I walked in while Steve was eating lunch (which actually smelled pretty good). I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and customer service. Working with Steve and his company was a pleasure! There are other companies out there that sell Turf, but Titan Turf doesn't just sell and install it! They care about what you want. I did a DIY side yard install myself for my batting cage. I know they would have done it perfectly if they did it. The grass is lush, beautiful and nice. Steve listened to what I wanted to do. Im giving a one star because I'm requiere to add a star if not I wouldn't add nothing . Originally I had called to ask questions. The represantive that assisted me suggested to come in person since she couldn't answer the questions over the phone, which were basic questions of delivery fee, and pricing. When we came in the employee was assisting another customer as we waited another customer came for pick up. As we waited in the "show room" he came back after 10 minutes simply to say it will be a while before he could even assist us. And after waiting additionally 10-15 mins we decided to leave and he was careless about it. All of this could of been avoided if he could dedicated 5 minutes of his time. Worst place. read more

We just had a swimming pool put in and I needed a small piece of synthetic turf to install around the auto fill and skimmer basket. Due to there being concrete underneath the auto fill and skimmer basket, fescue would not grow. Titan Turf Supply said to come on in and they would help me out. Wow! What a positive experience with Titan Turf.. It all started with our 1 year old son testing for a high level of lead at his 1 year check up. Obviously, we were devastated. After a few internet searches we were dismayed to learn that the cheap used sports turf we had installed was the source. My first contact with Titan was with Maite who promptly returned a late night voice mail. After explaining that we wanted a safe, lead/chemical free turf that could also remain smell free with our 2 dogs she assured me they had the right solution. I drove to their retail location and was greeted by the friendly masked employees that handled all of my questions. The owner Steve came out and really dropped the knowledge about the correct antimicrobial infill and the best methods for us to keep the bacteria levels in check and keep the turf safe for our son. I just had my grass installed and I can't say enough on how much my family and dogs absolutely loving it !
