No Stars! We signed a contract with titanium solar over 14 months ago. Our solar panels were installed in March 2023 they do not work. They installed the solar panels before they even did the electrical work and we found out that we had to get a verification from LA DWP to get the electrical work done nobody from titanium Solar has ever contacted us with any kind of customer service or direct contact to follow up with us. It's been over a year the panels don't work the roofing company that they sent out, ruined our roof When the rain came in Los Angeles we had water inside of our home ruined interior of our hardwood floors no one has contacted us back and we are now filing a legal lawsuit against the roofing company as well as titanium solar. Horrible company with horrible morals.

This is one of many leaks where the solar racks were installed.

STAY AWAY !! from Titanium and its parent company AMP SMART. Where should I begin, solar installed Nov 2022, one month later, December, we had record rain. It was leaking in multiple locations. I took pictures and contacted Titanium, they sent out (3) roofers, but did not like their recommendations. During one storm they sent a crew member , who then stapled a tarp onto my roof compounding the problem by punching hundreds of small holes through my shingles. They damaged a large section of my roof and voiding my shingle manufacture warranty. The install workmanship deserves no stars. I have a thread with over 50 emails, attempting resolution.. It is now mid June 2023 and still have not received any repair. I finally filed a complaint to the Ca State License Board and submitted an assessment report from a state license roofer, his recommendations were to re-roof the affected areas (subject to locating same roof material) and use solar mounts that can be flashed professionally for rain guard. Save yourselves a headache ... I do not recommend Titanium and its parent company AMP SMART.

    Second leak

After the second roof leak we now had our solar Panels sitting stacked on our patio for 3 months not able to use as the installer where called off the job mid reinstall . I have stage 4 lung cancer and now have a solar bill and electoral bill to include with my medical bills. Can't get a call back from anyone or a date of when someone will be back .

The initial "bad" install. Obnoxious and aesthetically disgusting.

I should have updated this when I discovered it. Buyer beware: After seeing that I was not producing any outgoing electrical supply (ie: receiving a credit from SCE for surplus) I started asking why. Turns out Titanium Solar only installed two of the three panels/meters needed. One for incoming and self-use electricity but not the third for my outgoing surplus. I called Titanium and their reply? It would cost me $500 to have that installed. I cannot express enough how bad this entire experience has been.

They sent their electrician over. Took over 6 hours. Left my home looking like this. Claiming to be done

Natasha was professional and very clear with communication from the start. She set proper expectations on communication with Tesla would take a week or two. The day she received the go ahead from Tesla she called and scheduled the install asap 4 days out. Later the same day they had a cancellation and were able to get everything scheduled the next day. Anthony and Jeremiah arrived at the beginning of the arrival window! They were professional, great with communication, and ready to work. I had several questions and they were prepared for all of them and super helpful. The battery removal and install took less than an hour. Naturally Tesla's update took twice as long. LOL. Still total time was under 3 hours. I have managed 100s of installers and worked in Solar, this was a fantastic expierence! Because the Tesla 3 has more storage than the 2 I asked about adding some of my Breakers to the back-up and they had options for us to do that. Obviously we Highly Recommend This Team!

Scott & Ivan have been working on resolving this issue that is on Tesla's end & have been keeping me in the loop. They both have been communicating with me on the progress of my work order. I really appreciate their dedication to getting things done & finding a resolution to this issue. I will update again after this is done.
