Our medium rugs took around 4 hours as newbies and they were very kind with not rushing us. Pricing was fair when comparing the cost of tufting at other locations. We also were the only ones tufting so we had a pretty private space! Service was overall really great. Michael (?) and a woman with cool circle glasses checked in on us frequently and even helped review our progress multiple times. I had made some drag marks and holes in my rug and they helped patch it up when we picked them up However, I removed a star due to Sam. She helped us initially and gave clear instructions. But throughout her explanation she called my husband "babe" two times... Honestly I was shocked and even asked my husband if I heard her properly the first time - and I regret not addressing it then and there directly. Maybe it was a slip up, but I did not appreciate her calling my husband an affectionate pet name. Would strongly encourage her to refrain from that language and to keep all interactions professional for future patrons.

Their customer service truly blew us out of the water! Murph and Travis were welcoming, enthusiastic, and kind..even so late at night! I would highly recommend visiting this location for a fun escape experience. We did the Only Murders in the Building room. It was fun and laid back, very similar to the Heist room but fun for fans of the show. Honestly, all of the rooms are fun, challenging, and enjoyable. The rooms are well-designed and professional. Each escape game location always has amazing service but this location stands out as one of the best!! Thank you Murph and Travis!

Once you enter the rooms, it feels like you're jumping into another world; each room felt like a set on a movie. As an avid escaper, I would definitely say this place does an amazing job at prioritizing the escape experience, with great flow and cohesion between all the room puzzles. Huge shoutout out to our live actor, Sasha, for creating such an immersive experience, following along our gameplay, and providing gentle nudges along the way. The folks here have a clear idea on the pacing of each room, and spaces hints out to keep you on track. Generally, Escape Game LA has a lot more puzzles than the average escape room experience. With that being said, I'd encourage booking with a larger group, as it can be quite challenging if you have fewer hands on deck. I would highly recommend playing Black Dragon. It was such an amazing experience, and by far my favorite escape room so far. Definitely check this place out!

She shared interesting stories about the neighborhood and the restaurants, which made it feel more like exploring the area with a knowledgeable friend rather than a typical tour. The food was delicious and plentiful, and we even met some really nice new friends along the way. Our very first Six Taste tour was actually the Arts District tour back in 2016, so it was special to return ten years later and experience it again. Over the years we've also enjoyed their tours in Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Thai Town, Koreatown, and Little Tokyo. Every tour has been a fun way to discover great food and learn more about the neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Highly recommend!

Rebecca was responsive from the get-go and she and Bianca were amazing hosts on the bus. It helped set the stage for everyone to work together on our community service, which was supporting EnrichLA with some gardening at a middle school. I'm always very hesitant when working with new companies because you just never know what can potentially go wrong--and the pressure is just that much more intense when you have 10+ staff members involved. So I'm very happy that Rebecca and her team, Lindsay and Andrew, were able to put together this amazing event. Rebecca really understands how to bring everything together, from the initial planning stages to the introduction/start of the event + during the event and bringing it all together at the end. They're all very professional and have a lot of experience in this. Even the team-building activities/games were fun (not too geared towards extroverts, introverts will enjoy it as well). There was a miscommunication with one of the locations we were supposed to stop by at, but Rebecca was very professional and had an alternative option already planned (which turned out to be an even better stop). Everything still went smoothly and we got back to the office early. I can't imagine how much more perfect the day could have gone. I highly recommend all businesses take advantage of Do Good Bus. It puts so much ease on the planner because you don't need to personally reach out to organizations about hosting an event. I would most definitely choose them again to host a future event!

It's very easy to mess but if you drive slowly, it is literally right next to the building. You turn in and there should be a wellness center on your left. Continue to go forward and turn left and the parking garage is there. It has multiple levels going down. It's typically about $1 for an hour and no they do not validate. There is free parking nearby in another garage but for a dollar to be able to walk up and be right there is much better in my opinion. When you arrive, you call the phone number on the front door and they come unlock the door to let you in the inside. Has multiple VR experiences aside from VR room itself. There are multiple spaces so more than one group could have an experience at the same time. Once you sign the waivers, they take you back to your space that is reserved and put the headsets on for you. After putting on the headset to your timer starts and you start your gaming experience. Pretty easy to understand instructions from the game guide. Just try your best not to walk into any walls and respect the boundaries. It's a lot of fun. Sometimes the airflow is not great so you definitely feel sweaty on your face but other times they'll turn on the fans and it feels good the whole time you're there. Definitely great for less active activity but still very engaging. They don't really explain the game to you and kind of leave you to figure it out on your own, but the games are not super complicated to understand. The game guides are pretty nice and quick to help out with technical issues. You cannot hear other games that are happening at the same time as you. They are there and the space is open, but VR headset quickly muffles out any other sound so it's very easy to focus on your own game. Great place if you don't have anything to do for an hour in the afternoon. And it's so close to the 3rd St Promenade that you can walk over and experience that when you're done. We typically like to walk over to Go Greek on Ocean Avenue afterward for a fun FroYo snack.
