Small place but got the job done well, very satisfied. I called and he said he takes walk ins but that an appointment is better so I made one for the next day. Starting price $275 for four windows + rear for a Honda civic. He had this light box where you could feel the heat then demonstrated the different tint options. I went for ceramic which was a couple tiers up so cost came out to $475. Job was done in about 2.5 hrs, looked great, he even taped the window buttons so I wouldn't accidentally roll them down before the tint cured for a couple days. read more

I arrived at 1030 today for a window tint on my X3, and was told it would be 2-2.5 hours for the entire process. Well, I have now been here for well over 4 hours and it is not only not completed, but the tint doesn't even cover the entire window surface (see picture). Ridiculous. The owner is acting like he is doing me a favor by taking $10 off the price, when the reality of the situation is that I would rather him take the film off so I can get it done correctly with another company. The arrogance of this man is astonishing, and it is clear he suffers from Neapolitan syndrome. Then, he charged me an additional $40 in materials?? So, yeah... Don't come here. read more

The experience at Tito's was pretty great. I've had many cars tinted at many different places and I don't know what people are expecting but you are NOT going to have a perfect job every time. Tint is finicky. I've just had mine done today. There are some water bubbles( these go away with time) but sometimes they don't and I'm sure they will fix them if they don't - they're a tint shop. Tito's is a fine shop to get your windows tinted. I trusted them with my new Audi and they did a great job, so far. If some bubbles stick around after a week or two and they don't fix it, I'll update. Otherwise, these guys deserve a better rating than what is presented. Period. read more

Had an appointment at 11:00. Showed up at about 10:50. He asked if we were waiting for the vehicle to be done we said yes. He said it would be about 2 hours. So he could finish up what he was doing then he would get ours in next. So he recommended we go grab some lunch and come back he would get us in right away. So we come back after lunch was told it would be about 45 minutes to get it done. So we dropped it off at noon. We ended up still waiting for about 2 and a half hours with no update on how much longer it would be. Finally done, had some bubbles in the Windows told it might take about 3 days for the bubbles to go away. Also was quoted one piece on the phone then we get here and he wanted more money for what was being done. Not happy with the customer servicesthat has been given here. We had a brow done on the front windshield. As we are told we can leave, our on star kept coming on trying to help us. So we only made it a block away and turned around look it back, they came out and looked at it and said that the wires got wet on the review mirror. So they disconnected the wires. Said they just got the wires wet. And was told to keep it disconnected for a day to Let it dry out. Then the owner tried to say that they didn't get it wet. Well when his employee was disconnecting the wires he showed me his finger on where the water came out of the wires. read more

EVERY ASPECT OF THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE, from beginning to end!!!! I set up an appt with them to get my car windows tinted, the next day I arrived on time for my appt and NO ONE was at the shop. I called them and they told me to drop my keys in the mailbox and leave my car in a unsecure area. After a long period of time they called me to pick up my car. HERE IS WHERE THE MAIN ISSUE LIES. My car had an older tint on it already. I asked the "professional" if it was ok to tint over, he said it would work either way and recommended to just tint over the old to save money. He NEVER mentioned to me that the tint would be blurry and peeling off the same week!!! 4 out of 5 windows tinted are peeling and also have bad smearing/bubbles. He then tried to justify the reason why the windows were done so terrible. Nothing could be done because the tint was below the legal limit so no contract could be signed. Overall, I would not recommend Tito's to anyone that I actually care about. Their end to end business is below par, I wouldn't trust them to remove the horrible job they already dead because they might ruin something else. If you want a quality tint job, DO NOT go to TITO's!!!! read more

I went to get my windows tinted here before leaving to California and what appeared to be a good job was actually a lazy one. Not to mention the time that I had to sit there and wait for them to finish. I was told my car was gonna be done by a certain time and it ended up taking over an hour longer. From the outside, the tint looked good. I looked inside but because it was later in the day, I could not see very well. I left to California the following morning and on the drive there, I noticed that the tint on the rear driver side window was different than all of the other windows. You can tell that they used a different type of tint on that one window. Either they ran out of tint and used a different brand or they were not paying attention. Either way, I payed a lot of money and now I'm stuck with a tinted window that is different than the rest of the windows. This shows lack of care in their quality of work. read more

Called em up, asked them to tint my windows and two hours later they were done. Everything looks great, cut perfect, no problems so far except for a couple pieces of dust in the tinting, nothing major, but not perfect, I'll be going back to them for my other 3 vehicles read more

I had a window on a Chrysler 300 limo tinted here. It was a long window that ran nearly the length of the vehicle. Tito told me it would be too difficult to tint on the inside due to a partition he would have to work around. He told me he could tint the outside and it would be just as good. Well he did and it looked good for a couple of months before it started losing the tint at the carwash. Needless to say I'm having to have it redone. As his area of expertise he should have never recommended tinting on the outside. Every company I tell about this is clear that it would never last. He put profit ahead of what was in the customers best interest. Not going back for sure. Too many other professionals that take their craft seriously, keep looking. read more
