I pulled around the truck and parked at the gate. When Rick opened the gate the man in the truck told Rick I butt the line which was not true no one was in the truck I thought it was abandoned. I was trying to explain what happened why I was parked by the gate. Rick hollered and screamed at me and said talk to all the people behind me, don't tell him nothing he doesn't want to hear what went on. He was saying he knew his friend for 30 years and he believes him. I was so shocked because I have been going to this shop for over 10 years and gave Rick a lot of referrals. For him to talk to me like he did was appalling I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I ask a friend I referred had he did that before and he said yes he does it all the time. OMG terrible I will never support him again. I am so sad because he was telling me to take my car somewhere else. Boltz Automotive read my post and reached out to me letting me know what time and day they would be available to look at my vehicle and do a diagnostic on my vehicle for $150 and let me know exactly what work needed to be done and the $150 would go towards the repairs if I decided to have service completed through them. I would say within 24 hours of making the appointment for the diagnostic to be performed on my car and actually bringing it into the shop to be serviced. My car was complete and ready to drive again. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed on my vehicle. The staff at the shop is also all very friendly. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend the shop to everyone with any car issues. The price I paid was amazing and I'm a super happy customer.

As I proceeded to confirm all details the man started getting aggressive towards me. I just politely asked any questions he had but in the process he started to yell at me and the insurance lady. After that encounter, this place found my Facebook page and contacted me through Facebook and other avenues. This encounter is one of my top unprofessional encounters I've ever witnessed. They went so far as to contact me through a mutual acquaintance. I eventually had to change my number.
