We had a local company with very good reviews come out but at the end of the day did not bid our work because their "windows were not right for us" - aka job was too tough/lack of confidence. However Titan windows was up to the task and they delivered. Getting windows installed is a major expense and a major pain in the rear; however, these guys were awesome. The windows are very high quality and the install crew is great. When they came over they had a 4 man crew. Steve and Tom were the ones installing and removing the windows. Steve was the guy who measured the windows too. They've been doing it for years together. They carefully removed the old windows and maliciously installed he new ones. They shimmed them to make sure they were level and square. Terry a super friendly guy got the house ready and did the clean up while a younger Tom caulked and insulated around the windows. He took his time caulking and did a great job. Him and Terry also clean the windows! When they left, I was impressed. What a professional crew who did top notch work and worked really well together. My wife and I just completed a full exterior renovation with Titan (Roof, Windows, Siding) and if you don't have time to read the summary below, just know that Titan was the best renovation experience that we've had in the past 11 years since we've owned our home. We fully recommend them to anyone who wants great quality work that's completed at a fair price and also within a reasonable time frame. We had heavy rain damage to our exterior siding and roof (siding was a cheap fiberboard) and knew that it was time to not only repair the damage, but finally to fully replace our windows and siding (something we thought we'd do in another five years). We wanted a single company to handle all components of the repair and renovation and since we've had prior renovations take months longer than anticipated (kitchen/bathroom/backyard) we wanted to go with a company that may not be the cheapest option, but one that was fairly priced with a team of dedicated professionals that would stand by their time frame and their quoted bid. Mike (Owner), Steve and Steve (Windows and Siding Project Managers), as well as Chris (Primary Titan consultant) and with their finishing team, were all incredibly professional and diligent throughout the whole job. The roof repair and replacement was tackled first and was completed within a day and a half (this would have taken a single day, but the weather started to turn). The Siding was removed and replaced within a day or two, and paint completed in a day. The finish work also took day or so to complete. We had to wait for a few replacement items to come in (one damaged by the manufacturer), but besides that the entire job could've been finished in a week's time. Obviously things come up with any renovation (slight delays or additional required repairs), but it was obvious early on that Mike and his team cared about the quality of work they were providing, and were here to do the best job possible. Throughout the process my wife and I ended up needing to add a couple components to the overall scope of work (adding a shutter, installing some additional lights). Mike and his team worked with us on completing these additional requests and did it at a fair price and within the original time frame discussed. We knew that we weren't the only job that Titan was working on at the time, and it may be alluring to go with a smaller company or single person to do a job like this (presumably to save money), but we had a better experience with Titan than with other contractor who worked solely on our renovation and no others. read more

If I'd known what an impact new windows would make, I would have done this much sooner. I feel like I moved into a newer, nicer home- it's significantly quieter, warmer, and cleaner. We had a wonderful experience with these guys! Joel gave us the estimate for replacing all the siding on our house, which was a good $2,000 less than any of the other estimates we received. He was also very thorough about explaining the work needed to be done, all the options we had, and even options for saving money. We were told the work likely wouldn't begin for 6--8 weeks, which was fine for our schedule--but, fortunately, they were able to begin far earlier than expected, and we only had to wait about 3 weeks! The work itself was fantastic, and was completed in a really timely fashion. Titan Siding met and exceeded our expectations as a contractor when updating the siding on our home. We knew it was time to replace our masonite siding with Hardie, but had become frustrated with the process of getting quotes from various contractors. We finally requested a quote from Titan Siding based on the strength of their reviews after having had some very negative experiences from more door-to-door, high-pressure type contractors. From the get-go, our Titan project consultant, Joel, was transparent and practical about assessing our home for a re-siding quote. While explaining his recommendations, Joel shared the company and the owner's philosophy: don't recommend any work you wouldn't think was necessary on your own home. We have extensive siding on our home, with only a few stone walls. Much of the existing masonite siding was in terrible shape. However for the most part our soffit and fascia was in good shape. Joel recommended we keep the existing soffit and fascia, repairing small parts as necessary, while replacing the actual siding with Hardie. This meant savings on our project. The quote was very reasonable and fair... and the best part is Joel put no pressure on us to sign. He left us with the quote and we got in touch soon after to get the project going. Josh was our project lead on the actual re-siding and