I cannot speak highly enough of Titan! Our house had some serious damage (our crap inspector didn't catch some stuff and the shifty previous owner didn't divulge some stuff) so out of the blue we were facing thousands of dollars in repairs. We interviewed a lot of contractors (some of whom were REALLY sketchy) and then found Titan. They were professional, competitive and were able to turn around the work in only 1-2 days! They also guarantee their work, which is a big deal if you're not planning on staying in your house forever. They re-sided the entire back of my house and fixed a porch that needed help, over the holidays nonetheless. The work was great, but that's not the only reason they're the best. We were worried about a noise coming from pipes where they were working, and instead of brushing us off they came by multiple times, with multiple contractors, to address the issue. There isn't actually a leak, but they told us that if it does turn into one that they are responsible for they will absolutely come back and fix it. Also the chimney (which was the worst they'd seen and they re-did excellently) is backing up for some reason. When I reached out to them again, they suggested ways to fix it and (if they fail) are going to come back yet again to help us out. I just can't get over how lovely they were to work with and how happy we are with the work. Titan turned a really terrible thing into a positive experience. They also , replaced over 20 windows in all shapes and non standard sizes. Very professional and friendly service. They were clean and efficient, and arrived when they said they would. Unusual Kindness I couldn't figure out how to remove a screen in our rental property, and in the process of trying some window rails came out. I couldn't figure out how to get them back in either. So based on online reviews I called Titan Siding, Windows, and Concrete Coatings. Joel showed up *exactly* on time. Only we had been up all night with a dying pet and I was exhausted and distraught. This cat has been with us for 16 years. Joel removed the screen and figured out hows to refit the rails in these out-of-production windows. It took him about 15 or 20 minutes. I offered him $40 for his time, but he steadfastly refused it and was ever so kind under the circumstances. Sometimes small kindnesses like that mean more than a person can know. He is a good man. We used Titan for window replacement and new siding. There was a long delay, due to windows not being ready but this was not Titans fault. I received regular emails updating on the timeline so all was good. When the crew came to put in the windows, they did a very good job and left the yard cleaner than when they arrived. The siding crew came next, and again, they did an awesome job and left the yard spotless. Finally, came the paint. We had picked colors from a brochure and the trim color was not as dark as we expected. Mike, the owner, called and asked what we wanted to do. I asked for a day to look at the colors and he said ok. He was very understanding and patient. In the end, we stayed with the color that they brought first, but Mike said he wanted us to be Happy with the project and would get a darker color. The best part of this is that they do not ask for any money down. This tells me that they run their business correctly, not expecting customers to float their projects. I would not hesitate to call MIke again, should a new project pop up. Do your research and get several bids, but make sure Titan is one of them. Also remeber, you get what you pay for. No, Titan was not the appropriate business to call as we only had window replacement and not window installation. However, Mike was still nice enough to call me back and leave a message. He apologized(!) and explained that it's not part of their business but recommends two places that we can call. In fact I did call both places and will be getting an estimate soon. I just wanted to say thank you to Mike for going out of the way to give us a call back when you didn't have a dollar to earn from our business. If he's willing to do this for a non-client, I wonder how much of an extra mile he'll go for an actual client. The Titan crew is pretty extraordinary. They are friendly, professional, and efficient and I couldn't be happier with the work they did in my home. Lamar gave us options for replacing our cruddy 1950s aluminum windows. He was very knowledgable and came across as a "real" person--meaning that I didn't feel like he came into my home as a salesman. Pretty cool dude, if you ask me. He gave me the estimate via email and the amount quoted was exactly what I ended up paying... to the penny. I understand it might not always turn out that way, but it's sure nice when it does! Eric did the install with Simonton windows and did a marvelous job considering that we were in the midst of torrential rains last weekend. He even took care not to track mud into the house! The guys worked incredibly hard to get everything done in one day but with the rain (and having to bypass the "handiwork" of a past homeowner) it stretched to 2 and a half days. No big deal. It got done and it turned out beautiful. Mike came out earlier today to check on everything. It was a short visit because, well, it turned out pretty awesome. We had an issue with our salesman not conveying information correctly (mix-up in installation date), but, the owner, Mike Connors, fixed the issue in an A+ way! He took ownership of the issue and worked diligently to get our windows installed. Yes I would recommend these guys to all my friends, a thousand times over, because they did such a phenomenal job with my installation. I had to get a pair of french doors to replace a sliding glass door, about 2 windows that slid open sideways, a few double-hung windows, and a 4-panel bay window replaced. The job was done during the day and they were careful when removing the old windows by putting down drop-cloths and slowly dismantling the glass. Any damage that was done to the molding was replaced impeccably, and they spent a lot of time making sure everything was level and fitted correctly. They also did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves, including using the swiffer on the floor where the french doors were done. I no-longer have drafty windows and my house is a LOT quieter now. I can't stop raving about how amazing their work was and how worthwhile it was. Doing something like this is stressful and expensive but these guys make it easy and at a great price. My friend up in NJ called me for advice on doing his house and I told him it's a shame these guys can't go up there and do it for him. read more

