The conditioning done throughout the class prior to technique work was solid, and the coach leading the class even came around and showed attention to beginners and other drop ins, which is something I didn't expect to see considering how well known the school is as well as how many drop ins were present. I also got a chance to see some of the kids mma class sparring before my class. They've got some very sharp, technical and well conditioned youths there, and I won't be surprised if I see them on my television on Saturday nights over the next decade.
