I had a horrible experience with Speedy Cash I got a loan…read moreof $300. in September 1st 20019 On my first payment on August 1 I go to the Speedy Cash store to make my first payment and here I'm finding out that my account was frozen and they couldn't get into my account in the SYSTEM and to my understanding they say that I was late making my payment!!!!! REALLY !!!!!!! I said how do you consider it being late when August was my first payment and I just got the loan in September, I spoke with the corporate and the said that they were suing me for being late.... so every time I made my payment of $ 55 For August , and September, I had so many issues making the payment because my account was frozen, on October 1 just today I tried paying the whole balance off and I'm still I'm having a hard time with them to take my payment, so I had to wait the next day for the store to call the main office to except my payment, because that's the only way they can accept my payment.. So I just ended up paying the whole balance off with the Speedy Cash Loan Company and with them trying to falsely sue me with no actual cause... I just want to aware people be very careful when getting loans with Speedy Cash Loans , or any other loan places, so far Alliied Cash Loan , I have not had any issues with them...... If I were not dealing with an urgent financial situation, I would not choose to use this company again. The biggest issue I have experienced is with their required mobile app. I have repeatedly tried to log in, changed my password multiple times, and have still been locked out. The app then directs me to call customer service for assistance. The problem is that when I call customer service, I am told they cannot actually resolve the issue. I have repeatedly explained that I cannot access my account and that the app is preventing me from logging in. Each time, I am essentially told that they will contact the IT department. It has now been almost a month, and the problem still has not been resolved. What makes this even more frustrating is that when a payment is late, the company has no problem contacting me repeatedly -- sometimes what feels like 10 times a day or an absurd number of times -- regarding the payment. Yet when I repeatedly contact them because their required app will not allow me to access my account, I cannot seem to get anyone to actually fix the problem. I understand that payments are important, but there is a serious problem when a company can repeatedly contact a customer about making a payment while simultaneously failing to provide that customer with a functioning way to access their account and manage that payment. I was also told that I could come into a physical location for assistance. Unfortunately, I cannot simply drop everything and travel to a store, especially when there are no convenient locations near Tucson. If customers are directed to an 800 number when they encounter problems with the app, that customer service department should actually be equipped to help resolve those problems. I was told the app is required and that customer service cannot update certain information for me. Then why does the app specifically direct customers to call the 800 number when they are having problems? What exactly is customer service supposed to do if they cannot help customers access their accounts? I have called numerous times, changed my password multiple times, tried repeatedly to log in, and explained the situation over and over again. I have been told IT would be contacted, but almost a month later, I am still in the exact same position. I accepted the high interest rate because I needed access to fast funds during an emergency. I understood that borrowing would come at a higher cost. What I did not expect was to be unable to access my account or receive meaningful assistance when something goes wrong. At this point, I am simply trying to access my account, make my payments, update my information, and eventually be done with this company. Customers should not have to spend weeks calling customer service about an issue that should be relatively simple to resolve. This company seriously needs to improve its app, IT support, and customer service. If you are going to require customers to use an app to manage their accounts, make sure the app actually works -- and make sure your customer service team can help when it doesn't. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on my experience, and I certainly will not be using them again once I am finished with my account.
