PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS The long and the short of it is this; we contracted with Titanium Solar in mid-March of 2022 to have solar panels put on our house. It is now September 27th of 2022 and we do not have working solar panels. We have been getting charged by our lending company regularly for months now. Repeated phone calls to Titanium Solar are met with assurances that someone will get back to us but no action is taken, with the single exception of one message that was sent and later discovered to be an error. In the end, we are paying a bill for a product that DOES NOT WORK in addition to paying for our normal SoCal Edison energy bill. If that isn't a scam then I don't know what is. Initially, our meeting with Titanium Solar went fine. They came, took the drone scans of the house, presented us with the plans, had all the materials delivered and even installed the panels themselves just fine. I have no qualms about the worksmanship that their technicians performed during that initial installation. Following that initial installation, the city inspector was brought over and declared that there needed to be grounding rods installed as well. Titanium Solar assured the inspector - and us - that this would be taken care of. This was in late April, and we were told, when we signed the loan documents, that our panels would be available "before summer" for certain. A few weeks went by and we were contacted by Titanium Solar and told that a technician would be coming over to confirm the work on the grounding rods. We were happy something was finally being done, but ultimately disappointed when the technician got to the house and we told him that he was the first one that had been over since the inspection. In other words, he wasn't there to install the grounding rods, he was there to check them prior to inspection. Only with no rods to check, he had nothing to do. We played this game of grounding rod musical chairs another two times, once with the city inspector actually scheduled to come over, despite having nothing new to inspect. Then the full force of summer hit us and now we're moving rapidly into October with a bunch of very expensive and completely useless solar panels on the roof of our house. They are literally glorified paperweights that cost us tens of thousands of dollars. They are completely useless and we are being charged for a useless product. DO NOT TRUST TITANIUM SOLAR. While the work of their technicians is high quality, the supervisorial, managerial and executive side of the company is worse than useless; they actively do not know and/or do not care about the obligations they have made to paying customers. And why should they? They've already gotten their money. They're obviously fine with leaving people on the hook for their mismanagement. All told, I have called and spoken with Titanium Solar representatives about a dozen times over the past few months. These calls have resulted in zero progress on our solar panels, which continue to sit up on our roof doing nothing. read more

To start, the entire project, which was supposed to take only a few weeks, has dragged on for over FIVE excruciating months. And guess what? It's still not done. They've managed to transform a supposedly straightforward installation into a never-ending saga of incompetence and misery. The customer service is abysmal, to say the least. I've been met with nothing but indifference and apathy from their representatives. Calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and when I do manage to speak to someone, they're about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. But the true horror of this experience is the damage they've inflicted on my home. When they finally got around to installing the solar panels, they somehow managed to turn my roof into a leak-ridden disaster zone. My attic now resembles a tropical rainforest, complete with waterfalls and constant dampness. It's a miracle the whole roof hasn't caved in. The damage caused by Titanium Solar LLC is so severe that I've had to hire a separate contractor to fix it, resulting in even more time and money wasted. The irony that a company specializing in solar panels can't even properly install them is just the cherry on top of this disaster sundae. In summary, if you're looking for a solar panel installer that can cause irreparable damage to your home, drain your bank account, and destroy any hope you have for a positive experience, Titanium Solar LLC is the company for you. If, however, you value your sanity and want a functional solar system, I suggest you look elsewhere. read more

I am looking for the parties to terminate the contract and resolve any rights and all obligations arising out of the contract for the following reasons: 1.-Non-compliance in terms and forms of the contract 2.- Procedural delays 3.-Broken contract liniments 4.-Create economic and time losses to third-party contractors of the project generating extra charges for myself 5.-False promises and statements by company representatives Due to those as mentioned above, I am looking for damage repair and agree on the following: 1.-Terminate and cancel the contract effectively, in addition to canceling and closing the contract. 2.- Provide a backdown payment of 1,000 dollars given in good faith on 03/02/2023. I regret to say that my experience with Titanium Solar has been nothing but disappointing. I paid upfront for a solar system almost a year ago and have yet to see it activated. Every time I reach out to them for an update, they simply blow me off and refuse to take responsibility for their delays. Instead, they blame Southern California Edison (SCE) for the holdup. But the truth is that the delays and lack of communication are entirely on Titanium Solar's end. I trusted them with my investment and they have not lived up to their end of the bargain. It's extremely frustrating to have paid for a service and not receive it, with no clear end in sight. I would not recommend Titanium Solar to anyone looking to install solar panels. I chose to go solar because of my high electricity bills, knowing that Edison will charge me and my family more and more every single year. I've heard that Titanium have quick installs and service so I wanted to go with them. I got a quick proposal from Titanium and after a thorough breakdown I signed up - few weeks after, the panels were on my roof.
