I use Kohl's as a drop off for Amazon returns . They are very friendly and kind. The store is just "so so". Prices can be a little high for the quality, but they do run frequent sales. read more

Kohl's - Long checkout considering there was almost no one in the store. - Department Stores Near Me - FENTON, Missouri

I had a ship to store pickup order. My order was supposed to be picked up by 2/10. I had the flu & had asked my husband to pick up the order... it didn't get picked up. I called the store at time of opening the following day 2/11 & asked if I could still pick up the order. They said no. I asked if they still had the item. They did but said I would have to re-buy the item. I asked if they could honor the price I paid. The associate referred me to a manager. The manager said no, they would not honor the price I had paid for the item that was supposed to have been picked up the previous day. I asked what the current price was... it was $20 more than I paid. The order is still showing pending on their app so I don't even have a refund for this item but they won't let me pick up the "pending" order at this point & will re-sell me the item but for $20 more than my "pending" order price. I find this to be poor customer service. I'm letting them keep their item. Maybe they should offer an "extend your pickup" option on their app like Target does or maybe they should offer a little grace when a customer asks for compassion when they have been ill. read more

Kohl's is a store that I don't visit too often, but maybe I should start? The only reason I have recently been in Kohl's is because they accept amazon returns. When you place your item for a retucn, Kohl's packegs it and sends it to amazon, and they give you a 25% off coupon! This is totally their way of forcing me to shop and I do it every time. This location has so much to choose from and I have been lucky enough to find things for my home each time I go! They do sell Fiestaware and since I collect it, I have been able to find some items that I need. I also find lots of fun kitchen gadgets and accessories! This last visit, we went in to look for some clothing. They had an entire section of clothing items for 80% off! I wish I had time to sort through everything since it would have taken hours to go through it all. I will have to go back. We were able to find some shorts and some socks pretty easily. I also needed a few greeting cards and they have a small section in the back so I gave it a look. I think I may add this to my retail store rotation when I am need of clothing next time because they have lots of brands I know I like. I don't recommend shopping here without a coupon though since items are always a bit overpriced, but finding a coupon is pretty easy to do and they do have sales often. read more

This is not related to a specific individual Kohl's. I've noticed that the mens big and tall sections is getting smaller and smaller and the majority of clothes the stores do have in the big and tall section are sweat pants, gym shirts and t shirts. Kohl's used to be the one main store that had the same styles in both reg. and big/tall sizes. A lot of Big and Tall stores don't have trendy options for those that are bigger, taller or both, but Kohl's did. Unfortunately that can no longer be said. I was told one time that the options are there on the online store...the problem with that is, we can't try on different sizes to see what would fit better or feel the fabric to see if we like it. There is such huge sections for other clothing, can't some of it he giving up to have a little bit more in store options? read more

One of the good things to come out of the pandemic was curbside pickup. I'm disappointed Kohl's eliminated this service. And the self service pick up at the back of the store. Bad business decision. You'll probably self checkout next. read more

My wife bought 2 shirts for our daughter earlier this month I was off work today so I thought I would be nice and take those two shirts back that didn't fit and exchange them for her. Khols did not have the shirts anymore or anything like it. Each shirt had a clearance tag of $4.80 each which is what we paid originally. I didn't have the receipt but I just wanted store credit not any money back. Customer service and management said they would give me a dollar $1.20 back for each shirt store credit. That made no sense to me. Why couldn't I get store credit for the amount we paid $4.80 each. They refused staging store policy. This took over an hour what a headache and waste of time and money. I just kept the shirts and we will donate them. Our family will never go back to Kohl's and we'll post and share our terrible experience with them. No wonder they didn't have any business there. read more

