I filled out the online request for an estimate on their website, and got a response the same day. I got a quote two days later, and had my trees serviced the following week. They pruned a total of three trees including one mesquite tree which is twice as high as my house. And to top it off they charged LESS than the previous company that I was using. I will definitely be using Titan from now on.

To prevent irreparable (and possibly illegal) damage, homeowners placed themselves under the trees to be removed while we attempted to contact the HOA management company. The professional response would have been to pause the removal and wait for HOA to address the issue on-site or even call the police to mediate and sort it out. Rather, these folks threatened to "F*#% up" homeowners (have that on video, btw) and taunted them as they continued to cut down the trees, even above the homeowners' heads. Awful.
