****WARNING--THIS PLACE IS DISHONEST**** Had a TMPS stem valve leaking. I brought it in and asked if he could change it. He said yes. Went to pick it up, and over the next hour, I realized he replaced the stem valve with a non-TPMS valve. I went back and asked why, and he said because the TPMS ones were expensive. I asked for the old valve, and he said he didn't have it any more. I went back again later and said, "Yes you do, it was just yesterday." He miraculously found it in the trash. read more

Told him we had a tow truck but when the tow truck was going to take 2 hours, he came out himself with a truck that had everything needed to replace our tire and let us pay for it afterwards at his shop. I had a blowout on the interstate change my tire to the spare and then had to drive 300 miles on it ( I couldn't find any place open) A friend told me about Tito's tire service so I googled it this morning and drove there not only did he give me an exceptionally good price he was very polite and cordial he change my tire put my spare back where it belongs. If he would have just told me the truth I would not be writing this bad review ,but I want the people to know what they're dealing with. I had a slow leak on my left front tire. All the places in town were busy until 5 pm. It had 28 lbs the first place I stopped. They aired it up to 35 lbs. It was 9:30 a.m. Being impatient on our last day, not wanting to come off the beach at 5:00, I called Tito and drove the 8 miles to his shop. He checked the tire; finds the leak with water and circles the nail. He breaks down the tire which I assume to apply an inside patch instead of a plug. He gets tire back on truck. I ask how much? Tito ,$79.19; me, for a flat? You had a bad tire, side wall leaking air. He put a used tire on before and without telling or explaining to me . I told him these tires are new . I didn't argue and I ask for my tire. I go to Walmart to put my new tire back on which has a nail in it ,not to mention these tires have less than 8000 miles on them . Walmart employees show me a 6 inch cut in my sidewall . The tire is ruined. I couldn't have driven that 8 miles with a 6 inch gash in my sidewall ! Did he cut the tire or did the tire machine damage it ? You make the call. Either way he didn't assume responsibility for either. Three tire places said it was cut. I have no choice but to drive it home 10 hrs. early the next morning. Thank goodness we made it back to my hometown shop. They checked the tire code which showed it was 5 years old and signs of dry rot and mounted with water in it. When I left Walmart I go back to show Tito the 6 inch cut and just ask ,please just tell me the truth . He refused and stuck to his story knowing there was no possible way I drove 8 miles with a 6 inch cut I could stick my hand through. I have 3 witnesses that saw him roll the tire in full of air and pictures of both tires. In my opinion ,Tito took advantage of me, put me in an unsafe situation and is a liar and a thief ! read more

I needed a screw that someone generously provided removed from a tire and the tire patched. Knowing this was a one- man, hard working shop, I removed my own tire at home, and drove on the spare so I could just drop the tire with Tito and pick it up later. He had the tire ready when he said he would. I was willing to take it back home and put it on myself, but he insisted on doing that at no extra charge. Thx Tito! I've been to Tito's tire a few times, once to get tires installed on one car, another to troubleshoot a tire losing air, and another to get rims and tires mounted. Every time a go I get great quick service at a reasonable price. I just recently learn it's a family business. His son is very helpful as well. I recommend this place definitely. You should know your tire size before calling. I was unaware of mine, hoping the guy answering could help me find it on my tire. Instead, he hung up on me. Called Keller's Tire Center in Fort Walton Beach instead, and they had the lowest price in FWB! They were super helpful! Took a couple minutes for them to tell me where the size was on my tire, get an estimate and set up an appointment! So happy! Awful service! Would not recommend to anyone!!! We just got to the area on vacation and one of my new tires started leaking air. We stopped by a few places who could not help us but recommended we try Tito's. An employee at Tito's was found sitting on his phone. After asking him to help diagnose the problem, he acted like he had a call and had to leave. I brought it over and in about 15 minutes he had removed, repaired, and reinstalled the tire. He knows what he's doing and he's fast, efficient, and friendly. This guy will fix any tire! I had FWB Toyota tell me the tire was ruined and to buy 4 new ones! Took it to Tito and 25 mins later got 30K miles out of that tire with no issues. Tito's is a no frills shop, but Tito is honest and fair. Not easy to find when you need car service. Here's my story: I took my car to Quality Toyota, as I knew I had a screw in my tire and a slow leak, I still had to make the appointment a week in advance. Upon arrival there was 50 mins of waiting, before I was told the screw was in the side wall of my tire and I would need to replace the tire for $150. It would take two days to get the tire...but I could rent a car from Quality in the meantime. Also my warranty which is only six months old wouldn't cover it, so it's out of pocket. Since they let me drive for a week with the screw in there, I thought I'd check elsewhere. I drove to Tito's, waited 15 mins during which Tito gave me a bottle of water. He showed me the screw as he removed it, and that the side wall had not been damaged. Repair cost $20, money saved $130+ rental, not getting screwed again by the people who sold me the car, priceless. Thanks Tito! read more

