He also owns One Key Escrow and the customer service was the worst I've experiened in years. Major delays, poor communication, last minute action itmes for me with critical information missing. This caused me to make bad choices that cost me major headachs and long delays. I was the manager between the real estate agent, finacne companies and the Excrow company, not the customer. The final straw that pushed me to write this, I asked Harout to please work with my finance company, the Bank that they used to issue my final check to get the funds release sonner than 7 to 10 days. Had I gotten the account information from One Key Escrow correctly I could have wired the funds and there would have been no delay. Harout was uncooperative and the bank refuesed to release the funds early. This delayed the purchase of our new home by two weeks and caused a lot of problems for my family, the Sellers Family and the real estate agent that was tying to manage all of this. Monique Carrabba entered our home before it was available to show…read more My wife and I were out running errands when we received a call from our home security company notifying us of a breach that triggered our alarm. We immediately began calling neighbors and the police as we rushed back to the house. Once we arrived, we saw Monique Carrabba, who informed us that she was the one who triggered the alarm. She made a point of saying that she knew our house was not ready for showings. She said she checked the listing and it said "no phone calls, no emails" etc. The sign on our lawn says "coming soon". Yet in spite of every literal sign saying "do not come in", she did exactly that. She entered our home with her client, and if the alarm would not have gone off, we may have never even known she was here. I don't want to imagine what might have happened if I came home and found her trespassing in my home. Needless to say, this incident caused a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. Monique's entitled behavior was totally and completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and reckless. I understand if her client was only in town for the weekend, but we would have gladly accommodated her with a simple phone call or email to our agent. This experience will make it very unlikely for us to accept any offers from any Carrabba Group clients.