he was always available and responsive by text throughout the entire project. The owner also stopped by to introduce himself and review the work while in progress. While some delays were experienced, the project went smoothly. Josh and the owner were both responsive and accommodating to any particular adjustments we needed to make to the project as it went along. They went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. My husband and I got several bids and Mike gave the most thorough, fastest and best priced one. Being first time home owners were were definitely anxious about the whole process, but Mike and his team were great about answering all of our questions even late at night. Mike even came over on my lunch break to help me figure out colors that would look good. His team is extremely professional, fast, detailed oriented and great at what they do! They replaced all of our old windows and Masonite siding and made the house look brand new again. The new hardie and the windows already are making a huge difference in keeping our house warm. I don't think I've ever seen anyone caulk windows as fast and as well as Mike's team. There are always horror stories out there about prices and horrible work being done, but Mike broke that stereotype at every turn. We didn't have to pay a penny until the job was done and inspected! Not only did the teams do a great job with the work, but they did a fantastic job cleaning up after too. They swept all our porches and ran over the yard for hours with a magnet picking up loose nails. I still have yet to find one nail, which is unheard of! We finally got our time slot in early June 2022 and had a great experience with Mike and the crew. They were able to install them in one day. What can I say? Working with Mike and his team was extremely easy. Completely re-siding my house, priming and painting our brick, and installing our awesome new front doors was no big deal to Titan's skilled workers but made a huge difference for our home. Every inch of the project was completed with an attention to detail that I didn't even know to look for (my brother in law works in construction and was really impressed). Caulking, taping and other prep work meant that the finished product looks just as good from a foot away as it does from the street. We have gotten so many compliments since Titan finished their work, and if you look at the before and after photos it will be clear why. I also wanted to mention that the owner came out on a Friday night when I couldn't get the newly installed front door to close. He personally made the required adjustments on the spot and got us all taken care of. We needed to replace the siding on our home. After reading several reviews for different companies we narrowed the list to 3 possible companies. We had each one quote the job. Titan offered the best overall value. We were notified on a Friday that work would start on Monday. They arrived first thing Monday morning and by Wednesday afternoon the old siding was gone and new siding replaced. The painting was completed by Friday. The siding crew were very skilled, worked rapidly and were very professional. The painters were very fast and did a great job. All of the ugly wires running around the house were neatly dressed and became hard to detect. No longer were they eyesores on the house. The president of Titan (Mike Connors) stopped by often to check up on our satisfaction and check the work being performed. On punch-out day he even helped to install our new storm door that we had bought. Every question we had or "can you do this" was addressed without push back. Although I never heard of an official title I would consider Josh Carpenter to be the work site manager. During the job I was able to contact him and get answers to any concern or question about what was going on. He also is the one that performed the punch-out segment of the job. I was highly impressed with Lamar and his knowledge of the product and the services that Titan offered. He was the only salesman that brought samples of the product, brochures, examples of flashing, etc. Plus, I was quoted back in May, but he agreed to keep the pricing the same even though there was a slight increase. The work began in a reasonable amount of time after obtaining financing, permitting, etc. and the job was able to be completed within a week (M-F). There were a few hiccups but, as I was reminded, I don't have another siding job to compare to mine and it could have been worse. Steve (Project Mamanger) responded to my texts within a reasonable period of time and addressed my concerns. Mike (Owner) was present on the job site and played an active roll in customer service and sometimes problem resolution. Errors were corrected within a normal amount of time and compensation was offered for plant damage. I did totally turn into THAT customer, but heck yeah I'm going to be picky when we get into 5-digit home repairs (which is a LOT of dough for someone of the low-middle middle class). Unusual Kindness I couldn't figure out how to remove a screen in our rental property, and in the process of trying some window rails came out. I couldn't figure out how to get them back in either. So based on online reviews I called Titan Siding, Windows, and Concrete Coatings. Joel showed up *exactly* on time. Only we had been up all night with a dying pet and I was exhausted and distraught. This cat has been with us for 16 years. Joel removed the screen and figured out hows to refit the rails in these out-of-production windows. It took him about 15 or 20 minutes. I offered him $40 for his time, but he steadfastly refused it and was ever so kind under the circumstances. Sometimes small kindnesses like that mean more than a person can know. He is a good man.
