Server? Well she never explain anything to us. A good server should get us to order cocktail, appetizers, dinner main course and dessert!! We had to ask. No menu for desserts at all she just explained. It's a cute place and the food wasn't bad, but the service was God awful. They're trying hard to be a high end place but you can't achieve that employing the most rude people in the state. We were constantly waiting on drinks, had to chase someone down for our check, that included a round of drinks we were never served. They promised they were bringing our round and we waited and waited. They finally brought part of the round and we gave up because we had been ready to leave for 45 minutes. Someone in our party went inside to ask about the last of the drinks and were told that they were served and they were not going to remedy the issue. So incredibly disappointed. This place was beautiful! Is a farm with a vineyard, wine tasting, shop, and brewery - also has RV parking and a few rooms/casitas available to book for stays. They are also currently building dome glamping huts that will be available for bookings, some time next year according to staff. The wine tasting is wine from various local vineyards/wineries which we enjoyed as it have opportunity to try several different local wines. The girl from the shop is the one that gave us our wine tasting, she was so friendly and informative, was engaging and welcoming. One of the owners even stopped by the table to see how we were doing, she was also nice. Have to say that was not the case for the rest of the staff we encountered. When we arrived, we walked into the bar area, and we were pretty much ignored, my friend asked what would be the beer they had, bartender, just answered "number three", not very friendly, no smile, no interaction to tell us about any other beers, as soon as we were served, she turned around and just talked to other staff , felt awkward and unwelcome. We left, went to a winetasting, decided to come back and try dinner. Dinner itself was delicious, especially the pizza, fantastic-- but again server didn't seem to know about the wines or the food she was serving, when we ask questions about what was on the charcuterie board, she didn't know - We got the board and had to inquire if the board came with crackers or bread since it included cheeses and meats and we didn't get any - she didn't know, and had to go check, but eventually came back with toast. She also didn't know much about the wines on the menu either. One thing we really noticed and commented a few times was how quiet it was. We were there on a Friday, on the patio, and some music would have been perfect, whether live or speakers. We had a bizarrely awful experience here. The property is gorgeous and elaborate. When we entered the restaurant the bartender did not greet us and was not friendly. We were seated at a table, and it took 15-20 minutes to order food and drinks because the server "forgot about us" despite being her only table. She was preoccupied with sweeping around us more than serving us. No one told us about the property or welcomed us. The food is pricey, and we would normally be happy to pay for a great experience, but the pizza dough was raw, and the drink took 15 minutes to arrive (also "forgotten"). The service was honestly the worst I have ever had anywhere (I mean anywhere), and we left puzzled more than disappointed because it was such an odd and off-putting experience. I am writing this review because I feel like management and the owners should be aware. We were hoping for a cool and unique experience, but instead it felt cold, impersonal, and soulless. read more

We drove an hour to get there to take the farm tour we read about on their website, only to find out that they are currently "short staffed" which meant, no farm tours being offered. We also anticipated being able to purchase locally grown produce and even raw milk. Heck we even took a cooler with us. My husband and I recently travelled from Tucson for lunch at Tirrito Farm. We were greeted warmly and served promptly. The dining room is comfortable and very nicely furnished, and the food was beautifully presented and delicious. All staff members were professional and personable. It's a bit of a trek from Tucson to Willcox, but it made for a great day trip. Driving through Texas Canyon is always a delight, and the Chiricahua Mountains are always an awesome sight. Came here for dinner while staying in the Willcox area and it exceeded all expectations. Beautiful area and restaurant but most importantly the food was all delicious!! We had the Devils on Horseback, the Wedge Salad, the Lobster Ravioli, and the Proscuitto Ricotta Pizza and everything was equally good! Only negative was they had one poor waitress waiting on the whole dining room (8 tables at once) but she was phenomenal given how busy it was! They should definitely have more waitstaff working on a Saturday night. All things considered we will be back next time we are in the area. read more

We brought out of town company to dine with us and listen to the Saturday night music. Service started slow but we were in no hurry. We had every intention of hanging out after dinner and listening to the band. The mood turned when our food came out before our salads. When I asked about it Ally snapped "because I called behind the bar". She said I can take your food and put in under the warmer which I declined. About 10 bites in, our salads arrived with no apologies. We had to ask for tea refills, salt and pepper, just things we expect normally and especially a restaurant of this caliber. While we're still eating she asked if anyone needed a box, 2 people said yes and she turned and left. When she came back I asked for a box and was given a look like why didn't you tell me before. I tried but she was already avoiding eye contact with me at this point. When she came back she started cashing everyone out sending us the message it was time to go. She missed out on additional tips and bigger checks. We were very disappointed in the service after getting excellent service the few times we've eaten there. After driving 1.5 hours to get here from Tucson, we were excited for our visit. We had lunch first at the restaurant to get the whole experience. Our waitress never greeted us or welcomed us to farm. She almost seemed annoyed to serve us. Asking half our table to hand her the water glasses to fill instead of walking over to that side of table. Two of us ordered the poblano burgers. Worst, dry, unseasoned burger I have ever eaten. French fries undercooked, limp and cold. For $20 per burger, I would expect to them to be delicious. My daughter, who ordered the pizza, leaned back for server to set down the pizza in front of her. Instead, the waitress expected my daughter to take it from her hand. When the waitress asked how our food was, after seeing my food half touched, I told her the truth. She later came back and apologized and said she spoke to the chef, and the chef spoke to cook and again sorry. Then promptly asked if I was ready to pay card or cash? I wasn't expecting a discount, but the offer would have been a nice gesture. Whatever. I paid. She brought my receipt to table. No thank you, no have a great day, NOTHING. Didn't even look in my eyes. The tour, I almost didn't go on because of the restaurant experience, ended up being decent. Roberto was fun and knowledgeable about the farm. It is a limited menu so it would be nice to see some more options in the near future and hopefully we can enjoy some football games, beer and wings this year. we booked a weekend getaway and stayed in the Barbie glamping dome. The amenities were superb comfortable bed. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was fantastic. It's like a Michelin star quality restaurant. The food and service was impeccable lots of beers and wine to choose from. you got a great tour of the farm to end the weekend.
