But before I did that I'm one to smile and say "Good morning and excuse me" "where can I find this"? OMG-I was given "What! What do you need"! "That's in Aisle 14"...In a very rude and dismissive attitude. My parents raised me to be always respectful no matter how people treat you. So, I replied back to her and said "Thank you and have a wonderful day". Lady, need to relax, it's just a job. Not all customers who approach you are rude. I can say that because I've worked retailed and IK how it can be. Otherwise, I love this Lowe's because 99.9% of the time, I find what I'm looking for! Thanks LOWE's. Cabinet refacing was expensive. There were issues with sloppy work that did get fixed during the install process. However, soon after installing I noticed premature peeling of the cabinet doors due to low quality materials. I reached out to the vendor by both phone and numerous emails only to be ignored and told they couldn't schedule a repair appointment due to unavailability. Needless to say it's been years now and they still haven't gotten someone out to address my warranty issue. I would sue them but have since sold that property. read more

Tried to return leaking toilet, tank was leaking upon installation, (customer picked up a new one so I just grabbed the tank). wanted to make sure they didn't sell it to someone else, "no returns on installed toilets, call the manufacturer for replacement parts", wrong answer, repackaged and returned to other LOWE's, (just the tank was swapped, everything back in the box unused and unopened), NOW they have TWO CUSTOMERS upset. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the different materials and options so I could make the best choice for my project. What I really appreciated was that he explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed or pressured. He pointed me in the right direction with exactly what I needed and even gave me helpful tips that made the process a lot easier. It's not every day you find someone who cares enough to make sure you leave the store confident in your purchase. Drove it to this store, where Rose in returns, could not understand why the item number is different (because Lowe's sent the wrong item), even though I explained it three times slowly to her. This was too much for Rose to handle, so she called the manager Monica. After I explained everything to Monica, she told me that their system will not allow them to process the return because it says fedex hasn't delivered it yet. Customer service is so appreciated especially when prices and inflation are so high. Today my husband was tasked with getting 14 fifty pound bags of quick Crete and 7 4x4x8 pressure treated wood posts for a project. He was greeted immediately by a young man in the lumber section who took care of collecting and loading all those heavy items. The process was such a pleasant experience. Most of the time we get employee names, however this time we missed his name. So thank you to the young man who worked in the lumber section this afternoon 10/27/23 around 1pm. Great job! read more

my review is specifically based on ordering online. i waaas online shopping for a grinchmas doormat for my front door and this was the onnlyyyy place that had it! i live in the valley so you know i had to take a trip. i placed an order on the Lowe website and waas given instructions through email afterwards. through the email they tell you that your order will be ready within 3 hours and they will notify you when it's ready for pick up. the ordering process online was super easy. most definitely recommend. once it was ready for pick up, I got the notification and was on my way to Lowe's. when you arrive to the curbside pick up parking spot, you go to your directed email and press "check in" and follow the instructions. - shout out to the employee who works here and helped me realize i went to the wrong location. lol. 10 mins later and i arrive at the correct location and got my grinchmas doormat! read more

You want to order something from this store and wait over a month and get funds taken, then refunded, then taken and then refunded and then still have no stove? STEP RIGHT ON IN. If I could give zero stars for this Lowe's I would. THE AMOUNT OF ISSUES. Buckle up. We ordered a stove in Dec. 2024 and they took funds upon the order being placed. They said it wouldn't arrive until Jan 7th between 8am-12pm. Bummer but we understood. On the day of delivery, after taking off an entire shift of work, we get notice that it will be late because of "truck issues" then they never showed up. A day of work missed for nothing. They call and say it will come on Thursday. Then say they can't come because of winds on the freeway. Then they say they actually don't know why we keep getting a call about delivery because they don't even HAVE the stove. ? Now I'm pretty patient, I get it but this is ridiculous. They say next week. We get a call saying they're "loading up and on the way" but they say they can't install because we're on propane? But we're not. So they say fine they'll install it but hold on now, because then they say they can't come because we "never authorized payment" You mean the $700+ dollars they'd taken more than 3-4 times since December with no issue? Now it's been over a month and no delivery but they've taken and replaced the funds multiple times resulting in over draft fees from the bank, not everyone just has $700 at all times waiting to be taken out- not to mention not being able to cook at home has cost us $100's and at the end of the day **STILL NO STOVE.** We cancelled the order and have yet to receive any compensation for the $100 in overdraft fees and $100's on food. The supervisors only response? "What do you want me to do?" YOUR JOB? Save yourself problems and money. Go to Home Depot. read more

Initially the help desk at Lowe's said to call corporate office. Corporate office would never return my calls. When they did answer they said they were on it. I ordered a KitchenAid oven. I scheduled the delivery. They hung me out to for an entire day waiting for the appliance to be delivered. I was on the phone two different times for 50 to 58 minutes each call. At 3:30. I spoke to someone that said I was number 16 and they were at number 13 stop. Then at 8:30 pm I finally called again and got a supervisor who told me my oven was never on the truck to begin with. I missed a Christmas party and sat the entire day and waiting. So I then rescheduled it for the following Tuesday. Monday night I got a text saying it was coming the next day from 8:30 to 11 AM. Then got an email in at 6:33am they said it was not deliverable. I went into my local Lowe's and they informed me that there were no ovens in the inventory. The people at the Lowe's store were very nice and the managers helped me cancel my order. I will never again order anything to be delivered from Lowe's. The infrastructure and third-party installation service is horrific. I marched down to Home Depot and ordered my oven, which will be here on Friday, hopefully. read more

