When I walked into the store, I went straight to the service center counter and asked if they would honor it and I was told yes. I went and gathered some items and went to the front to use my Kohl's cash where I was then told that they would not honor it. The lady who had told me they would was standing right next to us and didn't say a word. This was the whole reason I asked first when I walked in the store. She was standing right next to us when all of this unfolded and didn't say a word. Such a lack of dignity. I've never had a problem at Kohl's until now. If they would've told me no from the beginning, then I would've said thank you and left the store instead of wasting my time. Very disappointed.

The girl at the front looked like she did not want to be there. They told me i had to bring in the dresses to get a price difference. I asked for the manager, I pointed out the policy posted on the counter at the check out. It stated that you could bring in the receipt and it never mentioned the clothes to get the price difference with in 14days. She said "I will do it this time" when she scanned my receipt she said nothing on this is different price. I said it's all on sale online. She said they don't honor the online price. I will return everything and order it only for less. I will never shop here again!!
