So, if you are planning a little get-together, this is the store for you. They have a pretty good…read moreselection of party goods, cleaning supplies and even bath/beauty staples. Towels, decor and paper goods. But, the candy, snacks and drinks are just amazing. Do not expect to get a small child out of here without spending money. What a supurb collection of artery clogging stuff. If you are having guests and need a little something extra, this place is a good choice. The prices aren't too bad and things are very often maked down or on sale. It is a self-checkout store but usually there are folks to help you get started and the bags are good and sturdy. Clean, well-lighted and organized means I will definately return. Even if just to browse...said no one ever!

It reminds me of Five Below, all sort of things here for the low low too. I was surprised they have Asian products like snacks and noodles. Another is that they have a aisle with all sort of candies too (Think like Mr. Bulky). They have tons of games and lots of trinkets of today's stuff that makes good gifts if you wanna give as gifts for last minutes. I found some reasonable prices on home goods like decor. I definitely can see myself coming back here. They do have self checkout, so you don't need an employee to help you unless you want them to help you find a particular product. Easy in and out. First in the Northland!

Admittedly, there is a lot of pink up there. Pink, cream, papery colors, maybe some oak, a cool full wall chalkboard too. The decor is firmly in the feminine range but I gave Jill a hard time about being sexist (i was kidding, really) and promised to come back up and look around after I got my coffee. Her work has been featured on HGTV and included in those hollywood award show gift bags. Jill has honed her formulas over the years and she's definitely the real deal. She uses natural ingredients and prides herself on quality and simplicity over ease and volume. Her soap is her stalwart product but she offers skin products, home decor, and even a few clothing items - again, all handmade by Jill. The style is vintage, stopping short of shabby chic, more on just the chic side. Maybe 40% vintage, 40% chic, and 20% shabby. I'm glad I stopped by. Not only did I learn that Jill personally makes EVERYTHING at Bittersweet, we had a nice chat, I think I made a new friend and I picked up a handful of hand-crafted soaps for really reasonable prices. Seriously, what more could you ask for?

At first the associate asked if she could help. i don't wear foundation often so i thought id ask if she recommended anything. the foundation she recommended. we sat down and tried it on my skin, the product that she put on my face caused my skin to break out. she then proceeded to bring more products over trying to upsell me, in the beginning it was fine but she continued to give me compliments as if trying to get me to buy more products. i told her i need to check pricing to see if it was in budget. then she continued to show different products. i chose to just get a skincare product that she recommended which works great! when we got to the register she said that because i am over 18 she could give me 35% off without explaining that i would be signing up for a credit card. Which was very discouraging that she wouldn't explain and would degrade me for not wanting to "save" money. Love the store but that was extremely frustrating.

The selection of short sleeve button ups was greatly lacking, yet signs everywhere urging you to go online to shop. If I wanted to buy online, I'd have stayed at home, I want to try on my clothes before paying. I did find a selection of jeans that were $50 marked down to $34.99. I checked to make sure the sign matched the brand and style of jeans that I had selected and finally found the un-marked dressing rooms. Perfect fit. At the register the jeans rang up for $50; when I told the clerk that the sign said different, she just shrugged and said"sorry". Well so am I, I'm sorry you had to restock the jeans and I'm sorry that I wasted my time in your store...it won't happen again.
