I had my last massage in Feb 2026 or early March 2026. After my treatment, I informed the woman at the front desk I wanted to stop my subscription. I asked her to remove my credit card from my account. My husband kept his subscription and we changed that to his credit card. On 3/23/36, my credit card was again charged the monthly subscription price of 89.95. I did not notice this until I was checking my account around 4/10/26. When I called, the woman on the phone said: "I called you". In checking my phone, there was a message that she had called. So, I asked for a refund or reversal to my card and nothing happened. So I just spent 89.95 for no service, that is fraud in my book. Today, was checking my account again and my card was charged $50 on 5/19/26 for a service my husband had. I called again and a very apologetic woman said she would take the card off both accounts. So treatment service is great. Mishandling money is unacceptable.

For health reasons, as a frequent migraine sufferer, I've scheduled monthly massages for myself for over 20 years but since arriving in Wakinekona/Washington, despite my doctor recommending massage as treatment, it's not included in insurance and this place is hella pricey, not just Hand and Stone but almost every massage location I've looked into. However, the staff here are very friendly, professional, and the place feels clean. If you can afford it, then I'd recommend it. Try to be clear with your massage therapist when it comes to pressure. They advertise on their website that they assist with bodily and work-related injuries, but they have stopped doing so because they don't get paid the way they want when dealing with L and I. I was told this directly by a team member when I called. It's unacceptable that the medical field prioritizes profit over patient care. I injured myself on the job through no fault of my own, yet I am being denied proper treatment. This is selfish and unjust. If you want to retain customers, update your website immediately so people in genuine need are not misled or left suffering.
