Initially, I was concerned about using the equipment due to the busy atmosphere, but I checked in at the front desk, where I met an incredibly friendly and helpful person, likely the owner. As I explored the gym, I found a wide range of machines, cardio equipment, and free weights conveniently located throughout the facility. The dumbbell selection was particularly impressive, offering weights up to 150 pounds with 100-pound plates. Overall, OC Fit is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a comprehensive workout while in OCMD. I highly recommend it and will definitely return the next time I'm in the area.
