They were able to do the full roof replacement on my little house and some work on the detached garage all in one day (faster than expected). They replaced the chimney and vents with pieces that look a million times better. They went above and beyond in their work (craftsmanship, scope, and quality), and I can't spot one flaw. The team was so friendly and professional, and they get bonus points for being extra nice to my dog (they made her day). All that and they managed to stay in budget, and left the entire property spotless. You don't get that sort of performance without a great leader, so extra points for Eric and his management of both the work getting done and the clients. When I complimented him on this, he gave all the credit to the great crew, which is just another sign that he's a good leader. I was so nervous because I've heard so many roofer horror stories, but my experience is that there is at least one great one out there (Benedict). I'll be using them again in a few years for the garage and definitely will be recommending them in the meantime to anyone that I hear needs a good roofer!

They were VERY close if not spot on with (maybe even early) with our scheduled estimated date of install!! WOW. Bob and his team were very organized and clean during the installation. You really had no idea roofers were there when they left for the evening accept for the organized materials left to resume the next day. When the job was completed, Bob made sure we were happy with the installation, and his team cleaned up SO WELL. I could not believe how clean everything was when they were done, and Bob took the time to look it over with us before he was the last one to leave the site. Also, Bob was able to inspect the whole roof for leaks and found a soft spot for us before it was a problem and replaced the wood. If you are looking for a reliable roofing company please call them for a quote. They are polite, professional and VERY down to earth. They do their jobs efficiently and correctly. I called the company on 5/5, 5/6, 8/19/25(Twice). No Communication From AllPhase. On 8/27/25 I paid another roofing company $325.00 to seal blow out patches (you can see from the pictures-why would there be so many blow out patches on a New Roof) and a third roofing company $538.07 on 8/29/25 to fix the failing termination bar. All after paying AllPhase $8,792.52 for a new roof. Roof assessment attached. At lease five different roofing professionals stated the flat rubber roof was not installed correctly and should not have mutliple placed blow out patches. A new roof should not be failing within a year! I filed a BBB complaint on 10/14/25. Heard absolutely nothing from AllPhase until 4/1/2026 from Michael Slusher a new general manager with Allphase he viewed roof on 4/2/26 advised BBB this work is terrible & embarrassing and AllPhase will make right with Mrs Jackson 100%. (I have copy of all communications from emails, texts and phone conversations). He gave me his personal phone number, answered the phone & returned calls, very kind. He got the roof permit pulled with the City of Columbus. Then on May 13, 2026 he informed me that he was fired by AllPhase on Monday 11,2026. A subcontractor come out on 5/26/2026 to assess the roof. Since 5/26/2026 I have made multiple calls to Jim Farris, new general manager, Sierra Turner, Administrative Officer and Michael Kuss, Contruction Company Owner/subcontractor and only told someone will call me. No Further Communication from AllPhase to me. No new roof. No Reimbursement. Remember, I also have a 5 year warrenty.

I made a snap decision on a shingle color from a small sample while talking to the TLC rep for ten minutes and have regretted that decision ever since. The TLC rep made no mention of researching the color selection so it is up to the customer to do so. To be fair the roof job went very well. All of the TLC employees were friendly, professional & showed good workmanship. I would recommend TLC to anyone but would caution them on their shingle color selection.