She helped me get an even better product than what I had originally intended and made sure they were cut to the correct measurements. I've been a Lowe's customer for many years, but I'll think twice before buying from that store again. My most recent purchase was two kitchen light fixtures, almost $100 each. I thought Sunday would be enough time to complete this small project in my kitchen. When I got home, I found that the parts were incomplete in both boxes. According to the manual, two parts were missing from one box and one part from the other. These weren't just screws or easily replaceable parts; they were essential components of the product. I had to drive back to the store and waste my valuable time, which isn't fair. My recommendation to customers who continue to shop at Lowe's is to check the product before leaving the store, and my recommendation to the store is to be more careful when restocking returned items on the shelves for resale. I have to update this review to a positive after the new team of delivery guys came (albeit for the third time) to deliver the third range to our home. They were professional, took accountability, said that the original delivery crew screwed up and failed to take the time to check everything and make sure the range was is good condition. They were really polite and efficient at the delivery and it was frankly a huge relief after the last two experiences. So Lowe's is now off our shit list and it's a relief because they have previously been pretty good about deliveries with our previous appliances (refrigerator and dishwasher). We suspect that one of the cargo containers that was shipped may have been damaged and two of the ranges were in the same shipment. That said, the delivery guys should be checking for damage before they put them on the truck. So be sure to ask them to check for damage before they leave the warehouse. read more

Lowes has a delivery problem and after 3 months of remodeling 1bathroom using Lowes the rest of the remodel I will be going to Home Depot. Lowes schedules deliveries regardless of the fact that they do not have the product at the store. I made them aware of this late August with my first order. They don't seem to care about this process and the fact that contractors were on site when I received cancelation notices didn't concern them. They're big offer was free shipping which is included with my Lowes pro card so they offer no compensation for their poor business practices. In contrast Home Depot failed to give me the second vox on a delivery and for mu inconvenience they credited me $50. Nothing like that from Lowes. This Lowe's has continually posted my boyfriend's number on a flyer at their online pickup spot. There's a flyer that has the employee picture and full name of Phillip Fonseca (the store manager) asking for people to contact him if they are not happy with their level of service. This flyer has my boyfriend's personal cell phone number on it and he is not a Lowe's employee and never has been. We have called several times and they refuse to take it down and hang up on us when we try to get them to fix this issue. They are clearly avoiding the responsibility of actually helping unhappy customers. My boyfriend is getting several angry calls and texts from Lowe's customers who think his cell phone is the Lowe's managers phone number. This is crazy and no one who actually works there is willing to do anything about it. read more

Stopped in to the Santa Clarita LOWES garden center located @ 26415 BOUQUET CANYON ROAD with my daughter and we needed a few item in store... I was greeted by Emerson who asked if I needed some help, I did. I explained what I needed and he knew exactly what I was talking about. I spoke for a great deal explaining the whole situation. He was polite and respectful soon after just like that without any hesitation he brought me right to the area! Emerson is great! He went above and beyond what I had expected. Employees like him are hard to come by. Extremely professional and he definitely understood what we needed to get the job done! He recommended a few other items and they worked out perfectly! I went to the bank and couldn't get out from the bank side of the parking lot. I went around and noticed there were a couple of pallets blocking the other side. A pos named Carlos driving the forklift motioned to me no go back around. There was already a delivery truck blocking half the lane and other Lowe's pallets in the way to safely reverse. If Lowe's didn't want to let cars thru, they should've blocked the other way thru. The gentleman working with Carlos told him to move the pallet blocking my way thru but instead Carlos moves a couple of different pallets. Then Carlos stops to grab something being dropped off to him by someone that didn't work at Lowe's. The other guy working with Carlos had to retell him to move the pallet in my way. Once he cleared the path, he proceeded to stare me down as if he wanted to start something. Kid has a chip on his shoulder that needs to be removed before it gets removed for him. read more

I am disgusted by Lowes. Ordered two doors two months ago, install date 12/15. Called on 12/15 and they said after the holidays. Called again on 1/3 and I was told it would be installed on 1/16/25. Called again on 1/17 and the guy didn't know anything and would call me back. No call back. Finally got disgusted with 45 minutes each call to get a human on the phone and went back into the store. Spoke with a manager and now he says it will be the 27th, which really means it will be early February since you outsource installation. Shane in the paint department is very helpful. In December I practically came by every other day buying more paint for our project and one day one of the paint colors he mixed for us came out wrong. We went back to Lowe's right away to let him know. He tried to mix the paint 4 different times but it wasn't turning out like the sample we were originally given. After the 5th try he finally got it right, whomever made us the initial sample used the interior paint sample from Valspar as a base instead of Sherwin Williams which is why the color kept coming out wrong. read more
