Sucks ass! Service was no help at all. The worker who was SUPPOSED to help out throughout the game did absolutely nothing. Just sat on his ass and would sigh any time we would ask a question. Didn't explain anything about the game or how to use the controllers. Payed $90 for a shitty experience. Our "helper" was named Evan, which who I honestly think is a racist. Some other people came in and got ten times better service than we did. Would you like to know why? These people were white and so was our staff member Evan. (We are Hispanic) Overall this experience sucked ass and do not recommend. read more

What a FUN choice for a party with your friends or just if you want to spend an hour playing VR and escape this world :) From start to finish, it was a wonderful, easy to plan, fun filled experience. Before the party, the staff was very helpful giving me guidance about what to bring, timing, parking etc. At the party, we were so lucky to have such wonderful staff to help all the kids (about 20) with their headsets, picking games, manuevering the games etc. Make sure you try to get Franklin and Ramses (I'm pretty sure those are their names-might be getting it wrong). They both worked so nicely with all the kids, were patient and really helped the party be a success. Easy to bring your own food, drinks, desserts and decor. Easy underground parking with a convenient elevator to bring everything up. We would def do it again! read more

It may say Virtual, but it's a "real" good time! We had a birthday party for twelve 15 year olds(from 3 different High Schools). It was a great group thing to do for kids that didn't all know each other. The games are very cool. The staff was great. They don't serve food so they let us bring in food and drinks for the kids. Something to note(so this in another review), VR can make people feel a bit off. It happened to a couple of kids, they took a break and they were fine. Overall, well worth the money. We spent almost half a day here playing games on my friend's birthday. It was my first time playing VR and it was AWESOME! I haven't had so much fun since I was a kid playing video games. What a cool place! Stumbled upon this virtual reality arcade after searching for something fun to do on a hot day with the covid + smoke situation! This is an awesome arcade for all ages that has a bunch of fun games that you can play solo or as a group. We purchased 1 hour of play time and were able to play 2 different games. If someone would have asked me if I was interested in those games before I would say absolutely not. After playing, I would say it's a complete different story! I absolutely loved the archery game and the zombie shooting group games I played!! The headsets are heavy (especially for me given my small head!!) and take a little getting used to but the worker was so kind and would come help/clarify whenever he sensed we were lost. The hour passed and I was shocked time had passed so quickly! Could have played another hour..after taking a rest from the headset for a bit haha. A bit pricey (costs like 35 dollars for 1 hour of play) but for the amount of fun it was I thought it was worth it :) read more