Our new windows were installed in May and we could not be happier. Our gorgeous new windows have improved our energy efficiency and significantly improved the appearance of our home. Stiles was so patient working with us during the window selection process and explaining the differences between the windows we were considering. We never felt rushed or pressured to sign a contract. We ordered during the time of manufacturing delays and our quoted lead time from contract signing to installation was 6 months. During the lead time, our chosen manufacturer seemed to have further delays and Mike Conor, the owner, upgraded our order, at no additional cost to us, to another manufacturer that was able to deliver within the quoted lead time. On installation day, Dennis and his crew did an exceptional job installing our windows. After 40 years in the house, we decided to replace the windows and the siding. We picked Titan Siding & Windows to do the work and could not be happier. It was a first-class operation from start to finish. Our initial consultation was with Chris Harris who did a great job of taking us through the alternatives and features for both the windows and the siding. There was no sales pressure and a lot of help in determining what the best choices for us would be. After we ordered, the whole process was interrupted by the COVID-19 lockdown, and even after Titan got the go ahead for their business, we wanted to wait an additional month. Once we decided to proceed, they quickly scheduled us to start with the windows, and it was amazing to see them come in and remove and replace all 23 windows and a patio door in less than two days. We had decided to go with the Anderson 100 Series which turned out to be fantastic. Once the windows were done, the siding people came in and took about a week to completely replace our siding with James Hardie siding, and our house looks like new. Both teams of installers really worked hard, were very friendly and professional, and the work was very high quality. At the end of each day they cleaned up before leaving. Josh was the crew chief, and he did an outstanding job of making sure that everything was taken care of, constantly interacted with us when questions came up, and went through the punch list to make sure we were totally satisfied. Everybody on the job clearly were focused on producing a high-quality result. Out of all the companies I contacted and had come out, this one was by far the most organized, most professional and most prepared. The sales rep arrived on time, sent me his information up front so I'd know who to expect. He brought multiple samples of windows (something others did not do). He was patient with mine and my wife's questions and took the time to listen to my 9 yr old son and answer his questions as well. He fully explained the process, gave me the features and benefits of all the windows he offered and was able to get a quote back the same day (others took multiple days). After having about 5-6 companies come out and quote us, we signed with this one right away. I was very impressed that the owner reached out to us and that they don't ask for a dime until the work is complete. I spent two years getting quotes (interviewing contractors) to replace the siding and windows for my 1984 south Austin home. TWO YEARS. Each contractor/salesman was slimier than the one before. I'm talking Home Depot, Renewal by Anderson, etc. And then I got a subscription to Angie's List and these guys were #1. With like a gazillion reviews. In comes Chris - our salesman. Within minutes, I knew that if the price was right, we were going with these guys. The Bid: We didn't mention that we had been looking forever or what the previous bids looked like, but I'll tell you - Vinyl siding - between $12k and $16k and Hardiplank siding between $15k and $20k. Windows between $7k and $10k. Titan's Bid? $18,500 for everything. 13 vinyl windows. And a 1,200 square foot house sided in already-painted Hardiplank with the new beaded look. PLUS, no one had been able to hand us a bid with the brand and model of the windows in the contract. Or the painting. Titan's bid was all-inclusive. Even replacing up to x (I can't remember but we didn't even come close) feet of rotted studs and ruined insulation was included. It took about 4 weeks to get all the materials in and then Steve (contractor for the windows) called with an installation date. They arrived Friday at 9AM and they were finished at 1:30. Chris, our salesman, stopped by in the middle to check on things, and Mike, the Owner, stopped by once they were finished and opened and closed every window in the house with us to make sure we were satisfied. He even caught a window that wasn't up to code, and the replacement will be here this week. They're just going to switch it out real quick. Ok, Monday morning the siding arrived and they got to work. They were mostly finished by Friday. They came by the following Monday to do the punch list and finish out all the painting. My house is brand new and my a/c bill is already lower than this time last year and it's only been 2 weeks. Every day, Steve (different Steve - this one was the siding contractor) cheerfully put up with us coming home at lunch to inspect the house. Mike answered no fewer than 450 questions about why this wood was replaced and this wood wasn't, etc. Always happy to explain things to us in detail. They were always available via text or phone and even set up special payment arrangements for us. I don't recommend having a special arrangement, but when we ran into a snag, they were VERY accommodating, even though I'm sure it put a strain on things for them. I know this is a very long review, but I'm telling you, I've never seen anything like these guys in this business. I was going to try and keep this short, but it would have done Titan, or their work, justice. The Quote Lamar Laing, one of the founders who doubles as one of their pre-renovation experts/sales reps, came out the business day after I first called. We took a walk around the house, and he made suggestions - even explaining why some of the soffet and fascia I asked to be replaced didn't need to be replaced. He took copious notes, and explained that he would need a day or two to create the quote. I asked if he could