COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. None of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. There are no hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since this virtual reality (VR) experience is located inside a massive mall. The parking spots are pretty large and wide. The first hour is $1. The second hour is $2. The third hour is $3. Max is $18. This experience does not validate parking. I parked in Grand Court 4E. This allowed me to get to the venue very easily. All I had to do was to go up to the 8th floor on the elevator. Exit the elevator and the venue is directly across from H&M. Experience & Staff: This Titanic: A Voyage Through Time experience is presented by Fever. The staff here will highly encourage customers to use the public mall bathroom on the 7th floor next to the Starbucks prior to starting the VR experience. Just a side note: Starbucks doesn't validate parking. The staff here at the Titanic VR experience are very kind, friendly, and helpful. They accept credit cards. I recommend booking your tickets in advance because there will be a wait time. I got there with a ticket booked in advance, and even then, we had to wait 10 - 15 minutes to go in. You will "board" the Titanic in groups. The experience is about 50 minutes long. Heads up, if you get motion sickness, you might get motion sickness during this experience. In the event that you do experience motion sickness, raise your hand and a staff member will come to your aid. They will take off your VR headset and your experience will immediately be paused. You can take as long of a break as you want, and then you can rejoin the VR experience. The experience overall was pretty cool, but I wish the volume in my VR headset was louder. The sound was cutting in and out a bit. That's why I took off one star. The screen in my VR set was cool. I enjoyed interacting with various different people and things in VR. I wish they had more photo opportunities at this experience. That's another reason why I believe it is only 4 stars. I wish that this VR experience showed me things not known by the general public. I wanted to learn something new about the Titanic that I didn't know about, and this experience didn't teach me anything I didn't already know. Bummer. There is a small gift shop at the end of the experience. Some items are hella overpriced. Just saying.

Manong bought the tickets but got canceled due to technical issues he re scheduled again and I ask for another extra ticket so I can bring my special need son. His reaction was priceless and our experience was priceless also thank you staff front and back I want to see this again

This photo shows the venue and gives an idea of group sizes during a weekday evening.

They have two sections and Jumanji is on the bottom floor. They have more upstairs. Check-in process was fairly simple. Just like all the other escape rooms, you will need to complete a waiver. If you havent fully paid for the room, they will collect the balance there. The price is a little high for a one hour experience and tip is optional at the end via cash or a cashapp payment. For 8 people, on a Saturday, it was over $400. I read somewhere in the comments/questions section, there is a yelp check-in discount. I didnt see any on the website, so maybe check with them? Also, there is a code for $15 off your room in the photos section something. I didnt take a photo of it, but I do recall seeing a similar image at the check-in desk. Ive done about 12 escape rooms so far and this experience may have been the best teamwork me and my friends have participated in. We enjoyed ourselves and had a fun time with the theme! We were able to finish will 11 minutes left and had 0 hints! We appreciated the GMs comments when a puzzle was completed so we could move on to another puzzle or area!

You were then led into the VR spaceship room, which was the most insane experience! The VR was done so well, and I really enjoyed the immersiveness and the storyline. I actually wish the entire thing could've been VR. I thought the excitement kind of dwindled in the room with the test tubes, and also when we had to go outside to the parking lot to the third section of the experience, which just wasn't as amazing as the beginning. Some points to improve would be a more cohesive storyline, and making a tunnel in the parking lot area so it doesn't break up the visuals. I love escape rooms and the last challenge was pretty elementary, so I can understand that for families but I personally would like a more challenging ending.

Our group arrived and we were welcomed by Aster and the creator of the Lunar Light Experience, granddaughter of Apollo 14 astronaut Stuart Roosa, Danielle Roosa. Meeting her and chatting about NASA and her grandfather (famous photo of astronauts playing golf on the moon) was the greatest welcome ever. The experience started with a walk to a moon vehicle where we strapped on some VR packs and proceeded to excavate moon rock for blue light from a meteor. After that we met a mad scientist and a lovely robot. Got to play in the lab. The escape room aspect of the event was simple and we got it done quite easily. I imagine this would be great for families with kids too. :) The end, of course, exits through the gift shop where you can get some super cool astronaut stuff. Even Apollo 14 shirts! I highly recommend you stop by and spend some time in the moon! Also, make sure you get your space photo op! I wore the right jacket for that. ;) Ps: Free parking!

Something's Out There is definitely a scary room with jump scares and tense situations (no live actors though, thank goodness), and it was so much fun. There was a situation where a major thing was missed due to misdirected sound and faint lighting, but the GM pointed out that we had missed something. It was set in like, a hillbilly bayou. The Garretts room is also really cool as it's a very retro house, pristine since the family disappeared in the 1980s. Want to come back and do the third room, a western, even though it might be a tad easy, just to do the experience since the other two rooms were so fun. I don't remember any size restrictions for the Garretts, but there is a thing in Something's Out There, where you have to crowd into a small room. We had four adults in our group, and over 5 might be pushing it.

We came in as walk ins and were told we had to book online because there was no card reader available, which was confusing since that wasn't the case the last time we came. Even after booking online, the staff member helping us didn't really assist or guide us through the process. Once we got into the room, it wasn't started right away, and some of the props didn't work during the game. Overall, the room was really cool, but the customer service and setup made the experience feel unorganized and frustrating.