Tito's provides great service for a reasonable price. They patched a tire for me 3 years ago (real patch, not a plug) and it still holds air like new. I have a boat trailer with a strange tire size. They just ordered 3 new tires for me and installed them in 2 days. They put four new tires on my daily driver. Being an independent shop, they help you find the right tires for you, not what the home office is pushing this week. Worst service ever. I wanted to replace my car's donut spare with a full size tire and had already calculated that I needed a 195/70R15 to be the same height as my 225/55R16 standard tires. I asked if he had the size I needed and before I could even tell him the size, he spat out "$40." After trying unsuccessfully to get an answer on whether he had the size I needed, I was about to leave when he said "Yes, $40." Since I was in a pinch and a hurry, I had him go ahead and replace the tire. Of course after all was done, he had given me a 205, not the 195 I specifically told him I needed and he said he could give me. So, this guy is either retarded or just an a-hole. Dude who is in shop clearly hates his life(not that I blame him tire work sucks) and just has the shittiest attitude. I get it, your busy. Blah blah" You call they don't schedule so it's just hit or miss driving up. They always have a chip on there shoulder. Not sure why. I urge caution!!! Went to Tito's Tire requesting a used tire and stud repair. After I was told by Walmart my tire could not be repaired due to a nail on the side wall. Tito initially told me he did not sale used tires. I kindly reminded him I had purchased a used tire from him a month prior. Suddenly, he remembered he had used tires. We discussed me getting the stud. He would look for the appropriate sized used tire while I was gone. When he examined the tire he determined it did not need to be replaced. He quoted $20 for the repair. After finishing the work he returned the stud to me saying I didn't need it. He then gave me an invoice for $50.40. My assumption was he was unable to repair the tire and did in fact have to replace it with the used tire has we had discussed. I gladly paid the $50. Less than 3 hours later I found the tire completely flat. I returned to Tito's. When I told him what happened his response to me was "where"s your slip? how much did you pay, $15" I didn't have the slip, but did attempt to show him my bank statement showing the credit card transaction for $50.40. I tried to confirm that he had put another tire on my car. He mumbled about incoherently never actually answering the question. He was able to speak clearly enough to say he had a slit in it. I immediately took the car to another location where I was shown the same hole I had been shown by Walmart (no slit). I have to note: Tito did offer to return my money. Which I refused. I can only assume there are more people he has scammed and hushed with a refund. I thought it was more important to get the word out about a shady business in our community. read more

Titos Tire Service was fantastic! They saved me over $1000.00!! Good year tires in Navarre wanted to sell me 4 new tires, even though I only had less than 20k miles!!! All 3 tires were perfect, however 1 tire had a flat. Goodyear said it was irreparable and I would require all 4 tires to be replaced . I went all over FWB looking for decently priced used tires and they were all over-priced and had no guarantee whatsoever. I heard about Tito's so my husband and I went there and got a perfectly good tire for 40.00 with a 10 day guarantee. I've been back three times since and he even tried finding me a new lug nut this time since I was missing one. Each time I have gone he comes out promptly and asks what I'm looking for. If he has it he says "Yep, 40.00." I say, "O.K." and he gets busy. Each one I have gotten he has installed in 10 minutes or less. The first time I went I thought he was kind of lackluster too. But after going four times and seeing the consistency in his demeanor it is apparent that he is not trying to offend anyone, it's just his personality. He's obviously not a talkative guy and he doesn't play around, he's running a business and he gets the job done. I have not had one problem with him or the services he provides and will send anyone I know that needs used tires to see him. I am still riding around on the four used tires that I purchased from him with ZERO problems. He did tell me that he can get me a set of new ones (lol). So when the finances permit I will definitely be doing business @ Tito's. I would recommend him to anyone. read more

Stopped in for a used tire. Got one for $40.00 with 30 day warranty. Tire lasted around 3 weeks and had a issue with it. Will honor 30 day warranty but only gives a quick fix to the tire for another 10 days and does not re-balance the tire. Does good work but does not like returns. read more