And she is just as happy as can be and has the biggest smile and giving them all kinds of useless info. And I'm still still waiting with a smile on my face. I was a sales associate once. I know the game. Then she got her memo that the credit was not approved and sent them on the way. Now my turn. Pow pow. She turned into Miss Nasty. For some reason didn't ask me for anything not even if I wanted to use my Kohls charge. Someone pissed in her cheerios for sure. But it wasn't me. But she was taking it out on me. Cover your eyes, fashionistas. I hate shopping. Hate hate hate. And while I'm slowly learning to enjoy it (thanks Joselyn H!) it's still something that I dread. But somehow, my hatred of shopping dissipates when I'm at Kohl's. Is it the organization of the clothes? The fact that they dress mannequins with clothes that 'go' together (for the fashion-challenged like myself)? Or is it the fact that prices are ridiculously cheap, and there's always a sale? How about all of the above? I love that I was able to walk out with 2 tops, a pair of leggings, 2 dresses, and a chunky necklace, all for under $60. That is UNREAL! My tip? Check the clearance rack first. I found some awesome steals there. Viva la Kohl's! read more

Entirely too crowded with merchandise. Shopping carts do not easily push or fit between the clothing racks. Prices are high even with Kohl's cash. Employees have always been nice. Every time I enter there are boxes on the floor that I have to maneuver around. Positives: employees. Negatives: too crowded and seems like a fire hazard to me. read more

The shoe section needs emergency help. Please have someone restock and organize the shoes. I spent more time just trying to find the shoes that were displayed only to find out there were no boxes on the shelf. I had to go to another area to get some help and the young man acted like I was take up his time. I love the shoes I finally found after an hour but I was ready to go home. That was a shame because I wanted to find a new outfit but I was to upset. read more

The staff loves doing at least amount of work for you as possible and I mean that. You would never see an employee at this store going an extra inch ever. The Kohl's in Crestwood knocked out a bunch of quick questions I've had we're these CS workers at this particular location just send you to that stupid ugly tan phone were that operator just sends you right back to CS.. cwood cleared up a dispute about a payment I had. All because they were truly willing to help. Maybe if you'd hire people who want to be there and not the Chardonnay step mom snobs of Fenton you just might gain an audience that would refer the s*** out of the store. read more

I have been to this Kohl's once before and it was just like another store, although my expeirence when I walked in I must not have paid attention to the signs or something because I walked around the entire store looking for the returns section. I know staff heard me say to my friend "where is the return counter? They pretty much looked at me and let me go about my way" they could have asked me if I needed assistance. Their return policy is not the greatest either, they have certain criteria I do not like they need to revamp this I think. Overall its a good place to shop! read more

Mentioned to the salesgirl that I left my 20% coupon at home and I asked if I could bring it in next day for a price adjustment. She informed me my coupon didn't start until tomorrow. Instead of offering me the 20, she said she could only give me 15% and that tomorrow my items might not be on sale. Really?!! I have left my coupons at home before when visiting other Kohls and the salespeople just make the adjustment. And when are items NOT on sale at Kohls?! I told her I wasn't buying any off my items and walked out. I went home and purchased every single item online today for the sale price AND with a 20% coupon code. I won't be shopping at this Kohls again. I will spend my money where I can get the best deal with salespeople who want to work with the customer. read more

I am not a mall person. I hate it with a passion. Kohl's is conveniently located near me and has a great selection. However, not every Kohl's has what this Kohl's in Fenton has, outstanding customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME. Being clean and organized doesn't hurt either. Shopping still sucks, but it sucks much less at Kohl's Fenton. read more

I purchased a certified set of diamond studs from Kohls on Sunday paying $1200.00. Within the first hour of wearing them, the back of the stud that holds the earring in your ear fell off and the earring was lost. The other earring was hanging by a thread but I was able to remove that earring before it also was lost. Kohls guarantees l00% customer satisfaction but that is not the case. Because of the poor quality of the backing of the earring, I lost it and now Kohls refuses to give me a refund. Do not purchase earrings from Kohls as the quality is not there. I have been a loyal Kohls customer for at least ten years but now I am no longer going to shop there. For your sake, be aware of this review. read more