prioritize the request, as they were the last vendor out, and we were ready to make a decision. After a couple of days, the quote was in my email. I had asked for it to be as detailed as possible. Detailed, it was. Lamar explained that payment would only be taken once we agreed that the project was finished and in good order (do not pay construction companies upfront, in any case, but this was made clear by Titan). Post-Quote We sent several emails back and forth, and he was more than happy to answer all of the questions I had. Lamar had already done what was needed to win my business, but I needed to be sure that I was getting everything I needed, and that it was 1:1 with the one other vendor that was still in the mix. It was, and included some options that we had originally discussed as being 'nice to haves'. Titan's quote was a bit higher in price than the other vendor, but by now I trusted that the Titan team would do right by me - they had gained my trust. Scheduling and Execution We were able to schedule the job about a month out, in order to give their team plenty of time on other projects. This impressed me because most companies work on volume, and want to rush through as many jobs as is possible. In previous projects, I have seen this to mean cutting corners to make deadlines. The Titan estimated timeframe for completion allowed plenty of time for their team to get things right. We had very little siding that needed to be done, but a ton of soffet, fascia, and trim - the very detailed work was the largest part of the project. The project took two and a half days. During that time, Mike Connors, co-founder and President, stopped by to check on the project. He looked over the home himself, as well as asking if I had any questions, clarifications on what was and would be done, etc. The quality and attention that was promised upfront, was on clear display. Painting Painting began two business days after the siding project was completed. Their team was delayed by one day, but there was some weather, and again, they wanted to assure quality for both our project and the project prior to ours. This is very respectable. Painting went well, they walked through everything that needed to be done with me, fixed up a couple of spots that I noticed (to be fair, I'm very particular) Finalization Mike stopped by and did a walkthrough of the house with me. He looked at everything himself. Asked if I had any questions, and sent the guys back the following day to touch up on two very, VERY, small painting details I noticed on one of the doors. The paint ran a little toward the bottom and needed to be sanded and touched up. Overall, I really couldn't have asked for a better experience, short of a magic siding gnome stopping by and completing the work in the middle of the night. I will recommend Titan to all of my family and friends, much less to all of you that took time to read this novella of praise. To the Titan team reading this: thanks again. read more

Upon meeting Mike, I felt at ease that I was working with an honest, local business owner who, at the end of the day, regarded quality of work and customer satisfaction above all else. After himming and hawing for well over six months about our window replacement, Mike delivered a reasonably priced, quality product that beat out all of his competitors. It seems as though, through whatever connections he has made or perhaps the amount of jobs he has done, he is able to acquire a broader scope of styles and colors of replacement windows than anyone else in town, at a competitive price. On installation day, his crew of roughly 5 men showed up promptly at 8:45 and went straight to work dismantling, installing and cleaning-up 13 windows. We had our house finished by Titan Siding today and all i can say is WOW ! We spent almost two years debating on doing the work ourselves or contracting it out and due to the weather , a hectic life and the uncertainty of installing James Hardie siding , we decided to get some bids. I began by searching for local companies and then narrowed it down to six companies. Titan was about midway in getting bids and from the moment the owner Mike Connors showed up i had a pretty good feeling they would probably be the one. Several other companies waited over a week to get quotes back , didn't even bother to send a quote , or were very limited on the scope of the job being done. Mike was professional , courteous , very informative , answered all questions as well as providing much needed insight that no other companies were offering to give. I got a bid back from Titan immediately while i still waited on the others . Titan was not the cheapest bid , nor were they ridiculously out of line , but because of the professionalism and pride Mike took in his job and attention to detail , we decided to use them. The job was completed very quickly and efficiently without cutting any corners. Being self employed in the construction field myself and with my better half working from home we were awarded the opportunity to be there during the entire process as well as my father , an ex Hardie siding salesman familiar with the process. The work was amazing to watch !! There were not any corners cut , everything that was explained in the walk-around was done and the siding looked fantastic when completed. I know we are partial , as our house is our work of art , but the transformation was really awesome to see. I had to wipe a tear away as the last of the folks pulled away today after completion .......OK , that parts pushing the envelope a little , but i did enjoy speaking with the crews and having a laugh about life with them from time to time while they were here. The house really does look fantastic !! We have been working on it inside and out for 2 1/2 years and i was truly in awe as we stood across the street gazing at this afternoon. Thanks a TON Mike and all the crew at Titan Siding - Keep up the honesty , going above and beyond , doing what you say you are going to do , and the terrific work and you guys should be around for along while. To many companies nowadays act like they are doing the customer a service instead of offering customer service , but i never once got that from these guys. Looking back , i would not change a thing. You might go somewhere else and save a few hundred dollars but it really is doing yourself a disservice in the long run and i will stand by that 100% Thanks again to Mike and the gang for an A+ job !! read more
