He told me when to come in if I wanted to beat the rush hour (apparently Saturday and Monday are busy days for these guys) When I got there at about 5 pm on Friday, I was invited right in by Veronica, zero wait. She's a doll!! Super cute and friendly. It took her about 15 minutes to do my taxes, and while she was doing it, we chatted and giggled. I mean, really very friendly lady.
