Pretty much like every TJ Maxx we have been to in past. They generally have pretty good deals as long as you are willing to look for them. If you are in Boston and are looking for a quick deal; this may be the place for you.

For being downtown above a Marshall's and below a Boston Sports Club, this is a decent location. A little small but convenience... right at DTX. Decent luggage department! There's 2 walls and 2 aisles of luggage. Decent hang bag selection too! I don't really shop here for much else. The aisles are always in a little disarray but decent store.

One of my favorite stores to buy all kinds of different things. They have nice variety and the prices are very low.

If you find something in a…read moredifferent department, like I found an affordable vacuum cleaner, I noticed thst the electronic department was completely "dead" not one single customer! I pushed my red shopping cart to the counter, and before I vould lift it out of shopping cart, a "Gen Z" looking African American cashier said: "You have to go downstairs, I can't ring you up for thst here!" I was looking at him like he was crazy! He doubled down and explained : "I'm not allowed to ring up anything but electronics!" Instead of scanning my item, he actually crossed his arms , with a smudge look on his face and just ignored me! I demanded he contact a manager!!! He wasted almost 30 minutes, making me wait for a store manger to come to his register, He commanded him like an obedient lap dog to process my transaction! I was so confused why it took this brain dead XBox , Netflix boy to ring me up! The entire transaction took less than 1 minutes! What target fells to realize, is that they aren't tge only game in town! And honest, uncensored websites like "Yelp" are powerful tools against lazy, ignorant overpaid retail employees!! These children do not know how to use common sense to solve problems that should NEVER exist in the first place!!! What kind of company policy encourages their employees to turn away paying customers?! Target, along with other big-box retailers, ar3 highly exposed to changes in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), with, for instance, roughly $1.8 billion in SNAP benefits spent at Target out of a $100B national total, representing roughly 1.69% of its revenue! I do not receive Federal SNAP benefits, but if this type of lazy , irresponsible poor customer service continues, Target will only be seen in a "Retail Museum!"

I would be careful of where you park your car because I have witnessed people just throwing their carts into others' cars lol. Usually if I am shopping at South Bay, I like to park at the garage over by the AMC, BUT Target is a pretty far walk from there so for convenience, I will park outdoor lot and try to be in & out. ***Garage is also free to park*** Now, for the actual store itself, it is clean and well organized for the most part. One thing that I have noticed is they no longer have a self checkout area by one of the entrances. Instead, it was only one cashier working the register and a long line. They do seem to have more options & inventory of items that I typically enjoy buying, such as swimsuits, coolers, etc. This is a full service Target so it does have everything or most things that you'd find at other Target locations. I just wish they would bring back the self check out, as it did take a while for the check out process when we were in a time crunch the other day.

I have some novel ideas you should implement immediately into your store employee's customer engagement protocols and policies! I also recommend you forward my suggestions to your CEO Mr. Brian Cornell! Your late founder Mr. George Draper Dayton must be doing "gymnastics" in his grave in the Minneapolis' Lakewood Cemetery, to see what has become of his company in 2026!! The reason I was so angry the evening I was shopping in your store was because, I have equity in your company! I am an active shareholder of Target corporation (TGT)! I own shares of your company in my investment portfolio! I came very close to sweeping my account at Fidelity Investments and liquidating my stake in Target! I pray the CBS TV show "Uncover Boss" sends an executive from your home office , to go uncover and see all the lazy, arrogant "driftwood" employees, that are destroying your brand and reputation! I would also like to say, the evening I was attempting to purchase only 2 items, your lazy African American employee had zero electronic guests/ customers at his register!! This is the second time he has done this to me! He made me wait 25 minutes, still no electronic guests/customers were attempting to make electronic purchases approached his register, while he wasted 25 minutes of my time! Apparently, he needs additional training and to be enrolled in some type of e-lesson regarding the fundamentals of customer service, work ethics and how your main retail protagonist Amazon.com is eager to take my money and business permanently away from your 1,989 brick and mortar stores!

It's also walking distance (like 3 min walk) to Fenway Park! This is a 2 floor 160,000 sq ft Target, so it's bigger than the standard Target (~120,000 sq ft) & is definitely one of the larger urban Targets I've seen. You've got your essentials like bathroom necessities, skincare, women's clothing, home goods, Starbucks, eyewear, CVS pharmacy, etc on the first floor. On the second floor is where you can find more men's clothing, kids' clothing + toys, holiday decor + candy, alcohol/nonalcoholic beverages, & more. One cool thing that I love about this location is they have cart escalators! Similar to what you see at IKEAs, so great for back-to-school shopping or if you're buying big items!

MUJI's name in Japanese, translates as "no-brand quality goods." The brand mark and the brand name, which are well-recognized by designers, convey a certain image to people beyond factors such as the functionality, quality or value of the product itself. Mujirushi Ryohin was created in Japan in 1980 with the development of 40 products in the areas of apparel, household goods and food--which, as the name indicates, had no brand but were good-quality products. I thought the prices were not bad and the quality was good. My niece bought some writing instruments, which she loves.

After a day of walking around, I knew I had to find a scarf or some type of net gator. We stopped in multiple shops along Newberry Street with no luck. I had not been in MUJI before and was so impressed with the layout, the organization, and the selection. We found the much needed net gator, which was priced fairly and so warm! While the store was crowded, the flow worked well and they had a number of people running the cash register so the line went really quick. Would definitely go back and visit again.
