I needed a full exterior paint job done on my 2400sq ft house. I called Titleist and Shad/his son were a pleasure to work with. He came out the next day for a walk around with me, and was very thorough/thought everything through. He gave a fair price and his workers were done with the job in less than 24 hours from the start! I wasn't home when they finished, the next day I found two or three things that I didn't like with where they did the trim/pop out lines on my house, and one small spillage on a window. I reached out to a few other companies and received quotes on getting the exterior of my home painted. I was on a tight deadline since my HOA gave everyone a one month notice to have it done. Titleist was able to beat the other quotes and offer more for the price with patching and sealing any cracks. I called Titleist to get an estimate for painting the wood siding and trim on my recently sandblasted ranch. Before having the outside of our home in Phoenix, AZ painted, I met with and obtained quotes from 5 different companies. Okay, this is going to sound like a broken record, but really, this company is very worthy of all the 5-star reviews you see here. Shad, the owner, comes out to your home for the estimate and not only gives you some folders with the colors/names of the paints, but leaves you with a good amount of sample so you can put the paint in different spots to see which one or ones is your favorite. After you've decided and sign a very simple contract, he'll work with your schedule and obstacles such as pets or bookcases to get the work done. He will even come by daily to review what his employees have done, though they really don't need much supervision. Just get out of their way and let them do the work quietly, efficiently, and well. And if you do find little tiny nit-picky things, they'll come out to correct them at their expense. We even had them come do a couple doors that weren't in the original contract. The total charge for that was less than what most companies would charge just for the "service call." He and an assistant even helped locate where one of our cats hid in the house, a place I didn't know existed under/behind the counters in our kitchen. Too bad, I don't have the picture that was taken. Shad returned my message the same day, and scheduled an appointment the next morning to walk the property and provide me a free estimate.
